I recently went last week for the first time and I had a blast . I'm 35. there are lots of places the adults can sit and watch right along with the kids playing. for an hour and a half it's about 30$ I think. not bad at all . they have trampolines everywhere and foam pits to play in , lots of high places to jump into pits , a zip line , these super steep slides you go down on your belly head first on a Matt with handles that launches you up onto a blown up soft landing . that was scary and super fun . they have interactive race games , these hanging punching bag like things you can swing across the foam on hanging ropes to swing on , they have a bar swing that you jump off of into the foam pit. there is a little food area, bathrooms and lots of fun. I will definitely come here again ! Not only that but it's right down the road from me .

Me and my partner went here and at the start it was really fun. But when we were talking to this boy who I think worked there, and we were all just hanging out on a thing that u can jump off of onto a trampoline but not the one with the foam pit (sorry I don't know how to explain what we were on) and there was no sign saying that u couldn't be up there and it wasn't like a safety hazard cuz there was a lot of room up there. Anyways, we were up there for about 15 minutes just sitting down and talking not running around or causing disruption, and then this worker came over and told us to get off. We didn't rlly think much of it cuz maybe we were just up there too long or something, so we get off and the lady keeps yelling at us (I forget what she said) and so my partner was just talking about how he said that he hated books in 4th grade, and then the worker screams at us that there's no reason to be rude, WHEN WE DIDNT EVEN DO ANYTHING! Idk if she heard us wrong or anything, but my partner is autistic and has adhd and I find it a disgrace to yell at him FOR DOING NOTHING WRONG. I'm gonna put a picture of what I think the lady looks like but I didn't really get a good look at her so it might be a bit different..

Janes the Name on youtube here!! I am a local kids youtuber who truly enjoyed visiting Defy and all the new upgrades! Love the staff and food court too! A great time for such a variety of ages!

So filthy. Sticky floors and garbage everywhere. Carpet pieces taped on jump platforms, and overflowing garbage cans and no soap in bathrooms. Definitely has gone downhill.

All they care about is money

This place would be fun if they didn't gouge you for an obscene amount of money for your kids to play. The cost for two kids for a hour and a half plus socks is $70. People should absolutely boycott this place. They try and push you for a membership making you think it's more cost effective but it's not. You won't bring your kids nearly as much as you'd have to in order to make it worth it. I can't even take my own water from home up to watch my kids play. The location is also awful. Semi trucks and vehicles parked all along the sides of the road making it dangerous for everyone. Time to forget this place exists.

It's not much of variety like other jump places, has huge sections of trampoline area and unattended trapeze area. No rock climbing, no zip lining no slides. Just very basic jump place with a jungle gym. Hardly any staff supervise anything so kids pretty much can do anything they want like not taking turn, not waiting or throwing stuff. They don't force you to buy socks which is cool. As long as you have socks they are ok.

Foot prints seen on most of the trampolines.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Has anyone had any issues with the "lock ins" that they do? 12-18 seems like a huge age range. 😫

Can we bring outside food in?

I believe you are allowed water but it is kept out of the jump area.

    Price? Any military discount?

They do have a military discout. I believe it's 10%. It's about 15 bucks to jump for an hour.

    Is there an age limit?

No, but there's probably a weight limit. Don't hold me to that though because I'm not sure

Now for the needed upkeep...There were many holes, rips, tears, etc in the inflatable equipment. Pretty sure that's a safety hazard. There was also vomit/spit up in more than one place throughout the building (common for jumpy places but at other places staff is always immediately on the way to clean it up). Speaking of staff, they are all in their teens/early 20s & are not trained well in basic customer service/communication skills, basic check in procedures, etc. It's the typical disappointment & frustration you feel when being served by Gen Z, unfortunately. Some of the inflatable toys were deflated but the areas were still open. Not all inflatable exits had the cushioning landing to step down onto - another safety hazard. If you have younger kids I'd definitely stay near by. We have come here a couple times for birthday parties but I personally would not pay to come here unless a change in management or equipment happens.

I honestly really enjoy this space, what they offer & their price point (they offer military discount, including on birthday party packages). Were there employees present? Yes. Did they care about the safety of their patrons? Nope. I watched two employees allowing very young children to harness themselves onto the rope course. Another employee passively checked his phone while kids piled into sleds to go down a slide only to slam into toddlers who had been allowed to play in the landing zone. Eventually parents started managing the different stations while the employees wandered away to either play on their phones in corners or disappear entirely. I now see why their waiver is also the longest I've ever seen as well. With regards to the birthday areas, they also appeared to be unstaffed which I've never seen at a play zone. As for the equipment many of the pads were so low on air so kids and adults got stuck. I cannot recommend this place at all. It is an accident waiting to happen and there are much safer play zones to visit.

They also have light snacks such as chips, water, soda, ice cream, and icee drinks. I love to bring the kids here when I have some work that I need to get done, uninterrupted. They play and I work! Five stars--absolutely recommend!…read more We went to this trampoline park today and had such a great experience, largely because of an employee named Nira. She was incredibly personal and genuinely tried to create a customized, positive experience for everyone she interacted with. You could tell she was upbeat and attentive, even though it may have been a long shift. One moment that really stood out was when a little girl was upset because she was too small to go on one of the attractions. Instead of brushing it off, Nira encouraged her to try another option--the long, fast, really cool big slide near the front checkout. You could literally see the little girl's entire mood change. It clearly made her day, and moments like that matter. People like Nira often play what seems like a "small" role, but the impact they make is very real and long-lasting. They help create happy memories, and that deserves recognition. Making every guest feel seen and prioritized is not easy, and she did it effortlessly. Also--small but lovely touch--they gave out delicious candy canes at the end, which was such a sweet surprise. I'd highly recommend this place, especially for parties or big groups. At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.
