Skyzone has really nice atmosphere and equipment. Still it is overpriced, too expensive, 30$, for kids to jump for 90 minutes. The workers are mostly teenagers, they were polite and some do a good job while others are too distracted by their co-workers. My "2nd-mom" (mother of a very close friend whom I look at like a second mother figure in my life,) and I brought her two grandkids and my nephew here today (03/21/2026) for each of them to enjoy a 90-minute bounce together as a way to close their spring break weekend before getting back on school schedule. We came in, filled all of the waiver info, checked in, paid for the 90 minute passes + grip socks and got our arm-bands. Received our receipts and email confirmations that both included start and end times. As you'll see in the email screenshot, the start-time is clearly listed as 03:15pm and the end-time as 04:45pm. The place was packed with kids having fun. The staff could've been a bit more proactive in their efforts to ensure older children/teens stayed out of the areas designated for toddlers, but there were enough parents accompanying their toddlers that it wasn't an issue but maybe a handful of times that I witnessed (of course that's just a bit of speculation on my end, from the outside looking in.) All seemed to be going as well as one could hope for things to go, until about 4:20-4:25, when all three kids came over to us and said that a staff member told them that their time was up. Of course, that couldn't have been right, as only 65-70 minutes had passed and we each had a physical, as well as emailed receipts, showing the end times as 4:45. But, sure enough, we looked at their wristbands and all three had "4:30" stamped on them, which even still, shouldn't have been an issue, as it was still a few minutes before 4:30. So my "mom" went and asked the staff member (that told the kids they were done) why they were being stopped ~20 minutes early. That staff member directed "mom" to the manager at the check-in desk. The manager then (in what I believed to be an unnecessarily snarky manner in regard to an issue she was just presented with) "informed" us that time started when we began the parent/child registration and waiver forms and that there's "nothing they could do about it." My "mom" pointed out (not in the most chipper of tones, admittedly, but quite understandably so, from an objective POV) the several discrepancies between what the manager was saying VS. what the receipts clearly and physically state VS. what the arm-bands said. (Three different things, three different time frames/answers.) The manager just doubled up on her attitude and vocal volume and doubled down on there "being nothing they can do." Then her and my "mom" went back and forth exchanging "I don't cares" and "Leave!"s a few times and we made our way out of the door, still nearly 15 minutes before our recorded end-time (per the physical and emailed receipts.) All-in-all, we felt scammed, for lack of a better term. We were shorted over an hour of purchased (and promised) time, between the three kids, collectively, and told to just suck-it-up (paraphrased,) basically. It was a pretty disappointing conclusion to what started out as a swell outing. Do better, management. Frustrating and inconsistent experience at Sky Zone Ocala. Last year, I was told my son could attend independently once he turned 16. Now that he is 16, I was told I still have to remain on-site -- and this came from the same employee who gave me the original information. That level of inconsistency makes it difficult to trust what you're told or plan ahead. If the policy is that minors require a parent present regardless of age, that should be clearly stated and consistently enforced -- not change depending on the day or conversation. This isn't about the rule itself, it's about the lack of clear and reliable communication. Customers should not be given guidance that is later contradicted, especially by the same staff member. Would not have come if this had been communicated correctly. The Reviews on Google all have same theme... Rude staff! read more

This place is insanely priced at $30 a person to jump for 90 minutes. On top of that you have to buy their socks even if you bring your own grippy socks. The worst part is they wanted me to buy socks for my 10 month old that doesn't walk just to be able to crawl around. They only have toddler size socks and up so the socks wouldn't even fit my baby. I brought my baby socks and they said they aren't allowed. I spent $70 to come here and they gave me problems about my baby having no socks. read more

We have a one and a half granddaughter who is full of energy. We decided to take her to Skyzone since we were unable to go to Aquatica because of weather. For 60 minutes of jump time it was 19.99. We had to purchase socks for both of us as I was a non-jumping assistant! There were two places designated for toddlers. One was occupied by several much older children. The workers said nothing to the other kids when our grand wanted to play in that area. There was also an area with silks. It clearly stated no swinging or tying knots in the silks. Even though a worker was next to this area, nothing was said. I'm certainly not going to make a scene when I'm not the one in charge. She had fun so we got our money worth. We won't be back as the management needs to instill in the workers the responsibility of enforcing the safety rules. read more

The singularly worst sky zone I've EVER been to. Tried to take my sister on a nice day, only to find rude, foul-mouthed employees and a dirty environment. Some heavy set woman (I believe her name was Isabelle) took it upon herself to attempt to parent my sister. She was not aware that she couldn't go into a particular area, and instead of politely telling my sister this, she resorted to name calling and profanities. Will NEVER BE BACK!!! read more

This was a very fun disguise for an afternoon of working out. When you walk into Sky Zone, you need to first go to the waiver station so you can sign your safety away for the chance to bounce to your heart's content. For me, that bounce heartsong time was one hour, though I admit having to take some breaks. You can bounce for 60 or 90 minutes. It isn't advertised in-store but you can also do about 30 minutes. Once you have your time to start and your socks, it is time to jump. Personally I like the free style open jump area. There was also dodgeball, rock climbing and fo pits galore. I wanted to do the obstacle course but kids don't understand lines and parents were not always watching their kids as they should be. I attempted some flips and spent the next three days recovering for the falls that resulted in that decision. It was a fun day with a friend - jumping, chatting and singing along to pop music. read more

Crazy inside, music, lots of kids/people. Pay at Kiosk and then check in and pay more for non skid socks and storage to hold your personal belongings. Took 2 toddlers but older kids kept coming into the toddler section and bouncing. Expected a separate section closed off for only toddlers (1 to 4 yrs old). Place got extremely hot. No outside food allowed so extra for food or drinks inside. Not too bad for a rainy day. read more

The place is okay, nothing special. Half of the place was closed, food overpriced and arrived lukewarm. Misbehaved kids running around and screaming everywhere, staff did nothing. We often come to play with our children and usually the employees are strict on the rules. Not today, my son wanted to play dodgeball, and they did not separate age groups, my son ran into the game, then I realized a grown man was throwing full force at these small children and not a single employee said a word. My son was hit pretty hard before we had the chance to pull him out of the game. I understand we sign a waiver, but an adult should have never been able to play with the small children in that manner, that's why they have different dodgeball areas for different age groups. The employees are more there to chat and goof with their coworkers instead of actually monitoring activity. Very upset. read more

An excellent place to take the whole family , take a date , go alone ... it doesn't matter you will have a good time . Doesn't matter what age you are ... a great exercise also without knowing it, the annual pass is well worth purchasing for $399 . Sky Zone is a blast! It's fun for the entire family. It's inexpensive, there are so many obstacles, different sections to play in and the trampolines are so bouncy. We can't wait to go back and play again! read more

Love SkyZone! We are there about every week and the love it. Over the past year little by little they have seen them trying to be more involved with the community and add other activities there. Recently they added SkyFit and it's awesome. Yes I was exhausted with it but you get a great all body workout. It's not just bouncing up and down, it's an overall workout routine. I took our daughter to SkyZone last night, Friday, June 24 and as I was leaving inquired about a 30 day pass they had on a flyer at their register. The young lady, Leah, who worked there said they actually had a Memorial Day Special going on where you got 60 minutes a day from June 1- July 31 that I could buy. She went to ring me up and noticed it was not in the system yet. She then, got the manger, HAN, who told us that they did not go on sale until today, Saturday, June 25. I explained to him that we lived over 45 minutes away and he said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. We then asked what time they opened and was told 10am, we told him we would be there then. As he walked away, the employee, that he trains, told us that we could purchase the pass via phone in the morning so we did not have to drive all the way back there the next day. I called in promptly at 10am and Megan answered the phone. Explained what Leah had told me she asked me to hold and that she would be right back to help me with the pass. She then returned and said that she was unable to do it via phone because they needed a photo of my child. I then asked if we could pay for the pass now over the phone and that I would bring her up later today to get her photo taken, again I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager, and HAN got on the phone. He was belittling me because I trusted HIS employee. I tried explaining to him that it was not my fault that his employee again gave me incorrect information and that I was happy to pay for it over the phone now and bring her in later for her photo. As I was trying to speak, he was talking over me with a raised voice telling me he told me last night that he had limited passes available and I needed to come in and that I should not have trusted his employee. I even at one point had to ask him to stop talking so that I could speak. First, this was absolutely NO way for a manger to speak to a paying customer. Second, as a manager, it is his responsibility to ensure that his employees are trained with the correct information. Quite frankly, it is NOT about the money. In fact, I just found on your website that I can purchase the same pass for just $30 more, which HAN never mentioned. This is about your management team at this location and their lack of customer service skills and ability to train their employees. His behavior was rude and unacceptable. read more

This place is not safe to leave you 12 year old kids there. I bought the unlimited pass for the whole day for my 2 daughters and I told them I was working and would be back by 4:00. They said it was fine and they kicked my daughters out in the heat at 2:15 with no phone no water and they knew I was not going to be back until 4:00. They told me they would not let my daughters out the door until I came back but they kicked two young girls out. When I went in and spoke with a manager so called manager I don't think he really was he said that I paid for the $27 ticket which only was for 120 minutes when I told the lady in the morning that I wanted the unlimited pass which is $29 so they kicked my daughters out in the heat and they sat out there with no water no drink no food in a dangerous parking lot for hours until I came back to pick them up so do not trust them with your children and do not leave your children unattended in that place!!
