Today my son went to SkyZone with his friends and teachers , and I am extremely disappointed with how Sky Zone treated our school group today. Despite all the forms being completed properly and the group arriving early: Our teacher was unfairly denied entry for no valid reason. The principal was ignored and interrupted during discussions. The extra 20 minutes that were promised for check-in delays were not honored. As a result, our children lost precious time they rightfully deserved. This was supposed to be a fun, memorable school trip -- instead, the disrespect and unfair treatment ruined it for everyone. Treating children and teachers like this is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge Sky Zone to take responsibility and ensure no other school group is treated this way again. read more

Very disappointing experience at Manassas Sky Zone. We followed all instructions, completed the waiver forms, and arrived 20-30 minutes early as advised. However, when one of our teachers and students tried to enter, the manager reacted harshly, saying there was a private event and we couldn't come in. Later, when the rest of our group arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until exactly 12:00, even though our scheduled time started then. Attempts to explain or show emails were ignored. Shockingly, one of our teachers was refused entry entirely, with the manager claiming she was disrespectful -- even though she was only trying to clarify a concern about her child's medical condition. The response? "That's not important, I have the same condition." Our school director was also dismissed and not listened to -- the manager refused to speak with her and walked away mid-conversation. We were told extra time would be added to compensate for check-in delays, but our children were still taken out based on the original schedule. When we asked why, we were told the 20 minutes were spent "arguing" and didn't count. Our group was treated unfairly, and our students lost valuable time they had paid for. Went Sunday AM and it was not busy which was great, however two of their play areas were closed, when I asked they said they close it when they don't have a lot of kids.... So those that are in here don't matter? I heard one of the employees talking on the radio asking about whether or not my kids had wrist bands, instead of focusing on my kids that are fully paid and there for half an hour only. You should focus that time/energy on opening the slide and the other closed areas. The place wasn't busy so why are you even concerned. Go to your job and open the entire facility which is what we paid for. Customer service is extremely poor, the fact that the employee repeatedly bereaved me to check my wrist band was cheap! I'm not stealing, I paid. the venue itself is very small and the kids were bored quickly. Drive further and go to Sterling or Woodbridge. The employees are beyond rude to adults and children. We had been coming here under three memberships for multiple weeks and using buddy passes for visiting cousins. All the sudden they stated we could not use the buddy passes because they had a meeting. The manager is rude, place is broken down, they let their employees trample over young kids in basketball and dodge ball and just laugh about it. We had my son's birthday there a week ago and the place is full of unsupervised kids, running around with no staff on site. Trash was everywhere! The tables in the waiting area are full of used cups, bottled water containers, and candy wrappers, and the floor was wet from spilled drinks. The staff at the front desk were young (high school students), and there were no older staff anywhere. As for the play area, balls were very limited. How can you play dodge ball with only ONE ball in the court?! The staff I saw were not helpful and were either on their phones or talking amongst themselves. In my last visit, sky zone has added more employees and was fully operational. I'm updating my previous low review.

TThis is the smallest Sky Zone that I've seen so far which is partly because too much space has been allotted to dining areas. I guess because those are where extra bucks are made. Among a host of other things, place is missing the I-Wall which is among favorites in other Sky Zone parks. Everywhere you look, Shortage is striking. Altogether there were 3 balls in the whole place. There are much fewer building blocks in the younger kids play area. No jump over triangle things in trampoline areas and even less foam cubes in foam pool so that my younger grandson could not climb back up from the pool. The front counter is mostly unattended obviously because of understaffing. Issue is critical when it comes to staff monitoring the activities which are non-existent. I could not see even one in the whole 3 hours we were there. There is one slide worth attracting the kids but it was closed (I'm sure because of understaffing) but even if it was open I would've not let my grandkids to use it because the landing area from the slide was a mat surrounded by very close bare metal bars. It was just enough that a kid bounces off the mat and smashes his head against the bars. read more

Disappointing. We went a few weeks ago for a birthday party and we were disappointed with the condition of the equipment. The jungle gym had walking platforms that were broken, many of the trampolines were overstretched or coming off the rods, the area is full of kids in socks and there were puddles of water that weren't being wiped dry, and a couple of the trampolines had tape across them to indicate they weren't in working order. So many hazards, I'm surprised more people haven't been injured and filed lawsuits. Places like this have so much potential and can be so fun but sadly the poor maintenance at this location makes it somewhere that I will not be going back to with my kids. read more

One particular worker really stood out. I remember her name as Aja I believe. Really beautiful girl with really big curly hair. She was so nice and helpful. Skyzone really have a gem with having her. Today, there were many well placed signs saying cash only, no credit. A little frustrating after driving 30 minutes to get there. They did point out the convenient ATM, the fee was 3.25. (I hate atm fees!!!)They said they normally take credit but there machines were down. Anyhow everything else about the experience was in line with expectations. Bright and colorful with loud pop music playing. Fun place to take the kids and let them blow off steam. I've sent at least 10 emails a few months ago and FINALLY someone responded and cancelled, but not before I kept being charged. They did refund me. Fast forward to 2/2024...I took my daughter and a friend for a play date. I paid for 90min of jump time for both of them. We stayed 1.5hrs and left. BUT, I see on my bank stmt that I was charged $55.98 in Feb and March FOR A MEMBERSHIP I DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR SIGN UP FOR! WTF?! This enrages me! I sent about 20 emails in the last 2 weeks requesting a refund and why. The other day I get some bogus email stating that I agreed to a membership and was sent an attachment of my name, email address and phone #. BUT NO SIGNATURE. When I responded that I want to see where I signed that "form", no response from them. I will contact my bank and tell them I did NOT authorize these 2 transactions and let them deal with Skyzone. I will also post on Better Buisness Bureau. This is complete and utter crap. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with in my 55 years on this earth. But I will say this, I absolutely will get my money back one way or another. And I will never, ever visit this establishment again. So beware: Do NOT sign a membership . While staff are wearing masks and we had a temperature screening upon entry, wearing of masks for customers is not enforced. Understandable that's it's difficult to keep masks on children while jumping. People are entering the facility without masks, walking around without them. Not many activity choices. They have 2 dodgeball sections, a slam dunk area, jump into the foam pit, and a general jumping area. Most of the Sky Zone ads and pictures showed obstacle courses and additional activities. There is also not enough supervision on the floor. The staff generally stay on their phones the whole time or talk to each other and do not watch what is going on. My children got hurt because neither staff nor parents were watching the children. The foam pit smells horrible which tells me things aren't disinfected the way they should be and coincidentally or not my children and I all woke up with a stomach bug after visiting. The staff weren't doing anything to deal with unruly children, kids cutting in line, Popsicles all over the trampolines. Make sure you wear shorts and a tank top when you visit this location. You will be sweating up a storm! My fiancé and I brought my brother here to get out some energy. I was absolutely impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Every jumper must fill out a waiver (very simple and takes a couple of min). Once you have filled out the waiver, you are given a jump time! We decided to go with the hour long session (trust me, this is plenty of time-I was exhausted by the end of the hour). Our total cost was around $50. Each hour long session costs $16 plus the sky zone socks, which are $2. During that hour, we played dodgeball & basketball and even jumped in their foam pit! My brother (he's 10) had an absolute blast and was definitely tired at the end of our session. There's a place to get food and plenty of seating for people not jumping. There were also several birthday parties going on while we were here. I was very surprised on how much space there was for jumping even with these large parties. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children that want to have a good time!! read more

Not going back. And I'm telling my friends not to go back. That place has become a hangout for unsupervised older kids who don't need to be there. And the kids who work there are just that, kids. This place is a blast. But here's a few reasons why I gave it 3 stars. 1) The waivers. The 'agreement' is a bit out of control. It's pages long. We were trying to fill ours out and one computer was down. So there are 8 people waiting in line and the computers barely work. 2) They should make a room for adults and dodge ball and kids and dodge ball. We were there in a group and we were trying to play, but there were way too many kids, that were just bouncing around holding the balls. We asked the lady if we could go into the other dodge ball and she said no. Then we asked the guy, and he very nicely, opened it up. 3) Just a heads up, we did 1.5 hours. 1 hour is sufficient. 4) They do have lockers that are tiny and cost $5. I got my boots, jacket and purse in, but had to push and quickly shut the locker. I'm not sure why they don't have more or larger ones. Overall, I would be back. read more

We came in tonight for my autistic son's birthday. He can become overstimulated easily and he has a hard time understanding rules. They were so patient with him and accommodating to his needs. His disability is severe and having a staff that cared and worked with us meant so much on a day like today. I would recommend this place to anyone. Spent a long hour here for open jump. Very nice and clean but a bit unorganized when walking in. It seems there is someone that usually guides you to where to go when you first walk in, but they happened to step away at the moment we walked in. The first thing you need to do is go to the waiver computer and sign in all the jumpers. This process can be skipped (as well as the line to check in) if you decide to go online to pay and complete the waiver...which I strongly recommend you do. There is a second check-in area for birthday parties. You pay for jump time so the longer you jump, the cheaper the price. Also, if you bring a pair of socks to trade in for a pair of their recommended jump socks, you get 30 minutes of free jump time. There are several different jump arenas including free jump, slam dunk jump, jump into foam, dodge ball jump. There is an area for small jumpers too. There are separate birthday rooms for food, cake and guests, and a second floor for parties as well. There is a food court area with lots of over priced drinks and snacks. They also sell Sky Zone souvenirs if you're into collecting those sorts of items. Make sure you dress to jump because between all of the kids and all of the jumping it's easy to get over heated. We paid for an hour and a half, got 30 mins free and the kids were wiped after an hour. It's better to just pay for an hour and add on time if the kids feel up to it. A big plus is that they host a sensory friendly night once a month for kids that get easily over stimulated. The manager takes down email addresses and sends out reminders on the dates and times so we will be back to experience that, as well! read more

My son and I went for the Toddler Jump from 9am to 11am yesterday, and we had a blast. Immediately upon walking I to the building, everything not only looked clean, but the place smelled clean and fresh. Having gone to other trampoline parks, and that was definitely a surprise. We were immediately greeted with a smoking and friendly face. He welcomed us and quickly signed us in. I pre-registered and pre-payed online, so the check-in process was very quickly. I appreciated that option because my son was ready to go play instant he realized where we were at. There were many places to jump and play, including a large open trampoline area, a place to jump and play with balls and frisbees, a basketball trampoline area and even a trampoline foam pit area. I loved the Toddler Jump time because there were o ly smaller children there to jump and play. We didn't have to worry about navigating around and avoiding NB bigger kids who are more aggressive while playing. They even had kid songs (think Disney songs) playing over the speakers for the kids. We were there for 2 hours, and that was the perfect length of time. I paid $10 for my kiddo to jump (I was free!) and $4 for 2pairs of jumping socks that we can reuse. We will definitely be back, and we can't wait for the next toddler jump! read more
