Great to wear the children out and let them run around. I will say that the staff is basically teenagers and I have NEVER seen an adult. I stood at the food counter for 30 mins while they checked kids in. The people in front of me were allowed to skip ahead in the main line and that's when we found out that they could only help in the main line. Customer service would have said that 30 mins ago. Then I stood in the other line for additional 20 mins. Other than that the kids loved it.

Snack bar and check in area.

This place is been here at least a year and we have finally made it in. We had a voucher for 30 minutes jump for free so that is what finally got us in the door. I was thankful we were able to use just that and they did not make us buy any additional time. You have to wear the special socks that they have and they're available for purchase for $2 a pair or $3 if you want the deluxe kind. Once you purchase them, you can just bring that pair back each time. We got there right at 4:00 PM when they opened and I was surprised that there were a few other people getting there right then as well. I'm sure it gets crowded in the evenings and on the weekends but since we were there so early it really wasn't crowded at all. I would not be interested in going during peak time with too many people jumping and running all over. My seven-year-old had a great time and the 30 minutes was plenty. He was ready to go after that. He really enjoyed the obstacle course and also jumping into the foam pit. They had a little jousting area which was pretty unique and he and his friend enjoyed that part too. We would definitely come back here but I don't think we will be rushing back. I like how big and open the whole place felt. There was a large lounge/table area for people wanting to take a break and get a bite to eat.

This location and the staff were outstanding! They were so very accommodating and professional. From booking to cleaning up after the event, our hostess and the employees did their absolute best to make sure that all of our needs were met. I would not hesitate to boom another event here.

Oh how I wish they had something like this when I was a kid. This place is well organized and very clean. The stations for checking in are well marked and for me, the TV's running Sunday football was a plus. I was here for a kids party. At least 25 kids in the party and the room was prepared and ready for the kids once they jumped for a hour. The different trampoline rooms is smart. We had a private party section so our group could find a trampoline the moment they said go! My favorite is the American Ninja room. Okay, not quit that but very tough for younger kids with little to no upper body strength. I wanted my orange socks at that time. But, we will be back so I can show my skills. They played dodge ball. Which is very well organized. The kids running the show are well trained and kept the lines and groups moving pretty well. There was a major back up at one of the course where a group of kids younger than 8 were lined up to try the course. Our kids never got to go on that one since the line was so long and none of the kids could do the course. That to me was the only draw back. Oh, and the lack of parking. But, maybe I missed a lot hidden in the rear. So, once we finished our time on the floor, we were directed to our room. The guy that ran our party had so much energy and was a riot. Not to mention the Ghetto Birthday son they sang. It was pretty good but he was the life of the party. From games to jokes to bad songs. This kid may have found his calling. Entertainment! The drinks flowed and the pizza, which is average, was flowing just as fast. They did not have enough chairs in the room for the large party, but quickly solved thiat issue with additional chairs in and out. Hey, this place rocks for a party and I'm glad to see that it is being run at a high level. Management - Just keep it clean and running well. Training should never stop! Great job on a great destination in Southern Maryland. We will return.

My 3 1/2-year-old comes once a week. She absolutely loves it. The staff is patient and incredibly fun. Today they all dressed up as superheroes. Excellent service all around.

The $2 socks you have to buy, they have grips on the bottom. You can reuse them.

Came here last night with my husband cause we're both kids at heart and were so excited to try this place! I mean who doesn't want to go to a trampoline park?! We've never been to one before. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they greeted us and directed us on how everything works. For one hour, it's $20 a person. Prices go up for each 30 minutes by $5.00. The first time you have to buy the $2 socks, but you can keep them and reuse them. I do think it's a little pricey, it was $48 for me and my husband. It was 6:50, so we paid for the 7pm - 8pm but didn't get to start jumping until almost 7:15 because first there was an error with the cash register, then the locker took our quarters and we had to wait for the manager to bring the key, and then they also explain the rules before you start. So we didn't get the full hour that we paid for, but now we know next time to make sure we'll have enough time to get ready before scheduling our jump. After checking other sky zone prices, I noticed they're a lot cheaper than this location. hmm hopefully they'll lower the price... The trampoline park itself is great! There's basketball, a huge freestyle area, a "foam cube" (?) pit that you can jump into, jousting, 2 dodgeball areas, and 3 obstacle course challenges. We had lots of fun on everything! The dodgeball was cool because the staff supervising would organize the dodgeball game, so it was a lot of fun! Definitely great for kids because there was mostly kids, a few adults/teens. It really wasn't busy at all, for having just opened. Some tips: this is an extreme cardio workout! My lungs were burning after like 20 min. Lol but I don't workout like I should so that's probably why. Also, dont lose the big sticker that they give you. Idk where mine fell off, but they made me go out and get another one. And last don't bring anything valuable (phone, wallet) unless you have 75 cents for a locker because they don't let you keep anything in your pockets. Overall we had a super fun time! I still think its a little pricey though.

Plenty of space to chill if you're not jumping!

There are different time-slots designated depending on the age group you decide to jump with. Each jump is allotted 3 hours. For instance, families with small kids jump early and adults jump in the evening. During the adult jump there was a live DJ who came up with games to engage the jumpers. The setup is comprised of 5 inflatable bounce houses with different themes. Within each of the bounce houses there are different props and games such as basketball hoops with beachballs for basketballs, gladiator rings, mini slides, a foam machine, and giant chairs. The best feature is the large slide that's attached to the "world's biggest bounce house" attraction, which is the largest of the 5 bounce houses. Some things to know before you go: - The weight limit is 245lbs - Bring extra socks, even if you just keep them in the car to change into afterwards. The weather was clear on our jump day, but rained in the days prior, which led to unavoidable puddles of water throughout all of the bounce houses. The temperature was around 60 degrees, so after a while walking around with wet socks was too cold and uncomfortable, which caused us to leave early - Wear shoes you don't mind getting dirty Recommend going on a warm day (not hot), ideally after consistently dry weather.

This is a traveling bounce house business and temporarily in Fort Washington, MD. From the second we walked in, the energy was contagious walls of trampolines, high-flying jumps, basketball inflatables, great music, and a whole lot of laughter echoing through the place. The inflatables were super springy (in the best way possible) and the staff were friendly and on top of safety without ever being overdoing it. We did not get any food, food truck offered fresh food options. The not so good: It was muddy due to rain in the area. There was some water puddles on the inflatables. It was not a show stopper. The best part! Everyone was genuinely having a great time. When they return to the DMV, this will be the perfect place birthdays, group outings, or just an excuse to have some all-out fun.

After realizing the park's hours of operation did not work with my son's and my schedule, I immediately reached out by email requesting to cancel the membership. My request was denied. I also explained the financial hardship caused during the government shutdown, contacted corporate directly, and submitted a formal letter, yet they still refused to work with me. Stopping an order right in the middle of the attendant taking it is so unprofessional and shows why this place has turned into a ghetto Sky Zone. Go to Flight. This place has gone down the dumps and you can tell they don't care. This is how it starts. Businesses think it doesn't matter when they lose one customer. But we are a family of 7. We won't spend a penny here again. My 5 and 8 year olds get pushed around almost every time we come here by kids double their age and they have nobody above 16 to do anything about it. They allow 18 year old men to play dodgeball against 5 year olds. There is literally no age grouping. My son nearly broke his nose and my attorney wants me to sue. We are still under the statute of limitations so now I will probably go thru with it after tonight. It's the straw that broke the camels back. This place could be nice if the owner and manager cared. But they save money by hiring kids that don't care and every attendant is younger than the next. I ask to speak to the manager Isaac and he is maybe 18. He repeats the same BS as the 16 year old "girl" who literally stopped the attendant from placing my order. No apology. No explanation other than this kid say in g we stop serving food an hour before closing. Well. It was an hour and 15 minutes before closing and there is nothing that states they stop serving hot food anymore hour before closing. I was not ordering 3 large pizzas. I was ordering my kids pretzel bites. What happened to customer service?! What happened to taking care of the customer. We stoooed having our birthday parties here because it's run by -6 yr old kids who have no manners, no sense of respect, no training on customer service. There are 15 people standing around literally doing nothing. They could stop serving food 15 minutes before closing and use all the people standing around to clean the kitchen within 15 minutes. If I walk in a restaurant at 8:55 and they close at 9, they understand that they will have to make the food. Over an hour before closing and I get treated like I am a 16 year old kid by some kid who I think was a female. Literally the attendant was keying in my murder and she stopped him. She had not started cleaning yet. It's not like she was done cleaning the kitchen. She had not even started. What a joke if a place. But this is why ppl don't go here anymore. It's ghetto and run by kids with no training, no respect, no sense of what their job is and what they are getting paid to do. Shane in the owner. Shame on Jesse the GM and Shane in Isaac the 18 yr old manager who did absolutely nothing but lie to me.
