This place has changed for the worse. This is our 4th party there and we strongly recommend you avoid having a party here for these reasons. Their quality has dropped drastically. The pizza was 20 minutes late and the 4-year olds just sat at the table waiting. Because it was late it was not cooked and most of it was thrown away. They served a "no name" unbranded ice cream cake that was tasteless. They offered snacks but then had none. They played only 2 games and some music otherwise it was just kids running around totally disorganized. They are not focused on customers satisfaction- only care about billing. It used to be much better. And the Assistant Manger Alexis Ann and the Manager Nassir did nothing to help or make up for this terrible experience. We do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. The party was great-we had attended a couple of parties here and our child loved them and was adamant he wanted to celebrate here as well. So we did, despite the fact that it is at least 30 minutes of a drive. We went there for a bday, she was turning 2 years old. Our 6.2 yr old was there to celebrate along with our 11 yr old. Kids had fun. Water was provided. As well as hand sanitizers for all. Two hours total from jumping to cake and pizza at the end. Pizza was good cake was awesome and we all enjoyed ourselves. Staff were helpful when it came to serving drinks and food. Hubby, babes and I arrived a little late so we missed the fort part of the party. They were very organized so that the party stayed on track. It's a lot to accomplish when you have a ton of ankle biters, screaming and running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The first 30 minutes they start off the guests in a room with an inflated playground and the kids get to go crazy from the beginning. They also have a few massage chairs for any weary adults who might need to get off their feet and enjoy a little relaxation. The second stop is a larger inflated playground with huge slides and a huge bouncy castle. The kids spent 30 minutes in here as well. I liked that they have a smaller playground in the room for smaller children as well as some mini rocking horses so we were able to have fun with our daughter who is only 9 months old and couldn't run around with the other bigger children yet. Afyer they tired themselves out here, we were all brought into the third room, which is the actual party room that was set up with pizza, cake and goodies for all the kids. The staff did an amazing job personalizing the party so that when it was time for the food and cake, there was also a video playing with pictures of the day of fun the kids just had. Now that we have a new baby, I would definitely consider this location for a kid's event in the future. read more

We have been to many great parties here, including our child's 4th birthday, but the kindness, understanding, and creativity of manager Julia is what finally got me to write a review. I had forgotten to bring spare clothes and of course there was an accident. She brought in the big floor fan so that I could dry the clothes I was rinsing in the sink so my kiddo could get back to the action. We had our son's 2nd birthday at Bounce U earlier this year. We were really pleased with the service provided by our Bounce U chaperones Oliver and Guadalupe. They were very attentive to our group. We especially liked that they gave clear instructions for how long we would be in each section of the play areas based on the reserved time frame. Guadalupe was also very helpful in wrangling in the toddlers who tried to 'run away' back to the play areas, once it was time eat. The gift bags were had some interesting toys that didn't seem cheap. Our favorite was the old school slap bracelet. Overall, it was a great experience and it was organized in a way that parents would appreciate. read more

We hosted our son's 4th birthday at BounceU and I cannot say enough good things about the service here! Every staff member was kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything they needed. We brought in decorations and a few things for the party room which they set up for us perfectly. The timing was perfect for the bounce times and my son had an amazing time in the party room dancing with his friends. Thank you so much to all the staff who helped us celebrate!! If I could give no stars, I would. NOTE: Do NOT come here for open bounce if you have little kids (or special needs kids) as parents can no longer bounce free as of a minute ago. I called before I reserved to make sure parents could bounce and when I showed up I was told to get off the equipment because a "month" ago their policy changed. I thought they only use bait and switch in used car lots, but I guess they employ that tactic at BounceU as well. Spoke with a mom who said she bounced with her daughter just the day before. Given this change, management should really have decreased prices except they didn't of course. It would have made more sense for the no parents policy to apply when your children are at least 4 years old. Certainly a bad business decision as they will lose out on all the 2-3 year old customers. To add insult to injury, the safety video started at 9a and the attendant shooed us out at 10:28a, so we didn't even get the full 90 minutes of bounce time we paid for. read more

My kids absolutely love BounceU. Their 2 different rooms are a lot of fun. Recently both of my kids tackled the spider climb which is pretty challenging if you don't have upper arm strength. I took my 4 year old for open jump time and he had fun. The cliff jump in the second room seems dangerous, two kids got hurt while I was there. There was only one employee that was nice the young guy, the others not friendly at all. I walked in and the guy says hello welcome to bounce u while the young lady said do you have a reservation...no hello or welcome. Than she proceeded to ask the other two young ladies "who wants to do something else so you don't have to go in the bounce area?" Both young ladies yelled "me, me." I felt this was kind of rude because we are customers that can hear you. When leaving again no one said thanks for coming. Vert poor customer service from the young ladies. Facilities are fine but this negative review is for the extremely extremely loud music they play throughout parties that is completely Inappropriate for little children. Seriously, I feared my little ones would have damaged hearing after going there since my own ears hurt. Super fun looking place and not much worse when you get inside there, I had the most amazing experience when I was young. There rides, trampolines, slides are so much fun. It is a great place to have a friend and parent come go there. There birthday party's are not that bad I wish when I get a little older that I can take my kid(s) there. They do a good job here. Kids were safe. It was a nice event for a birthday party for kids. It was a nice time with multiple things for kids to do. Not sure what it costs I was only a guest. My one issue was the consent form. We spent the time to fill it out online so my kids could just get here and start playing. But the staff made us fill it out again on paper. Went for someone's birthday. It's 3 separate rooms. Two bins one for gifts the other for coats and bags. The staff in the front were a mess. No communication. Young kids just busy with gossiping and talking about other guests there... very unprofessional! Kids have fun for less than 10 mins before they change you to another room. The worse part of the thing was probably the food time. All the sandwiches were Unmarked! So you didn't have a clue what was in the wraps..! Not only that but also whoever made them did not cut the wraps throughly. So everyone's hands are basically in the tray touching the other wraps just to get 1 out! Pizza was Super Cold! The kids love this place! We've had at least four birthday parties here over the past few years, and they never disappoint. They're very organized and easy to deal with over the phone. They know how to plan and run a kids' party smoothly and efficiently. We've always been treated politely and professionally by staff. Daughter's seventh birthday on Tuesday after Labor Day. Nobody else there yet they managed to have pizza arrive twenty minutes late. Paid extra for dance party - put us in front room with all windows so kids could not see disco ball or glow lights. Three other party room available that had no windows. Manager shrugged when we advised of same. The ice cream cake is gross - it's from Middletown, New York that taste like super market ice cream filled with crap - think bad frozen yogurt with tons of air. Staff pays little attention during the bounce time. A kid got hurt and the attendant didn't even notice as she sat the entire time. No engagement with kids. I had to request ice. That being said, the venue is fun place for kids. I also thought it was on dirty side especially the birthday kids blow up chair. read more

The cake, which was supposed to be Ice cream cake but it was the cheapest version of ice cream cake I have tasted , and it was freezer burned . We were not able to open gifts so we had to trek them home, and rushed out exactly at 9. So instead of asking about if the kids wanted anymore of their cake they threw out all the cake on the table into the bin. The " face painting" was 65 dollars , well they stuck some glitter on an arm for 15 min s let's get real how can you be an honest person and charge that amount? Well let's fast forward to the end ! When we asked the total for this package it was 660 total ! Wow two hours of a party ? Let me break it down ! 30 min in each bouncy room( two rooms) , 1 hour of pizza, freezer burnt cake and a sprinkle of tattoo on an arm ? But wait , wait it gets better . My sister tells me they want another 100 for gratuity ?????? Are you out of your feeakinnnnnbng mind ????? We came here for a kids birthday party. It's a bit of a drive and they have their own parking lot but since there are so many visitors at any given time parking can be pretty scarce. There isn't much else that's open on the weekends in this area. You walk in and sign a waiver basically stating they are no responsible for anything that happens to your child. This place is run by young high school and college kids for the most part but they were nice. They hand you your wrist bands and you wait for your group to begin the fun. Each session is about an hour and 45 minutes and they move you from room to room. They have a variety of bouncy houses and activity good for all ages. You child is free to explore them all or just the ones for their age range. Parents are free to enter the play area to observe. The employees take photos of the children at place and display them on the monitor in the final room. It's kind of difficult to take photos because the nets get in the way. There are some areas with little holes in the net. If you manage to find them you will get a better shot. You get a set amount of time in each room. There's two play rooms and the final destination is the eating area for food and cake. The rooms have slides, basketball bouncy houses, rock climbing, spiral climbing house, and a free-fall jump area. No ball pits. They also have some scooter animals the kids can ride around on. The food was catered by Capri Pizza & Pasta in Tarrytown. I am not sure where the cake was from. The food was delicious. The pizza was average but the pasta and salad were fantastic. When they sang happy birthday they turned the lights down and turned on some colorful lights and a disco ball. The kids were amused. We went past the 2 hour time limit but they weren't pushy or trying to kick us out or anything. I definitely recommend this place for children ages three and up. They don't have high chairs or booster chairs for younger children so I had to hold onto my two year old while I ate because he won't sit still if he's not in a high chair which made eating myself a little difficult. They also didn't offer any milk which is my toddlers beverage of choice. You get the option of fruit punch, water and soda. Anyway the kids had fun, the birthday boy was happy and that's all that matters. read more

I was looking for a great place to have a 7th Birthday party for my child. I wanted it to be extra special and I feel like Bounce U delivered. My details were confirmed a couple of times which ended up being a good thing as my head count kept changing. They greeted us and were ready to roll when we arrived. All the gifts were taken care of and brought to the party room. All the kids had a really great time and wanted to continue to bounce after we had pizza and cake. The pizza was better than I expected. We had more than enough for all the kids and adults. There were 3 party hosts for the event. I felt that the main host running the party did a GREAT job. He seemed to really enjoy his job and was terrific with the kids. The place was not cheap by any means, however, everything was taken care of and I didn't worry about a thing once I got there. This made it worth it. The only con for me; I wasn't impressed with the pictures that I had paid for. One of the hosts was snapping photos from a point and shoot camera. I was hoping for a more professional service BUT for $29 I guess I should have known better. I would suggest they offer a more professional photographer as an option. I chose this place for my son's 8th birthday party last week, and am very glad I did! My son and his 20 guests had an amazing time. He loves bouncing and there's enough variety of things to bounce on and climb that everyone (from a 4 year old to an energetic 9 year old) was challenged and happy. My son has some special needs and I informed the staff that some guests also would while others are typically developing. They were not at all concerned and engaged with all my guests appropriately. As a very busy single parent it was important to me that everything be "handled" for the party; in other words I didn't want to have to bring anything or worry about anything at the party. There were 3 young party staff who handled everything and were polite and helpful throughout. The only thing I did was bring the cake, because my son wanted a Despicable Me cake; for bringing my own I was credited 2 pizzas which the adult guests enjoyed. The worse experience we had for our son's 4th Birthday. We arrived a half hour before our booked time and apparently the AC was not in working order but I was not informed when I arrived. I noticed it immediately when heading into the first party room because the AC in the lobby waiting area did work. Time passes we go into the next room which was even hotter. I then went asked to speak to her manager the response from her manager was even worse she did not care at all and kept repeating I understand I understand my husband then said you can at least offer water to our guests she then seemed even more upset and said ok. The experience there was horrible they used the balloons from their previous parties we purchased to have the balloon drop and add on for 39.99. My seven year old son and his friends had a great time at his birthday party at Bounce U. Literally everything is taken care of including decorations, pizza and ice cream cake. We showed up with nothing. The party was from 12:30 to 2:15 and they are very well organized from beginning to end. They have two large rooms that each have 5-6 large, inflatable structures. Your party has exclusive use of each room for 30 minutes. There are two employees in the room with your party but they don't, and don't have to, take an active part in the party. Once the kids get in the room they run from inflatable structure to inflatable structure NON-STOP for 30 minutes. After you've spent 30 minutes in each room you go to a private party room for 45 minutes for pizza and ice cream cake. Pro's: 1) Zero preparation required for parents, 2) The kids had a blast, 3) Your party has exclusive use of each room, 4) They are very well organized, 5) The pizza and ice cream cake were actually good. Con's: 1) SUPER EXPENSIVE. After adding pizza, cake, decorations, optional photos taken by the staff, and optional gratuity, we ended up laying out over $600 for 12 children. Wow, I can't believe how many negative reviews there are. My family had a fantastic experience at this Bounce U. My 8 year old son had a birthday here with 15 of his closest friends and cousins. They couldn't get enough of the bounce rooms. Even my sister and her 12,14 year old kids were having a blast. Since we had a lot of relatives come, we ordered a bunch of food. When it was time for the party room, it was already set up and we barely had to help serve the kids. Overall this place was much better than some of the other birthday parties we've had. The reason for only giving 4 stars is because when it comes to the pizza, don't expect the traditional NY style and quality (although the kids didn't mind at all). We just had our son's party here this past weekend. From beginning to end, the process was seamless and stress-free. Every phone call i have made has been smooth; the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful on the phone. When we arrived for the party we were greeted by a group of professional and polite and energetic young people. The party itself was well-run and the staff asked me multiple times whether everything was going according to plan. They take photographs and have them displayed during the "cake" portion of the party and then for an extra fee you can get the link and download their photos. The food they brought in was great - good pizza and a nice fruit platter and bagel/muffin tray. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend. It is definitely pricey but worth every penny if you want a stress-free party. read more

Although Bounce U is thoroughly entertaining for kids, be prepared that if you book your party when it happens to fall in the peak time of a treacherous Nor'easter (bringing 55+ mph winds and 70,000 people in our county lost power) that you have to pay a $75.00 "moving fee" to postpone the party! No apologies from the owner, who is nowhere to be found btw, no emotion, just young kids/adults left there to man the ship, made to come in to work when there is life threatening weather out there. I was nervous to bring my child here after reading/seeing the review of an employee on her phone sitting on the slide. What I did notice is someone came in and collected all cell phones from the employees which was nice to see. The only thing i would suggest is a staff member should be on the slide area to help at all times. Towards the end there wasn't anyone helping with the slide and too many kids were going down at the same time and two kids slammed heads. There is room for improvement but over all good. read more

Today I went to the location in Elmsford NY. It was the WORST experience I've had in a long time. One particular male employee, was so rude. He was rude to the children and very rude to the adults rushing because he wanted to go home. He addressed the children to put on their shoes to go to the pizza room, instead of addressing the adults (in a very rude manner). They should really consider reevaluating their employees and how they interact with customers, especially children. My kids love this place but I don't think I will be returning. read more

Took my Grandaughter there for free bounce. When I called to inquire they were rude. Asked for a credit card before I got to ask any questions. When I got there there were about 5 little kids running around. The workers were very intimidating and never smiled or interacted with the kids or parents in any way. Not even a smile. I have seen better dispositions from jail guards at Rikers Island. This is a place for children and the employees could not be bothered. read more
