Horribly filthy with garbage and litter all over the place. Bathrooms were also a mess. We had to make a reservation for a one hour jump time and it appeared to be very crowded for being 50% capacity. Employees were not enforcing the required mask policy, as many people were running around without a mask, or it was hanging below their chin. There's either a policy, or not. They did however enforce the policy to wear their special sky zone brand socks. Seemed to lack enough employees as well because lines were long. Sadly, we won't ever go back, which is too bad because the activities themselves are fun. read more

First off! Just want to say this place is awesome! Here's why :) 1.) Facilities- Extremely clean, well maintained, and so safe! The place looks new and the staff ensures all patrons abide by the rules so the little ones don't get hurt :) And bathrooms are so clean!! 2.) Socks- They make you wear their new socks which you pay two dollars for! Love love love this! The place doesn't smell of feet like other non-sock jumping places and makes everything feel so sanitary! LOVE! Don't ever get rid of this rule! 3.) Snacks- Along with the typical soda, pizza, and chips....they offered healthy alternatives! They had Cliff Bars, granola bars, and trail mix! 4.) Foam Pit- Clean! No old foam blocks, dried skin, or smelly smells! Sooo clean! 5.) Eddie and Chris- Eddie checked us in and was cordial and very professional. This place was a gross environment. Cheese pit was in a corner and it felt very boxed in. Trampolines were good but they let way too many people in. Dodgeball was okay, perfect size court bull the actual dodgeballs were too big to throw. People that worked there were extremely rude, and offensive. read more

My son loves this place. It's very clean and because it's relatively new (in this location) all of the equipment is very nice. It's a bit smaller than Sky High Sports, but again it's cleaner and more up to date technology wise. It's also more expensive than Sky High, but with a Groupon I was able to get an hour for two kids for $14 total. Without the Groupon it would have been $30. Also, you're required to buy and wear their special socks, which range in price from $2-4 a pair. Obviously you can keep them and wash them and reuse them, but I always forget to bring them. Tip-remember your socks! I know some people like this and want to buy new socks each time, but my son wants the $4 "limited edition" socks. So buying that for 2-3 kids adds up. read more

There is a worker there, her name is Mora and she was by far one of the best workers I saw there. She was smiling and cheering the kids on at the basketball spot. She was involved with the dodgeball game. She was attentive and interactive. On the other hand there was someone with the name Addy who was on her phone a lot. She kept distracting the other workers on an excessive scale. She straight walked away from the basketball station and I saw a child land on their head. Addy was no where to be found. My kids throughly enjoyed themselves. They loved the foam pit. I loved that I could sit down and let them run. Tonisha at the front was very nice and professional. Extremely crowded and I didn't really like that my kids were split in separate jump zones. The gentleman at the concession stand, whom I was told is the owner, was very rude. He didn't speak first and threw the napkins and straws on the counter. I found it to be too expensive for an hour of jump and crowded seating areas. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever encounter. Came for a birthday party and brought four of my daughters, the lady upfront said they had a toddler section so we figured We would let our 14 month old play. I took my 14 month old daughter up to bounce and within minutes one of the workers said I can't stand on the same trampoline as my daughter " Meaning I can't hold her up". My daughter can run and walk just to young to jump. I took my daughter and went to speak to a manager about the situation and let her know what was going on. The Managers name was MELANIE and trust me when I say she's is hands down the WORST manager I've ever encountered. As I explained what was going on she point blank said why would I ever pay for my child to jump if she can't jump, well...... why sell me the ticket dumb a$$. What my 14 month old can't enjoy herself with her sisters and birthday party?????Not only did she say this but she kept repeating it to me. If they actually hired more staff instead of having one employee watch 60 kids a adult wouldn't have to stand over their child so the bigger kids wouldn't run over the toddlers in the toddler section that older kids aren't suppose to be in to begin with. My question is why have a toddler section if you're so shocked that I would bring my toddler??????? Melanie is a rude, sarcastic, snobby, incompetent manager and should be fired for her attitude and lack of customer service skills. I'm going to break down the differences between sky zone, big air, and Skyhigh sports. Sky zone is the most clean but unfortunately has the least amount of sections to Play in and the least variety. I would also rank them in the top four best staff. We've been several times where staff members actually interact with our child and play games with him. It's not really that big. Big air is great, with a little more variety of sections for playing and different things to do. Skyhigh is for sure the biggest with tons of stuff to do. They have a bunch of different trampolines, laser tag, a BAR!! read more

This place is an absolute free for all. Adults jumping and breaking every single so-called rules and falling on top of little kids. The staff don't care, and there is absolutely no order. If you have a child under 6 years old go to Defy Gravity. This place (Skyzone) is awful for them. The foam pit is connected to the trampoline. There are no plain foam pits. You can't jump with your child because they separate you by age. You have to wear socks where as there is an option at Defy Gravity. You wear a sticker on your shirt which my child didn't like. Everyone (even people not jumping) stands on the path way and it's not an open floor plan so they are in the way when you have to walk through to go to the other areas. Defy Gravity is definitely a better place. We only went here because they were open on Sunday but they aren't worth the trouble. read more

I took my grandson yesterday around 3:15. It wasn't busy, so we had the place basically to ourselves. The young men manning he stations were excellent. They played and suggested different things to try why jumping in he foam pit or shooting the basketballs. On guy, Rob, was an excellent ambassador for your business. Dirty and extremely mean to the children. My 2 boys have been to trampoline parks many ones before and have never been yelled at like they were criminals. My son was running on the trampoline and the guy in charge of the area yelled so loud I thought there was a major medical emergency. My son started crying and the guys explanation was that they only allow one person per square and no running. This is ridiculous, no running at a park?? The place hasn't been cleaned in months or more. The mats are so dirty their black instead of blue and orange. The foam blocks are all Brocken and chipped. I got to the sky-robics here... And omg I love it!!!! Mel is the instructor and she is amazing!!! I have been coming here for months and I just absolutely love it, I am addicted. My friend and I come together which makes it a lot of fun!! We do a lot of cardiovascular obviously because we are jumping on a trampoline, but she also incorporates arms into the workout and abs. She has a "bag of tricks" which is like a boot camp workout which is great too. We sometimes do similar workouts and sometimes she changes it up but it is always a great workout and a lot of fun. You will get a full body workout here and you won't even feel like you are working out. I love jumping on the trampolines and it is a ton of fun!! A good outing for the family. I like that they have a separate area for the younger kids. However, I would recommend going in the off time as the mid day on weekends can get a bit busy. The staff were good a keeping things organized and participants from getting out of control dangerous. I would vote for a quiet section for parent to relax, but I realize this place is meant to cater to the activity. My kids love the the swinging rope into the foam pit. Nice place overall but the customer service is terrible. They said they are under "new management" so now you aren't allowed to jump in the same zone as your children. Which is ridiculous. Bryan was the guy that helped me and he was pretty rude when answering the questions I had. I have been here before with no problems. So far so good, as I sit and type this review it is a nice facility. Clean, bright, well staffed and very inviting. The prices are very reasonable at 13 dollars for a 60 min jump. There are other jump times but 60 mins is plenty for my boys. Didn't care for the fact that they wouldn't let me bring my water in with me..... (come on people....it's water) and yes i know i could order water but I'm a water snob!! They offer a standard snack bar but we didn't purchase anything from it. There check in system was fast and easy. Other seating for the parents while they are waiting would be nice but there space is limited so maybe it's not possible. Sky Zone is great! I've been a few times now and the customer service is always really good. Compared to other trampoline parks, I definitely feel that SZ has higher standards on safety and customer satisfaction, which is evident when you walk in the door. We just had my son's 7th birthday party here today and they did a wonderful job! All our guests complimented me on the staff and the job they did. We planned the party and then unexpectedly moved to another state for my husband's job and the Sky Zone crew made it so easy for us to plan. They took care of every detail, were great with the kids, were super friendly and accommodating. If we move back to Charlotte, we'll be having more parties at Sky Zone, for sure! read more

DISASTER! $400 Birthday party package and this was the most unorganized party set up ever. As a parent I want to spend that kind of money and have this be simple. The pizza was not ordered, so they asked if we could eat cake first. That's nuts! The pizza (they ordered) came when it was time for parents to pick up their child. So kids were having to leave and they didn't get cake. I'm so mortified by this party set up. NEXT THE FRONT DESK LADY "KIM" says it's my fault for the pizza. Uh no, when we signed in and they collected my additional $215 bucks (plus $200 online down payment) then we decided on the cheese and pepperoni pizza. The kids jumped for 1 1/2 hours, they were exhausted, thirty and hungry/. Party host asked the kids to keep jumping. Faces red & they are tired. SOOOO NO PIZZA until it was time for kiddos to leave. Front desk lady want to give each girl a 30 min jump pass for the wait. Are you kidding me (I added that to the goodie bags), but that's nuts too. No one jumps for 30 mins. My beef here, that's a shame when from desk lady wanted to blame me. Here I am explaining to parents the kids haven't eaten yet & no cake time yet. SOLUTION; All I wanted was a CREDIT for the pizza mixup, that would have been about $25 bucks? No credit for this unorganized nuttiness, embarrassment or a $400+ birthday party. Yes Jackson our host was nice. I know he was embarrassed. FINAL WORDS: it's too crazy there, no space to hardly jump unless you luck out. $400 is WAY TOO MUCH for what you get here & the madness with no organization is not worth the money. Flour Power is around the same price and it's super organized. No more trampoline jumping parties at SKYZONE. I do not recommend it. My family and I visited today at noon and we will not be returning. This place is a joke. My under kid, who is not yet 2, cost the same as me to jump. This place makes you buy their socks at an additional cost while other places allow you to jump either barefoot or with their socks. The main trampoline is separated into zones by age. I get the logic of it to an extent, but it's not practical. I can't jump with my toddler, but I can sit and watch him. He can't jump with me in the 16+ area. good luck trying to make a toddler sit while we jump. I'm also not going to jump on the other side of the room from him...as if. The dodgeball area was only for ages 5-15, so my 12 year old nephew couldn't play dodgeball with his family because we're too old. The foam pit is tiny and you have to wait in line to jump which takes up your jump time. Overall this place sucks, it's expensive, and a waste of time. This is perfect for soccer moms who want to sit and read a book while their kids play...but not for families who want to enjoy this place together. Also, the rules are only enforced for adults. Kids were allowed to jump all over the main trampoline area, even in the 16+ area, but try jumping with your toddler in the empty 0-4 year old area and you get told something. Stupid. Don't waste your time! And don't bother asking for a refund, they won't give you one. read more

This was our first time going to this location and probably our last. We showed up with jumping socks from another jumping place. They had the same sticky bottoms but were told we had to purchase their socks. We asked if we could jump with the kids and they never asked ages just said you can in these specific areas. We finally get ready to jump and find out there are really no areas that they can all jump together based on age they separate them out. We ended up leaving without ever jumping because they really made it so difficult to do something or anything together with different age kids. I would agree if you have kids over 10 this place might work for you. read more

I was most disappointed in the customer service (or lack there of) received. I had a coupon that I was unable to redeem even though the fine print did not indicate that it could not be used on the weekend. When I asked for an explanation from the manager, I received a completely different answer than what I received originally. The manager didn't even bother reviewing the coupon and just told me it wasn't valid. I would have been satisfied with the answer if she would have reviewed the documentation because at least at that point she would have been informed. read more

I love tramps. Skyzone was a decent time. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by an associate who takes you through everything regarding rules and how the place works. You walk up to the counter were they tell you that your socks are not good enough for the establishment and you must buy theirs. There is a little snack bar around the corner and seating upstairs for adults who are there to let their kids go crazy. There are basically four sections. Trampoline section where it is split into 4 groups dependent on age and size. So if you want to jump with your kids well you can't. There are two dodgeball areas one for kids and one for adults. A trampoline section with 3 different basketball hoops that vary in height. Lastly a foam pit section so you can do sweet tricks. Overall the price wasn't bad and we did have fun. This place is more kid oriented and they seem to put a priority on safety. Which sounds good, but I think there are too many rules. The other places are a little more relaxed on rules and we like that better. read more

Our daughter just celebrated her 10th birthday at SkyZone & it was a great experience at an organized, clean and no odor trampoline park! We reserved an entire court for the 18 kids which was the perfect choice on a Saturday when SkyZone is very busy. They free jumped & played dodgeball, just our group. Skyzone's party organization from beginning phonecalls's thru serving food & drink was wonderful. They are all about taking care of you & letting the parents relax during the party because they handle everything...we only needed to bring the cake! Our daughter had a great party! My family and I went here today for my nephews party. This place is not family friendly. They separate jumpers based on age, which is good for safety, but they do not account for siblings of different ages who want to jump together or a 3 year old who will not jump without his mama there to jump with him. I had my kids in 3 different zones because we weren't allowed to jump together and when I asked all they said was, "sorry, you can't do that." Maybe there aren't many parents who want to play with their kids or siblings who want to play together. I don't know but I do know that we won't go back! read more

We had my daughter's 5th Birthday at Sky Zone, and we couldn't have asked for a better day! The staff was amazing, beginning with booking the party. My daughter has a food allergy, and they were very accommodating with allowing her to bring her own pizza. When we arrived for the party, the staff was very welcoming, and made it easy for us and the guests to sign in. They took all of our party supplies as well as the gifts and set three aside while the kids were jumping on their own private court. The entire staff was great with the kids as they moved between the different areas, and made the kids and parents feel welcome. The party room was set up for us, and our hostess was amazing with the kids. The entire party was very well organized, and everyone had a great time. We definitely recommend Sky Zone! read more

I love Skyzone I go here almost every week there dodgeball is the best and is very fun. The court monitors are very nice and are nice to you. Tip : if. You want to bring a big group to play dodgeball go on a Friday night because there is not that many people there. If you want to go with a few of your friends go on the weekend because there is many people and it is very fun. Also it is in sections according to age so a 9year old is not against a 16 year old.
