Nice because it wasn't too busy. It's a nice sized Chuck E. Cheese just expected more games.

The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

But they loved it, especially the gigantic green monster that would occasionally pop up and tower over the course. There are many different packages you can purchase. I ended up going with the combo golf and arcade package. It was a fairly good deal and I knew there was no way I would be getting out of this place without my kids playing a few rounds of Air Hockey and Skee-ball. I also enjoy a good arcade game myself. Some of the games, not all of them, dispense digital tickets. We managed to collect enough to get some fun toys including a spider that would crawl down a wall and an ice cream cone where you can launch the ice cream right off. My son thought this was the best invention ever! Overall, our time here was spectacular. We can't wait to visit again!

The food was fairly good, my club sandwich was fresh, stacked and came with a curly version of steak fries, perfectly cooked. the shrimp appetizer was well sauced, and a fairly good deal the night we came it was line dancing nite, there was a lively crowd, beginners to experts, and it seemed very inviting. the range of ages participating went from young to senior. it was nice to see the mix. The bathrooms are single user, and on that night they were very dirty, papers on the floor. other elements of the building also look a bit worn, but not down to "dive bar" levels. We will return!

I visit a lot of places that I feel deserve a review, but I rarely take the time to actually sit…read moredown and write one. So the fact that I'm doing this should say something. I had some friends visiting from Jamaica with their two children, ages 10 and 7. We stopped by on a Monday morning between 10 a.m. and noon, so it wasn't very busy. The facility was clean, the games were working, and most of the equipment felt modern and well-maintained. That's important because nobody wants to spend money at an arcade filled with outdated or broken games. After reading some of the reviews, I decided not to take a chance on the food, and while the location is beginning to show its age in a few areas, it still delivers a fun experience. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Great customer service can turn an average experience into a memorable one, and that's exactly what happened here. During our visit, one of the games appeared to glitch during a big win for the family from Jamaica, causing them to miss out on what they believed were a significant number of tickets. I explained the situation to the employee working at prize redemption. He and I both understood that it was possible the win had been misread, but the family was adamant about what they saw. Instead of dismissing their concerns or rigidly sticking to policy, he handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. With a smile and some friendly banter, he jokingly gave them a hard time before saying, "I got you, let me see your card." He adjusted the ticket balance, and honestly, it made their day. What may have seemed like a small gesture could have easily been the difference between a disappointing experience and a great memory for those kids. They left smiling and talking about how it was the most fun they'd had during their visit. I personally refuse to spend money at places where I feel unwelcome, so moments like this matter. Exceptional customer service keeps people coming back, and this experience earned my future business. If the rest of the staff conducts themselves with the same level of care and professionalism as this gentleman, this place has a lot to be proud of.

The Japanese style prize machines were definitely harder to win prizes from, but if you enjoy the challenge you'll find them very fun. They had some interesting games too that you don't typically see anymore, like an Initial D racing game and a ton of DDR machines. The arcade was very clean, and the staff was incredible. Super friendly, helpful, and constantly resetting and restocking the machines. Every staff member I interacted with was great and really on top of things. With all of that said, the biggest downside and the reason I will not be back is the cost. The games require a lot of credits per play, and many of them have extremely short playtimes, so you burn through your card extremely fast without even feeling like you've played much at all. This is especially true if you are trying for the plush prizes, since even the tiny keychain size plush machines come out to about $2.50 a play and only seem to payout every 2-3 tries. Even if you don't necessarily care about winning prizes the whole experience was so disappointing because it felt like we were blowing through our credits with barely any time to play since most of the games are incredibly short. Plenty of the games give you less than a minute of play time and cost $3-$4 to play. If you do care about prizes, the ticket redemption prize situation is pretty disappointing as well. The ticket costs for prizes are incredibly high, even after my husband hit a jackpot for 300 tickets we could barely afford anything at the gift shop. The ticket prize shop was huge, but when a tiny foam play sword costs 610 tickets it wasn't even fun to look through all of the potential winnings. Prizes weren't our main motivation for having an arcade date night, but when we were already feeling bummed from the lack of play time we actually got it really just felt like the icing on a terrible cake.
