We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. After five years, two birthday parties, and countless visits, I can confidently say this has been a consistently great place for our family.

Parking lot sucked to the point where I parked all the way in the back of the warehouses and walked cuz no one was leaving. I got inside and it was a freaking jungle. All age group of kids were there with at least 12 party rooms, hosting probably 20 kids/adults in each room. My son had a great time, but I watched him like a hawk with tons of older kids around him, jumping in the trampolines and diving into the ball pits. Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best.

They feel safe, secure and confident. They started from waddling to running and jumping in the trampoline. They've learned to hold their ground (secure footing) and play around older kids (they're 18 months right now) during practice and play & siblings and friends. We use every opportunity we get to be there. The staff is so accommodating, welcoming, and so kind to my girls. This is crucial for my girls to have other adults who are playful and safe. For single moms out there who want to have a space for your kids where they feel free and confident, but also learn interactive and social skills this is great. I thought the "park" would suffice, but i was wrong. My gym helped the girls learn how to move safely around the park and older children (still learning). So we will definitely be here until they age out. We love Ms. Cathy for her kind heart and great eye for watching the girls. Mr. Justin always is great at including all the kids and playing with them. You will probably see one on his shoulder or leg. Ms. Ashley! Whew... what a joy. Everything feels easy around her. She navigates so well. Ms. Nicole... no words. She's overall a rockstar. Meant for what she does. PERIOD! Ms. Amoya (I'm probably butchering her name!) she's new but my girls took to her so well and she brings so much joy to my gym. Mr. Daniel, he's the architect. Every week we (me! My inner kid) enjoys seeing the new set up! Wow! Yes, there's a new set up every week!!!!! Ms. Jaylan, cool, funny, and safe! I'm wild, and she'll definitely gently remind me, there's others around. Love love love it! Ms. Lenora (butchering her name as well!) is new to us, but she has a gift for teaching littles! The parents/nannies/grandparents/caretakers there are also amazing people. Some days can be brutal, and I've encountered encouragement solidarity and over all community! So don't wait, and sign up! Cleanliness... since it's a smaller space, it's pretty clean! Let's be real littles are littles. I've witnessed them cleaning daily! Also, I do my part as best I can to clean because my kids are teething. They provide wipes, sanitizer and bathrooms are well kept!

5 stars for the Coaches, 1 star for the Audience, 4 Stars Overall…read more I can't say enough good things about the coaches here -- they're kind, welcoming, and genuinely amazing. My kid loves coming, and I truly feel the staff gives their all. Now, the spectator section... that's a whole other show. Walk through the front door, and the entitlement practically wafts in like an expensive perfume. Some parents (and babysitters) seem to think we're in a luxury country club in the Hamptons, not a kids' gym. The swing comes out, and suddenly it's: "Oh, sweetie, you want the blue one? Don't worry, mommy will make sure you get it." Meanwhile, I plop my kid on whatever swing is available because, newsflash, there's a limited number and this is not the Hunger Games. Then there are the babysitters -- many apparently hired for their Olympic-level scrolling skills. They're on their phones more than they're looking at the kids, ignoring posted policies like "wear socks" and "no drinks on the floor." Bottom line: coaches -- great. Some parents and sitters -- a masterclass in what not to do. Come for the great play, stay for the unintentional comedy.
