They were very patient and helpful. While we waited for the party room we had some unexpected additions to our group they easily added them to our group and assured me all kids would receive the items the other party goers received. Once it was time to go to our party room we were greeted by our party rep. She was awesome! I'm sad I do not remember her name but I will leave her description because she was absolutely amazing! Came with my son and my half son on july 7th 2025 i believe, we came Late because our original plan to Watch a movie wasn't possible due to No AC in the theater, me And my husband obviously cant "jump" and partake like kids can. So we bought a GAME CARD and planned to play games (especially the claw machine) plus my son wanted one go at the punching bag "game" now you MUST buy a game pass to play any game, so we spent $20 and went to start playing some Games. Turns out all of the games were "offline" r just powered off for the hell of it. We told staff and their response was "oh yea i hear its been like that a while" YET THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO BUY THE GAME PASS KNOWING WE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT?!?! they didn't even put up signs deterring customers from buying game passes. This is a great place to take your kids if they need to get their energy out so they can stop being a pain in your rear. The parking is atrocious I will say though. But once you walk in you completely forget about the parking from 2 minutes ago. We have one of the memberships for the 3 kids so all we have to do is check in with our phone number. Some of the areas have a color coded tape to signify where age appropriate kids can be. after about 1 1/2 hours the kids were tuckered out, thank God. They have a dodge ball area, and yes I tired to pop my own 10 yr old son, don't judge me. I know you all want to do it too, these kids need a good popping sometimes. I went here with my two little cousins and nana on a Saturday to celebrate my little cousins 7th birthday and she had a ball! I even got out there and jumped with them to ensure they're for one safe and two having fun of course! My nana is up there in age, so to ensure she doesn't have to do too much walking I took over. They had a great time, and loved the chance to jump in the foam squares and on the cool trampolines. Jarah was a fantastic host, and made it such that I could really enjoy the day and not worry about the details. She set up the party room with our decorations, served pizza, played a game with the kids, and led us in singing Happy Birthday and opening gifts. Great to wear the children out and let them run around. I will say that the staff is basically teenagers and I have NEVER seen an adult. I stood at the food counter for 30 mins while they checked kids in. The people in front of me were allowed to skip ahead in the main line and that's when we found out that they could only help in the main line. Customer service would have said that 30 mins ago. So. If you see a Groupon for this Sky Zone, don't buy it - they don't honor them. Fortunately, Groupon was able to refund the money but that was a little disconcerting. Hopefully the owners sort that out! That said, this Sky Zone was fairly clean but not nearly as spacious as the one in Bowie. I can tell this is an older location - my husband mentioned that they don't have the sleeves over the foam, so him and the kids were covered in bits of it. Only one pit was particularly bad though, so they probably just need to shore the place up. I did appreciate that they had a larger arcade section, though we didn't get a chance to play in it. Staff was friendly and helpful, the pizza was surprisingly tasty and they allow you to buy pitchers of Fruit Punch or Soda. All in all, a nice experience but I'll probably stick to the one local to us in Bowie! read more

The sky zone failed to meet their customer service commitment. My grandson party was party was booked for one of the party rooms. However when we got there they have overbooked their rooms. They put in a common area , with no privacy. The music was blasting, so we coukd not hear the kids. It very disappointing! In addition thet serve hot dogs with no mustard. The Waldorf, MD location was dirty, the staff the welcomed us were rude and the rest of the staff were standing together chatting. There were two nice and helpful gentleman at the Warrior Course. The equipment is worn out. And, the vending machines for drinks were both broken. Definitely will not be back to the Waldorf location. We really enjoyed the Springfield Sky Zone! read more

This place is been here at least a year and we have finally made it in. We had a voucher for 30 minutes jump for free so that is what finally got us in the door. I was thankful we were able to use just that and they did not make us buy any additional time. You have to wear the special socks that they have and they're available for purchase for $2 a pair or $3 if you want the deluxe kind. Once you purchase them, you can just bring that pair back each time. We got there right at 4:00 PM when they opened and I was surprised that there were a few other people getting there right then as well. I'm sure it gets crowded in the evenings and on the weekends but since we were there so early it really wasn't crowded at all. I would not be interested in going during peak time with too many people jumping and running all over. My seven-year-old had a great time and the 30 minutes was plenty. He was ready to go after that. He really enjoyed the obstacle course and also jumping into the foam pit. They had a little jousting area which was pretty unique and he and his friend enjoyed that part too. We would definitely come back here but I don't think we will be rushing back. I like how big and open the whole place felt. She had a blast doing obstacle courses, climbing ropes, jumping in pits, making slam dunks, and back flipping a million times. We didn't eat here. We did use the locker system. It was easy enough. Oh how I wish they had something like this when I was a kid. This place is well organized and very clean. The stations for checking in are well marked and for me, the TV's running Sunday football was a plus. I was here for a kids party. At least 25 kids in the party and the room was prepared and ready for the kids once they jumped for a hour. The different trampoline rooms is smart. We had a private party section so our group could find a trampoline the moment they said go! My favorite is the American Ninja room. Okay, not quit that but very tough for younger kids with little to no upper body strength. I wanted my orange socks at that time. But, we will be back so I can show my skills. They played dodge ball. Which is very well organized. The kids running the show are well trained and kept the lines and groups moving pretty well. There was a major back up at one of the course where a group of kids younger than 8 were lined up to try the course. Our kids never got to go on that one since the line was so long and none of the kids could do the course. That to me was the only draw back. Oh, and the lack of parking. But, maybe I missed a lot hidden in the rear. So, once we finished our time on the floor, we were directed to our room. The guy that ran our party had so much energy and was a riot. Not to mention the Ghetto Birthday son they sang. It was pretty good but he was the life of the party. From games to jokes to bad songs. This kid may have found his calling. Entertainment! The drinks flowed and the pizza, which is average, was flowing just as fast. They did not have enough chairs in the room for the large party, but quickly solved thiat issue with additional chairs in and out. Hey, this place rocks for a party and I'm glad to see that it is being run at a high level. Management - Just keep it clean and running well. Training should never stop! Came here last night with my husband cause we're both kids at heart and were so excited to try this place! I mean who doesn't want to go to a trampoline park?! We've never been to one before. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and directed us on how everything works. For one hour, it's $20 a person. Prices go up for each 30 minutes by $5.00. The first time you have to buy the $2 socks, but you can keep them and reuse them. I do think it's a little pricey, it was $48 for me and my husband. It was 6:50, so we paid for the 7pm - 8pm but didn't get to start jumping until almost 7:15 because first there was an error with the cash register, then the locker took our quarters and we had to wait for the manager to bring the key, and then they also explain the rules before you start. So we didn't get the full hour that we paid for, but now we know next time to make sure we'll have enough time to get ready before scheduling our jump. After checking other sky zone prices, I noticed they're a lot cheaper than this location. hmm hopefully they'll lower the price... The trampoline park itself is great! There's basketball, a huge freestyle area, a "foam cube" (?) pit that you can jump into, jousting, 2 dodgeball areas, and 3 obstacle course challenges. We had lots of fun on everything! The dodgeball was cool because the staff supervising would organize the dodgeball game, so it was a lot of fun! Definitely great for kids because there was mostly kids, a few adults/teens. It really wasn't busy at all, for having just opened. Some tips: this is an extreme cardio workout! My lungs were burning after like 20 min. Lol but I don't workout like I should so that's probably why. Also, dont lose the big sticker that they give you. Idk where mine fell off, but they made me go out and get another one. And last don't bring anything valuable (phone, wallet) unless you have 75 cents for a locker because they don't let you keep anything in your pockets. Overall we had a super fun time! The kids (ages 13,12,9,8) loved it! We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. I've been to the location in Columbia and it was too crowded. The facility is clean. The bathrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. They interacted with the kids in the jump area. They moved around and made sure there place stayed clean and that the guests were happy, even asking us adults if we were okay with what was on the TV. I didn't jump this time but I definitely will next time. I want to try the Warrior Zone... An obstacle course. This is a spacious location with limited parking like all of these places seen to have. They have a nice large waiting area with tables where you can eat your snacks and a few couches and large screen TVs for parents that are not jumping. Came here on 4-22-17. Sky Zone is a nice place to bring the family for some Saturday fun! We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children age 2 and 7. My sister paid online for the tickets which were $20 a piece and also paid for the children sky zone socks (which is required). We paid for the two adults socks when we arrived to sky zone. The website state to get there an hour before scheduled time to sign waivers. Our scheduled time was 10:00am so we got to the location by 9:15am. The place is clean, very spacious and the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. This was our first time at a sky zone location so the staff gave great directions. They do not have a toddler time on the weekends only during the week so we decided to come early so that there wouldn't be so many kids and our little toddler would be able to at least bounce around the different areas without so many bigger kids tumbling over her. The best decision we could have made actually. Around the time we were heading out (11:15am) is when a lot of people started heading in and they were bigger kids too. Overall, we had a great time at this sky zone and will be back. The different areas and the challenge area was all fun to do and you will break a sweat and burn some calories jumping and bouncing around. I wouldn't suggest you wear jeans if you will be jumping. read more

Ok so let me give you the run down of the place. It's Saturday night and I spent $184 for a good night and the service is slow the member working the front end are not in sight. Only one cashier line is long you can't get anything to drink. It takes almost 15 minutes of jump time to get some type of help and all management can say is oh I can give you free passes for the next time you come in..... I'm like what? You can not possibly be serious about this like there's no way you think giving free passes is going to excuse the fact that tonight this night you killed part of my family's night because the people you decided to hire really don't care about serving and helping out the patrons and covering their coworkers when help is needed. I wouldn't come back to this place if you paid me. Fair warning if you do find yourself here just know that you will not get all of your jump time but you will be told to leave the floor when your time is up. read more

Worse Sky Zone I've experienced. It's a bunch of teenagers running the business and customer service was horrible. We attended a 9 yr old bday party and I was disgusted by the music selection that was being played while there. Bunch of cussing and new age rap music that sounded really bad. I had to let the manager know the music had a bunch of cussing to get the station changed. Went to help the mother of the bday boy to decorate the party room with the allotted time of 10 mins prior and 2 of us moms were kicked out by staff saying that only 1 person could be in the room for decorating. Party room started and mom didn't have the decorating done in time but could have had they allowed us to assist. We asked the staff member why that's a rule and she couldn't explain why. Mind you, this party was scheduled for the previous Saturday and had to rescheduled to the next Saturday without proper notice due to their flooding of bathrooms/kitchen. The mother of the bday boy didn't even know until she called in to find out if her bday balloons had arrived. Needless to say, this is just a warning and everyone's experience is different. read more

Let me start by saying this is a great place, something new & different for this area. I've been there a few times with my boys & will probably go back. Having said that - our last visit resulted in my son hitting his head and ending up in the emergency room with a concussion and 6 staples in his head. Paul Facchino was there when this happened. We offered to show him and several employees where the incident occurred so they could "fix" it and no one else gets hurt. They weren't interested. After our visit to the ER, I called Skyzone 2 times, leaving messages for the owner. He never called me back. Finally spoke to him on my 3rd attempt. Told him that I DIDN'T WANT ANYTHING FROM HIM, just wanted him to know how serious the injury was and offered AGAIN to come by and SHOW THEM exactly where the accident happened so NO ONE ELSE GETS HURT. He passed me off to his assistant. Never heard from them. PARENTS! If you're interested, the jousting area should be limited to smaller children. My son was 15 years old at the time. When he fell off the pedestal in the jousting area, his head hit the walkway (which is covered with foam on the sides) but it gives way & it's just a solid piece of metal/steel. I have NO idea if they ever did anything to address this because they clearly were NEVER interested in talking to me. I never even got an "I'm sorry your son was hurt"... I'm sorry you were in the emergency room for hours" NOTHING. My mistake...he gave my son a cold bottle of water the day it happened. A sincere apology or even the slightest evidence of interest or concern would've been appreciated. read more

My boys are 15, 13 &12, they are having a BLAST!! Lots of fun activities, Free Zone jump, Basketball, Ninja Warrior type obstacle zone, Dodge Ball and Jousting arena. The staff are all high school and college aged. I was greeted at the door and instructed where to go from there. I had my tickets AND my waiver. I handed the girl at the counter both. She asked if I had filled out my waiver.... Just handed it to you. Then she asked how tickets.... again.... Just handed that to you. She asked if we needed socks, yes we did....I told what sizes and then she told us where to go after that. We started to walk that way....WAIT, she forgot to give us our passes and our socks that I just paid for. And then asked again what size socks. Maybe just a bad for this girl. Seating is at a premium on the weekend. Lots of birthday parties. I would not recommend this place for children 4 and under. Bring your own water bottle. Drinks and food are expensive. I didn't give this a 5 star because of the confusion at the register, not and actual adult worker was seen the entire 2 hours I was here, and the prices are steep. $20=1hr $25=1.5hours and $30=2hours. read more

I brought my 3 kids here and spent $72.00 for one hour of playtime because they charge per hour . Make sure your kids are well feed also before entering . The food here is expensive. My 5 year old also entered the trampoline area to change her mind due to she was scarred and uncomfortable. She did not play in anything. I asked the front desk if they were able to give me my money back . They replied that they do not give refunds. I was very disappointed. My 5 year old granddaughter celebrated here birthday at the Sky Zone this past weekend and I can't say enough about the experience. From our group check in, jump time and the use of the private party room, everything was top notch. The young children and adults all had an excellent time! The employees ensured that our cake was kept cold before the party, and set everything up beautifully in the private party room. Our hostess enthusiastically served all the children and guests, sliced and served our cake and assisted with the birthday presents. She helped pack up the left over cake, loaded all of our things on a cart and wheeled everything out to our car when the party was over. Now that is excellent service!! We will return! read more

A really good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean, including bathrooms. Spacious waiting areas - one for those waiting to go in to jump, another with tables closer to the food counter and a third room off to the side for parents waiting. Military discount - thank you! I would easily give them 5 stars if not for the parking. And it is that bad. Can't even get in, or out of the lot. Zero parking spots even after people parked all over the grassy areas - these areas are a rutted, muddy mess. After 20 minutes of searching and driving around we ended up at a closed, neighboring business and had to walk over train tracks and rougher terrain to get to their building. I would also suggest they not charge a convenience fee when reserving online. While they may have to pay some $ for the website convenience, they don't have to pay employees to do that work at the store. It should be a wash. And if people are encouraged to reserve online there wouldn't be such a line at the facility. Between the parking, waiting in the ticket line and wait for a time slot, it was well over an hour wait before we could jump. read more

Okay well this is my 3rd or 4th visit to this location and I was hoping that I'd have at least one good experience here but that just won't happen... I will try to keep this as short as possible bc they've wasted enough time in my life. My 1st bad experience was with my son's 6th birthday party. The 1st mistake was that his party was supposed to start 4:00 my entire party arrived around 3:30pm. We checked in and sat on the bleachers. From my understanding we were supposed to have gotten a private game of dodgeball when all they did was grab 8 Dirty cubes in front of the bleachers (keep in mind I had a party of 20 kids) they did they for around 4:20 minutes then came and said that my party needed to be in the jumping area bc they wasted 20 minutes of jump time! How!!! After speaking with the manager the credited the kids an extra 20 minutes bc all of my party was here and checked in 30 minutes prior and the staff was the one who dropped the ball... then we get to our "private court" and it's full of kids who weren't with me and one of the teenage staff has the nerve to say "maybe if you would have come on time then they wouldn't have to worry" luckily for this young lady my children were near bc Yes I would have cursed her out like the adult she wanted to be. To diffuse myself I went to the party room to set up bc I specifically asked that the staff not touch any of my food or favors bc I wanted to decorate myself. So I walk in and the rude young lady and another employee are going thru my bag and baked good with gloves. And again the young lady decides to be rude luckily my fiancé was there to save her... fast forward to today I came to bring my son's and friends to jump for a bit. When we walk in the staff is behind the register so emerged in their phones and conversations that I had to tell to get their attention. I needed to purchase a pair of socks and the staff hands me an open pair which looked used after I asked for another pair in the plastic they looked at me like I was speaking French... and told me that they were the same socks so it shouldn't make a difference and my response was the. You should t have an issue getting me a new pair. By this time I'm heated and they are lucky that I have other ppls children with me and I'm trying to set a good example. I get my new pair of socks and keep it moving upon arrival I asked how long pizzas normally take to make and was told about 15-20 so I ordered one for the kids. Only to be called 10 minutes before they finished to be told they didn't have any pizzas in the building. Hey I know that could have been an honest mistake but at this point I'm just over SkyZone Waldorf. I asked the girl how long ago did they run out and again I get another rude employee who turns around and says "if it's that serious I can goto Wawa" for this establishment to be in the area it is you'd think that they would hire a better caliber of employees im All for hiring young people but for the amount of money I send in here they are unacceptable.
