First I would like to say I was there with my son and 6 of his friends for his 15th birthday. They have kids running the place and allowing thugs to come in that they can't control. My experience was horrible. College kids not respecting the workers, the rules and other patrons. They were bullies and nobody did anything about them. During a dodgeball game I got one of them out, he had no sportsmanship. He thought he could run up to me and hit me with a ball, so tossed him. His friends didn't like that. Always 1st pick choice for the kids. lots of interactive things to do in one place. My oldest can join a game of dodgeball while my 2 littles jump into the foam pit. This location does NOT accept Groupon, which I must have missed on the site. have been to Sky Zone several times and all of my past experiences have been overall good. I recently came here with friends after a few years and it was fun to see some new changes like the addition of a ninja course. We had a lot of fun however I feel like I have to mention what makes this a 3 star review. When we would go to do something that was an activity like dodgeball, some staff members weren't very attentive and so kids were all over the place. The game sort of had no rules. This made it hard to participate in some of the activities and I just wish they could have been more direct about how to play the games, teams, etc. This would have definitely impacted my experience. Great place! Make surenyou fill out the waiver first it will take the most time. The socks they give you are pretty cool and you can keep them and bring them with you next time you come. Everything is managed pretty well with the foam pits, dodgeball and basketball hoops. Theres a place to eat, hang your coats and shoes at your own risk. read more

My kids have already been to the SkyZone in Glen Mills so we decided to take the entire family and try out the Oaks location. This place is amazingly fun!!! Good thing I am in good shape because after a half hour of jumping around like a jumping bean my heart rate really got going. We had the most fun on the trampoline dodgeball arena. My husband was not very good at it and our kids showed no mercy to him. He faired much better on the trampoline dunks he told me it made him feel like Kobie Bryant. I enjoyed the large spaces of the free style jumping area. I would recommend stating out here so you can get the hang of it. This is really a great place for a family outing. Oh, by the way, get the socks. They are worth it and you can take them home and use them again when you decide to go back. read more

I love sky zone but this was the worst experience i ever had. I would highly recommended going to the one in Lancaster which has a lot more interactive staff. I'm a "D" class but I was not able to do anything with my friends who are "C" class. The one in Lancaster is just more flexible. read more

Just wanted to put out there about this horrible experience I just had. Brought my kids (4 and 1.5) to jump today and I was not allowed to jump with them. I get that they dont want 17 year olds jumping next to toddlers, but usually those rules dont apply to parents of children. Their response to me was well you can go on the other side of the court if you like. That is at least 200 yards away and not realistic for me watching the little guy. At only 19 months he really can jump very well though so thats why I brought him. The worst part was when I asked for a refund and they said sorry they are already jumping. So I drove all the way out there and then because my kids jumped for 10 minutes before I found out that I was not allowed to be with them, I cant get a refund so I can leave???? They tout themselves as a family place but that only works if your family members are all over the age of 16 apparently. Please boycott them, they deserve it. read more

First of all, they had more than 6 people working and only one working the desk. It took about 15 minutes to check 6 guys in. We didn't start until a little after 6:10 and they kicked us off at 7:00. We paid for a full hour and got 50 minutes. We said "we didn't get our full 60 minutes and the girl actually said "too bad" in a fake happy voice. Every employee besides the man working the front desk were very rude and impolite. We were yelled at countless times for unnecessary reasons, I read the rule book and abided by them and was still yelled at. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for fun. They forgot to put the "no fun" rule on the rule book. read more

What a JOKE this place is!! My 8 year old HATED this place because she wasnt allowed to jump with her brother. I HATED this place because the adults are NOT ALLOWED to jump with their kids!! They actually put the adults in a whole seperate section than their own kids. Yeah yeah its for safety reasons. But what about kids jumping together in a bouncy house at festivals and places like Bounce U? They have fun together jumping and IT IS FINE!! The safety rules are so unbelievably ridiculous that they take all the fun out of it. There are workers that constantly watch everyone. I was allowed to STAND on the side and watch my son. But GOD FORBID I even jump with him for a second and the workers come running to me and tell me to stop and go to the adult area! This is a really great place for kids to have fun; there's dodge ball, basketball, the foam blocks that kids can dive into, and the free trampoline area... My only downside to all of this is the price... I think 14 bucks for one hr is a little steep when you have multiple kids who want to experience it, especially when after the hr was up, the kids was left wanting more. It would be great if the facility offered specials or just reduced the price altogether; I think $10 for an hr is a more fair price. read more

I love this place and am soooo happy to hear there will be one popping up closer to where we live. There are a bunch of different things to do, the place is always crowded... But not "too crowded" and the kids always end the day exhausted. I particularly like the basketball part, but even when we go there with the kids it's hard not to join in... Had a blast with the family here last night. The trampoline dodgeball can get a little intense, but that's really to be expected with dodgeball anywhere. The staff, mostly teenagers like at Kennywood, was courteous and watchful. The crowd was nice. It was all around fun and we all got a nice workout too. One seriously broken leg later. My son broke his leg, and not a little bit, both the tibia and fibula sheared clean through, one of them punctured his skin. He jumped too high and landed wrong, on the padded area between two trampolines. The lights were turned on, an ambulance called, but somehow kids were still able to jump on the trampoline where he lay in pain. He needed surgery, two nails inserted in his tibia and a long recovery, missing school for almost a month. Funny thing is a lot of nurses, doctors and surgeons asked how he broke his leg. "Sky zone" his answer, "ah, they keep us in business" almost universally theirs. I am not saying you shouldn't go, just know that this might be an outcome, by the sounds of it not even that rare an outcome. read more

Everyone that works there looked absolutely miserable (except the front desk girl)... Did not set a good tone

The workers here are annoying and prevent you from having any fun. They're also extremely rude. Also, as I went to leave, I saw they had an ad that said if you checked in with Facebook, you could get a free soda, but when I checked in and went to get my soda, there was literally no employee to be found. This place gets boring after an hour so don't buy anything over that time. Will not be back here again read more

This is a very cool place and is a lot of fun......Until the include the employees. They were extremely rude and unfriendly. They had me and my group leave early. They were more concerned with talking to each other than the customers. When me and my group went to go jump on the big trampoline and employee complained because she didn't feel like turning around and would rather talk to her friends, she then told us we had 5 minutes because she didn't feel like watching us. Me and my co-workers were going to have a party there (around 30 people) but once I informed them on the rudeness of the employees we decided against it. Upon my arrival there i stood in line for 10 minutes with nobody else in line, Three employees, YEs THREE!!!! sat there and ate their lunch in front of me and when I asked if i was in the right line the girl responded "i dont know" and went back to eating. Very fun activity for kids of all ages! We had a group ranging from ages 3-65 and everyone had a great time!

The place is big and has a nice temperature. The desk staff and friendly and nice. I guess the prices are fair for the venue. The biggest issue: it is hard to figure out when and where you can bounce with your kids in the big bounce area. Some workers allowed certain sections, other blew the whistle for not bouncing in the right area. Very confusing. I basically was unable to bounce anywhere near my own kids. The workers would change the rules randomly and move my son farther away, ask me to move, etc. It made no sense. read more

Saw child pushed over, no response by staff, so I said something and staff just shrugged her shoulders. Realize everyone paid to have fun but have enough staff to have everything open and safe. My son had a play date with a friend from school at Sky Zone, it was our first time there, but I checked out their website and it said "fun for all ages", so I decided to bring my 4 year old along. I can tell you first hand this place is NOT for all age groups. When we first checked in, I was told that the price for 120 minutes would be $50.00!!!! I have never been to a more ridiculously priced play zone in my life. After we paid, the kids ran off to play, only to soon find that everything was closed for a "private party" aka birthday parties. There was one trampoline section that was open, and it was supposed to be separated by ages/sizes, however the "toddler and young child" area was swarming with big kids that were out of control. The staff simply stood there and did nothing to get the big kids to their designated areas. My kids were dying to play dodge-ball, however every one of the courts was closed for a private birthday party. The only other thing to do was to jump into the foam blocks - the staff member who was in charge of that area was extremely rude and kept yelling at the kids and rolling his eyes. There was absolutely NOTHING for my 4 year old to do at this play zone, she was kicked off the "toddler area" of the trampoline by huge kids that kept knocking her over and spent the entire hour we were there in tears. We paid for 120 minutes however after an hour I had enough - every activity was closed and the THREE things that were open to the public had at least 50 kids at each of them - so the kids had to wait in enormous lines and spend 20 minutes waiting to jump for 5 seconds. I went to the front desk to complain and ask for my money back and the manager agreed to give me $20 back, after I had just paid $50 !!!!! I was too upset to complain that I wanted ALL my money back for such a terrible experience, so we just left. The manager told me that we "really shouldn't come on the weekends" because they are booked with birthday parties and advised that we come during the week when no one is there. Then WHY do they have "open jump" during the weekends?!?!?! Waste of time and money and will never go there again - still very bitter about the $30 that was not refunded to me. read more

Let me start with this.. It's great to see so many kids having good time and stay fit and healthy.. Love it.. Now comes the spoiler alert............. Ignorant teenager employees who roll their eyes and make unprofessional gestures and faces towards you.. So this all began when I and my husband went to have some work out and fun at same place.. It was our first time and never realized it's take so much energy to jump for 30 mins. Hats off to young kids who were energetic and had a such great time..so after 7 mins of jump and afraid to get any body strain. So I just relaxed on little blue side for one min and ignorant stupid teenager who was in charge of that area.. She rolled her eyes to another young guy standing across him as if they were making fun of us. I felt little depressed and irritated as if I am too old for this place or she was really stupid employee. Moreover the shoes she apply was pretty tight and uncomfortable so I didnot knew that you need to have shoes on all the time so I removed it and again comes this monster and tell me in most aggressive way to put on the shoes .. I felt bad very bad,. As soon as she saw me walking out of the trampoline area with intention to complaining about her and to keep in mind my husband was still in there doing his jump.. She quickly disappeared by making a quick exit. I complained to manager who was a teenager or probably first of college or so.. She reimbursed me money and said she will take care of it. And now comes the best part ........... She never ask the name of he girl who was working there.... Well they lost a customer and will never visit again.. read more
