Fun place for kids but needs some major upkeep. The slides are fun & I appreciated that the play areas are all tall enough/big enough for me as an adult to follow my kid around. Now for the needed upkeep...There were many holes, rips, tears, etc in the inflatable equipment. Pretty sure that's a safety hazard. There was also vomit/spit up in more than one place throughout the building (common for jumpy places but at other places staff is always immediately on the way to clean it up). Speaking of staff, they are all in their teens/early 20s & are not trained well in basic customer service/communication skills, basic check in procedures, etc. It's the typical disappointment & frustration you feel when being served by Gen Z, unfortunately. Some of the inflatable toys were deflated but the areas were still open. Not all inflatable exits had the cushioning landing to step down onto - another safety hazard. If you have younger kids I'd definitely stay near by. We have come here a couple times for birthday parties but I personally would not pay to come here unless a change in management or equipment happens. read more

We've taken our kids to Catapult about 5 times total. We had their birthday party there this year and were very pleased with the process. I honestly really enjoy this space, what they offer & their price point (they offer military discount, including on birthday party packages). I'd hands down rather come here than Sky Zone - they have just as much variety and ability to wear your kids out without it being insanely overpacked and priced IMO. yes occasionally staff leave something to be desired but I can't imagine working with rowdy kids all day is pleasant. read more

Catapult in Lakewood, Wa is a must due to their amazing managers : Tyonna & Aracely. Thank you! We hosted my son's first post-pandemic birthday there. And these two boss ladies raised the standard incredibly high and exceeded the expectations to what I needed. We had so many of our guests and their kids impressed and wanting to come back again. And also snagging monthly memberships! Super clean because I see their employees out with the brooms and spray each hour. Excellent customer service, where everything you need for a party is provided. I was worry free and incredibly grateful for this adventure park and their supplies. Lakewood catapult is the best Catapult there is because it is nicely laid out with incredible features. I love how helpful the employees are when you're there even for the first time with or without a birthday party. The prices are reasonable because their pizza is yummy and from a real neighborhood pizza restaurant. Lots of room, massage chairs for parents, lots of bathrooms, free parking, wonderful workers who genuinely enjoy and respect where they work! Couldn't have asked for more! read more

It was my son's fourth birthday a couple of weeks ago, and he loves trampoline/bounce parks. I'd seen ads for this new Catapult, so I decided to take him here and meet up with a friend for the first stop on his birthday! It's the old Dick's Sporting Goods, so it's a giant space. They've got a ton of parking too! Since it's brand new, it's incredibly clean - bathrooms and all! We arrived right at open on a Friday morning, so we had the entire place to ourselves for about an hour which was incredible. The kids had free reign and absolutely loved it! There's sooo much to do here. I didn't count how many different bounce structures there are, but it's a LOT! There's also one that is specifically for kids 10 and under with a ball pit. I wouldn't bring my (almost) two year old here because it's just a little too much, but it's nice that they have a younger kid space. They have giant slides here which was one of my son's favorite parts. I lost count how many times he went down them. Right next to the giant slides there's also a big tube ramp where the kids can get into inner tubes and go down the slide, and get launched into the air at the end and land on soft padding - it took a little coaxing, but once he tried it he was hooked! For older kids, there's climbing walls, and also aerial obstacle courses (you have to be harnessed for both) which is pretty cool. All in all, my son had an absolutely great time. I will say it's pretty pricey, but I was willing to splurge for the occasion. On the website it says Cub Launch time is $17 for two hours, and my son is under the 46" requirement for that by quite a few inches... And somehow we were still charged over $30 for the two hours. My friend who brought his daughter actually bounced with the kids and he paid over $60 for the two of them. Cool spot to check out if you're looking for indoor play! read more

This used to be a good place but on our last visit, it was clear that the operation is staffed by kids who need to be trained a lot better. Inefficient check-in process. welll.... catapult in Lakewood WA used to be amazing, but with the new management the place has gone to shit. Over $400 for a party of 10 kids when it costs $130 for 5 kids. we can't bring cake or anything unless we pay the over charged fee of a party. so basically the privilege to eat a cake and jump is $400+... My 11 year old was very disappointed. Also, the state of the restrooms is only slightly better than a a porta john that has been sitting at basic training used by generations of trainees. the smell alone made me want to gag, and the toilet paper and puke puddles on the floor made me reminisce of the good ol days when I lived for drill sgts to yell at me. Long story short, this place was once an epitome of childhood memories and laughs, but has now been reduced to the disgrace of an Iranian nuclear facility. read more

We chose to have a birthday party at Catapult. The kids had sooooo much fun, the activities for the kids were so fun. A lot of options for all kids, from young to old they will have fun. The party table was ready early so we could set up and get it ready for our guests. The attendent for the party was really accommodating, kept updating us on the status of pizza, which was delicious, and how much time we had left. They made right on a slight hiccup that we did not really have a problem with. They are awesome party hosts and we will be back for another party!! read more

WARNING! If I could give zero stars I would. We had my daughters birthday here back in June and have been battling HEAD LICE ever since!!! Do not go here and let your children wear their helmets as they are NOT clean! I am working on reporting this establishment to the health department. This is horrible and we can't seem to get it under control. We have spent so much money trying to get a handle on this in our home and our children haven't been able to go play anywhere as we do not want to spread it to others. I am so angry!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The management and workers here are the most disrespectful I've ever encountered. They were unprofessional, rude and have zero customer service skills. I brought my 3 kids and signed up for the month membership. I asked if it was a month to month payment or if it automatically renewed. She said it automatically renewed. So I asked how I could cancel it so it doesn't auto renew. She said "email this email (gave me a brochure) and tell us your phone number. But sometimes it cancels and sometimes it doesn't" *what!* She said "yeah, we get backed up on emails so it doesn't always get done" *again, what!* The manager then proceeded to yell at my kids who were sitting at a picnic table eating a sandwich that they had to throw it away because no outside food was allowed. I get rules see rules but it was so unprofessional to talk to my kids the way she did and then proceeded to tell me that my kids were "leaving trash everywhere" (literally no trash anywhere). There were 3 other families that had food with them but the manager didn't talk to them. The manager and her employees then proceeded to stand at the desk, point and laugh at us. So unprofessional. The general manager is frequently giving her friends free passes especially after having to ask them to leave. We had our daughters birthday party here, and it was heavenly to have so much safe entertainment for them, and best of all, NO MESS to clean up afterward!!! Do not use credit or debit cards here, they charged my card without my authorization 5 days after our birthday party event. We booked a birthday party for my son. The place is clean and huge, loads to keep kids busy. The pizzas never showed up after we waited as long as we could (they order pizzas and have them delivered) . 20-25 minutes after our party ended, we could wait no longer and the party guests had left. The party host said she'd give us a discount for the issue. I already paid the $100 deposit, she charged me $235 (about 40% off what I anticipated paying). We paid and left, pretty disappointed about not feeding all the kids. 5 days later I see another $240 charge on my card. The line is busy at this place every time I call. So I email corporate for help. Corporate reaches out and states the store called me and I authorized the charge. The party host made a mistake and charged me for a different party, they needed more paid to them. I tell her no one ever called me to charge my card and I ask for all my money back. She offers me $140 refund, but I refuse and want all the $240 back. She says someone will get back to me in a day, no one ever does. Now I'm having to work through my bank to get my money back. Emailed corporate again and they have not reached out. Businesses should not be using customers debit card information to run charges later without authorization. read more

Took my son here today for his 7th birthday gathering and we really enjoyed ourselves! It's a pretty big place with lots to do and even a small arcade section. My son had a blast and the 90 mins we paid for went by quick with all there was to do. The customer service at the front desk was impeccable, Portarette was so helpful and helped everything feel so seamless. She was kind and knowledgeable and made sure we were all set to have a great time! We will definitely be back, thank you catapult! read more

Celebrating my son's 13 birthday with his buddy and his sister . So excited to jump. We drive 2.5 hours to come play here . As we do frequently because my kids love it so much . Today was absolutely crazy . "Biankah" the lady at the front desk was very kind and quiet but not helpful at all. Which is fine but I still needed help. I was having trouble signing the waiver for my sons friend. So I asked the manager for help. Not sure her name but she is dark skinned with braided red hair . I told her I was frustrated with biankah , she rudely said "ok I'll meet you over there when I'm done " I proceeded to walk to the waiver screen and she rudely tapped the screen saying "see this is all u needed to do" trying to make me feel dumb/ and literally she yelled in my face ! She said "do you wanna jump here?" "Then cut your attitude or u won't jump " She argued with me back and forth and then proceeded to go up to Biankah and tell her things in about me in front of other customers . Something about attitude and not letting me in. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and I will never be back. I will also be letting all my friends and family know how the MANAGER treated me . HER attitude was outrageous and way over the top and so not at all needed. I was frustrated yes, but I never once yelled, raised my voice or was disrespectful in any way shape or form . I did not deserve this and it completely ruined our day. How can a MANAGER be this way? The Manager on shift today 1/6/24 completely ruined our experience/vibe. I was there with my little family and was on one of the big bouncers with my son (3 years old) since he needs some assistance for about 30 mins into our 90 min jump time. Nobody had told me, the mother, that I could not be on the equipment without paying extra and getting a bracelet myself. I get rules are rules ALTHOUGH, the Manager did not have to approach me Infront of my kid the way she did. She came up to me very rudely and loud with the craziest amount of attitude saying I need socks, bracelet and need to pay extra telling me I need to get off. I apologized and said that I have been around the employees the entire time and they never said anything but okay I will. She continued just to be extra rude and unnecessarily Bit*hy to me causing my son to cry. No one's kid should ever have to witness their mom being spoke to in the manner I can not even convey over text. I was in shock and proceeded to go ask for a refund at the front desk for the remaining hour because this lady had completely ruined my family's time. The employee was about to give me a refund when the Manager seen I was upfront and decided to go make an issue coming up to us and made sure he did not give me a refund and went on to be a bigger Bi*ch to me for no damn reason.
