Their policies on who can jump where are ridiculous. I've been to multiple trampoline parks and they are the worst. I couldn't even jump with my 4yo on any trampolines other then into the foam pit. I will be taking my business to Rockin Jump from now on. I highly recommend not wasting your time here. read more

Haven't even had the birthday party yet and already having a terrible experience. I booked for the package for 10 kids and was told I could add more children if I needed. Called two weeks ago to add 5 extra children. When I received my conformation call for the party today Sky Zone had no knowledge of the additional 5 children. And they are completely sold out of tickets for the time of my sons party! How could this happen, I guess employee error? I am currently waiting for a manger to call me back with a solution. I took my child here for a birthday party. Kids everywhere. It was crazy! The party person assigned to our group didn't have a clue. The parking lot is really small for all the people this place accommodates at once. It is probably much better when it isn't crowded. Great fun for adults - and a great workout! Although it seems to always be crowded on the weekends, it was a lot of fun for the large group of adults that came to celebrate a 30th birthday. One hour was plenty of time to use all the room activities (e.g. dodge ball, free jump, ninja warrior course, etc). If you are looking to book an event for a group, working with the manager was seamless and pricing was fair. I originally tried booking with a different venue in the Towson area, which did not provide reasonable group event pricing for what I was looking for. read more

This trampoline park is awesome! The staff are kind and even sometimes jump with the kids! The foam pits is very soft so no one will get hurt, and the dodge ball games fun and enjoyable. Their building is clean, easy to navigate, and has reasonable prices. I've never tried the glow sessions but will surely try it in the near future. I recommend this place for any active adults or kids. read more

AWFUL! We cane here for a niece's birthday party and coming in you get run over by kids of all ages running around... The "area" for the birthday party is just a bleacher where everyone gets their socks...theres no actual place where you can sit your stuff down and relax or see anything that personalizes the child's birthday...you get to put your presents and coats,shoes, and other belongings in a rack (that they later will push down) ...the staff is rude and inexperienced...i repeat RUDE AND INEXPERIENCED ...when the kids finally got to jump only one person (who was not paying attention) was assigned per area...i understand kids will be kids but there is always that risk of running into another kid (which happened twice and they didnt do anything) or that one kid is playing more rough than another one...they tried to "section" the big trampoline area by putting signs up for 4&under,5-10,10+...but of course kids will be kids so 15year olds are jumping and running into a four year old...it should be up to the staff to make sure that each person no matter what age can jump freely with kids their own age...dont even get me started on the bathrooms...byotp (bring your own toilet paper) lets just leave it at that...when we were finally lead in the "comfort zone" which is where the kids get to have pizza and cake it just went downhill from there...eventhough the only helper of the group Skytried her best to somewhat please everyone...when the girl BECCA (or as she called herself the "Sassmaster")came I think I along with every parent in the room just wanted to kick her out...she spent the last forty five minutes talking about herself.... How she is 17 and a half...she doesnt have her license ,having kids is STUPID (yes she said stupid...to kids ages 4-8) when she asked someone if they wanted cake and they politely said "yes ma'am" ...she said "oh u dont have to call me ma'am i feel like a sergeant or hitler (she clearly doesnt know the person was trying to give her some respect) ...when the birthday girl blew out her candle she spent the rest of the time playing with the candle...lighting it ...blowing it....and on and on and on poor Sky had to do everything....it was 8:45pm and the party ends at 9:00 and just to kill time the birthday girl wanted to open a present from a friend who was very excited so Sky let her open her present...and here comes Becca taking the shine off of the birthday girl and putting all the attention on herself by playing with the candle...only highlight of our visit hear was the dip and dots that we bought our son that was only $2.50 compared to $5.00 they sell everywhere.... my kids went there last night for glow night. They had an amazing time but I did notice some rather inappropriate and unacceptable things. when we were going to check in, There were five people at the reception desk yet one person was taking everybody. I thought this was rather annoying because the people that weren't taking people weren't doing their jobs correctly and it seems like they were goofing off. I also realized that The place was filled with germs and a soda costs four dollars. That is expensive for a small soda. The wall that you run up is extremely dangerous because people were having their two-year-olds run up those walls and that is rather dangerous because they could injure themselves now I know this is the parents fault for having their kids do this but the staff should've said something. during glow night, the staff played extremely inappropriate music with cussing and more that I would not like to add on to. it is an unorganized because while my kids were doing flips little babies were running on the trampolines that they were flipping on and my kid kicked a baby in the head. now my kid was in the middle of a flip while the baby was running across the trampoline so this was not my kids fault it was the baby in the parents fault. read more

This place should be great for kids, and sometimes it is - but it depends entirely on who is working during any given "toddler time." If it is nice workers who like kids, and feel inclined to actually put out some damn balls, it's a lot of fun. Other days it is staffed by unsmiling bored unhappy workers who police the toys and parents, and hoard the goddamn balls like trolls. I visited this location on Saturday 2/18/17 with my daughter, my younger cousin, and boyfriend thinking that we were ALL GOING TO HAVE TONS OF FUN! No, that was not the case. When we first got to the location it was packed to compacity which isn't a big deal but when you have a two year old it becomes a lot. We were instructed that we would need to fill out the waiver before purchasing tickets which wasn't a big deal either. After filling out the waiver I went back to purchase my tickets which the young lady that waited on me was very rude and I did not appreciate that. We had to wait an whole hour to jump since the first session was sold out. When it was our time to jump we were all ready and excited to get going. We went into the section for the toddlers because of my 2 year old and had no idea that I could not jump with her. I had many rude instructors of the area come up to me and explain that I could not jump with my child. I become very upset because this was the first time my child has been to something like this so I wanted to jump along with her, especially if she was to fall or something. I could only walk along the side where there was no trampoline and supervise. I was very upset because this is something that you should explain to your guest before they purchase their tickets. I paid almost $80 to have an really bad experience. I would have never paid for my boyfriend or I had I known this. And to top it off the staff that I came in contact with was very rude and I did not like that. For one if I am going to supervise my kids I do not expect anyone else to grab my child and bring them back in the area, especially when I am standing right there. Let's just say I will not be going back to this place at all! The worst experience I have ever encountered. I was going to complain to get my money back but I already knew this was going to be a slim possibility. But I would do this review where it hurt the most! We went here for the first time for a toddler birthday party. There were three kids ages 2-3 in the group and this was easily the most stressful outing I've taken my daughter on so far. First we arrive at the 0-4 year old jump area and it's packed and many of the kids are clearly older than 4. The monitor keeps yelling at kids to stay on one square. Seriously buddy? My kid is two and she's excited. She has no idea what you mean. The whole one-square thing would't be necessary if the place weren't packed with big kids. We were there for about 5 minutes and another monitor says they've opened a dodgeball court just for Littles. Great. We grab the kids and walk the entire way across the room. The kids are upset that we've made them stop playing and don't understand what's going on. We get there, deposit kids, and they have a blast. They're running around throwing balls and having a great time. That lasts for about 15 minutes. Then another monitor tells us they need the court for dodgeball and we have to leave. OK. Pack up unhappy toddlers and treck back to the first area. The place is still really crowded and they've divided the toddler area in half but with no barrier or anything seperating them. Really? Sure enough my kid ends up on the other side and some 10 year old doesn't see her and nearly falls on her. She could have been badly hurt. The other toddler parents also complain about the lack of safety in the shared space. They finally kick all the big kids out and section off the entire space like it's supposed to be. The kids look around for the balls they had in the last area. One of the monitors goes and gets three or four balls for us. Great. Happy kiddos. Ten minutes later another monitor comes and takes them away, saying they need them elsewhere. Unhappy kiddos. They got over it and ultimately had fun but with the multiple moves, having to be constantly hyper-vigilent so my child would get crushed and dealing with multiple rounds of upset due to changed circumstances, it was way too stressful. I don't feel safe bringing my toddler here. We may try out Toddler-time but won't come back during open play until she's several years older. read more
