I've been an Urban Air member for about five years and have hosted two birthday parties here. I would happily host more if my kids wanted to repeat the experience! I've never had a bad visit, and both birthday parties went incredibly smoothly. One tip, especially for families with younger children: go early. I always arrive at opening and schedule parties for opening time whenever possible. It's usually much less crowded, which means shorter waits, more space, and a safer, more relaxed experience. The membership is also an amazing value if you visit regularly. In my experience, you break even by going roughly once every two months. When the weather isn't good enough for the pool, Urban Air is one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning. There's even a quiet room where parents can get some work done while the kids play, provided they're old enough to be independent or another adult is supervising them. With the doors closed, it's surprisingly peaceful. I will NEVER bring my kids here ever again. My 6 year old got invited to a birthday party on a Saturday at 5pm and this place was PACKED. Parking lot sucked to the point where I parked all the way in the back of the warehouses and walked cuz no one was leaving. I got inside and it was a freaking jungle. All age group of kids were there with at least 12 party rooms, hosting probably 20 kids/adults in each room. My son had a great time, but I watched him like a hawk with tons of older kids around him, jumping in the trampolines and diving into the ball pits. Some kid also threw up all over the place and they had to move tables to bring a steamer out to clean up. The food sucked- typical pizza, nuggets, and fries that were soggy. Our hostess was friendly enough and did her best to feed kids and adults. The fact that there's no separation between different age grouped kids is insane to me- for someone who has high anxiety when it comes to their kid, this place was the worst. Unsanitary, terrible food, and the "supervision" at each area was minimal at best. read more

The staff that hosted the party was friendly and provided quick service. However, the entire playground was quite dirty and run down, where the bottom of our kid's sock was dark with some plastic gum-like structure that was completely stuck on it. I like this trampoline park, but visit mostly because we are locked into memberships here. Pros: The park is clean, bathrooms are clean. Does not get super crowded. Location is accessible. Price False Advertising.. we have brought our children and other children family members here for years .. and I always get the basic package which makes the outing more feasible when you are paying for multiple children at one time. However we came here on a Monday because there is no school tomorrow for Election Day and we were told they No Longer offer the Basic package and only the Ultimate package is offered every day of the week. Despite the fact that it shows online that the basic package is still available as an in store purchase , the young rep. At the front desk persisted with "this location doesn't offer that package" even though the location we showed her was the location we were at that states it offers the basic package. What needs improvement in this place is a bit of professionalism in the staff as far as the managers. I was there with a group of kids, and one of the kids in the group was assaulted by an older child.. This was immediately brought to the attention of the managers, and they did not call the local police department. The kid who was assaulted was heavily scratched and blooded. Whoever was running the show at the time basically showed that they didn't care about anything and didn't want any involvement.. this place is unsafe and I wouldn't recommend you to bring your kids here because you have to be their bodyguard to turn by turn so nothing would happen to them. We came here to let our little one jump, climb and play around. We came very early and was able to understand the admission process and what the place looked like. Later the morning, it was chaos so be ready. They have food inside but limited. But the place was clean, staff was friendly and we didnt feel rushed. For the price, I think it was worth it and we'll most likely come back again The only thing that sucks is the parking. Have heard decent things about Urban Air over the years, but have also heard it gets insanely crowded. When. My daughter received a birthday party invite, I immediately cringed. But then I saw it was for 10am on a Sunday so I figured we'd try it out. We enjoyed the place up until 11:30. It was crowded with a few birthday parties but manageable. The pepperoni pizza was pretty Good. My daughter enjoyed running around like a lunatic with her friends and exploring all of the activities. The women's restroom was so-so in terms of cleanliness at 10:15. Should have been pristine. However, at 11:30 it started to get noticeably more crowded. As in the trampolines looked unsafe with the amount of kids on them. And then we saw a girl get a bloody nose from a crash. A staff member helped her off the trampoline, her parent nowhere to be found. And then my daughter bounced into her friend. it was time to go. We ate cake and left. Party was over anyway. Daughter can't wait to go back of course. We will see. And if we do, it will be a Sunday at 10am or a weekday morning. read more

Staff is nice but they are understaffed, no one was moderating the play areas and it was absolutely a scene out of Lord of the Flies. 1 out of every 4 hand sanitizer dispensers works and the bathroom looks like a few wet dogs had a field day in there (no soap in the dispenser either). We went to a birthday party and the parents booked a double room for 2 kids combined birthdays. They put us in a small room. When they realized the mistake they moved us to a double room. The girl who was taking care of our party was great. She made sure all our stuff (coats,shoes,gifts) were moved by the staff. 10 minutes later a guy with a clip board announced that we all have to get out and move back to the original room. No consulting the parent's of the party kids. How embarrassing for the parents when all their guest started to leave. Really unprofessional to leave an 18 old in charge. The place is really in a chaos. They overbook all the birthday parties and don't count the number of people coming in. I'm sure it's a fire hazard to have so many people crowded in this place. This was a fun and pleasant outlook for my kids but as a parent I have some concerns. First my child flipped on a trampoline and her nail broke and her finger started bleeding due to the too high pressure of the trampoline. Next in the ball pit that was used as an obstacle course the plastic balls were split in half causing a hazard for my children getting wounded. Lastly on the zip line the set up of the line was way too close to the wall and caused chance of hitting the wall and injuring yourself. But there were some very nice things about this exact location including very well cooked food, many different activities for children, and an overall fun experience for the kids. Went here for a birthday party. It was a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon, so we figured it would be busy but it was much worse than we anticipated. The other reviews complaining about it being overcrowded are on the money. Even in a decent sized space, you're constantly in harm's way with kids running around with no regard for their surroundings. My wife and I were hit with ball pit balls by kids from another party. My daughter injured her arm getting knocked over by a grown man jumping on a trampoline with his shoes on. The employees in the area couldn't be less attentive (except for the lady in charge of our party. She was great). Most were on their phone paying no attention to the kids while others were busy socializing with each other. It's possible we caught them on an off night but the lack of concern for the kids by the staff was very concerning especially given the chaos going on all around. Never again. read more

My kids love this place that my daughter wanted her birthday party here. Overall, we were taken care for my the staff. Our server was very attentive, nice and helped me with getting the kids for cake and pizza. The kids didn't like the pizza and pretty much preferred the French fries. They all didn't want to leave when the 2 hours were up. It's easier to just list it out: Pros - HUGE space with plenty of things for kids to do and pretty much wipe themselves out with tons of jumping, running and climbing activities - Big space with a good number of people who are in the area monitoring the kids compared to some other places I've seen with far less supervision - Lots of variety - Plenty of party space for big groups - Not super expensive compared to some other indoor playgrounds (not cheap either) Cons - Some parts of this place are dirty AF. I mean dirty to the point you feel grossed out to even be walking in those areas with your socks on. - There's plenty of people monitoring, but that doesn't mean they are actually controlling the chaos when things get rowdy. I left when it was clearly getting super busy, to the point of anxiety-inducing crowds - You gotta buy their socks which aren't cheap I give this place a decidedly mixed review. I'd be back if I can get here first thing in the AM before everyone shows up so my kids can burn some serious energy running all over the place. But I would run for the hills when things get too crowded and I'm definitely not a fan of how grotesquely dirty some parts are. One of my friends really wanted to go to an indoor trampoline park for her birthday, so we decided to stop here on a Saturday around 6PM. Understandably, the place was packed with kids, which is something we were expecting so not a big deal. We chose this place over Skyzone mainly because there were obstacle courses which looked fun, so we gave it a shot. Man.... this place was absolute chaos... It was so disorganized and clearly understaffed. Parking on a Saturday was rough as well. The lines for the obstacle course barely moved because kids would be jumping into the ball pit and wouldn't get out, so everyone was just standing around waiting until they were finally done. The actual trampoline area was fairly small, and little kids (no more than 4-5 years old) were just running around or laying down on the trampolines. Most of our time on the trampolines were making sure the kids weren't going to run into us while we were jumping. We did have fun when the place cleared a bit, so I'd recommend coming later in the day on weekends if possible. Otherwise, be prepared for long lines and craziness. read more

It's a cute idea but the delivery isn't there. It's mostly run by teens who are most likely not getting paid or value enough, but I say that to say that their is no cleanliness nor customer service experience it's like an outdoor park but dirtier and people who claim the territory. I wish they would invest in cleaning not only the play space area but the trampolines and the cubbies to put your belongings in. The ball pit had so much dirty stuff in it it's pretty disgusting when you think of it. There is no sanitation going on what's so ever. You can tell they don't disinfect or clean there's dust balls from 1936 I'm serious it's that bad. And when you think of it of a place for kids to play do you really want your kid running around in a dirty space like this....not me. Was invited to a birthday party on a Sat evening & I would never set foot in this HELL HOLE again. There is no way this place is abiding by the correct # of ppl in the building regardless how large of a space it is. It was so crowded-mind you half of the ppl there are rowdy teenagers who have no care in the world for the younger kids. I was worried my kids would just get trampled over bc the olded kids are so aggressive. Long story short- my toddler kids were trapped inside a trampoline area as a fight broke out right outside the entrance with a group of teenagers and a few women. I had to personally stand at the entrance to protect my kids & this fight went on 5-10min. Half of the staff was just standing there but you can tell theres no protocol as the teenagers should have been removed immediately. It was absolute chaos, if it wasn't for me losing my shit and telling them to help me get my kids out idk how much longer we would have been trapped in that area. If they can't control when things like this happen perhaps they shouldn't fill this place with that many people. read more

The world's cleanest indoor theme park my butt! This place sounds great in their website but in real life this place is dirty dirty dirty!! My son and I went on a Wednesday around 2:45 ( they open at 2) and there was trash in the jungle gym, band-aid's, used mask, straws, wrappers, cups and oh my the freaking dust all over the outside of the slide tunnels! GROSS! It looks like the do the most basic clean maybe once a month. I wanted to leave after that but my kid was having such and amazing time. I asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy putting ice cream away so he handed me to someone else. Which I found odd but ok at least I am talking to someone. They told me that it's cleaned everyday, I called BS and show them photos and they reassured me that it's cleaned everyday then told me that there was a large group that was there in ten morning. They then said someone would go clean it now and then sort of just acted like that was the end of it. I stood there like oh wow hahaha. No sorry sir, no let me see that photo again? Went on 11/28/21 We paid family of 4 to have fun. As soon as when we start to jumping with kids, someone came up and told us that we need to get out of the court because there will be birthday party. We got out of the court and went to other court to play, in 10 sec another stuff came and told us that there also will be another birthday day party. So they keep kicking you out of the playground even if u paid. We wanted to left immediately but manager refused to refund. Although We left the place and called credit card company to get refund. This venue has been opened for about 1 week now, and the name of this place is already circulating because the kids were out for Spring Recess and it was a Mad House. I came in to check it out for hosting my son's 5th birthday party. It's located right off I-80 and housed in a warehouse; the place is massive, the grounds were clean, a bit pricey, and ample parking. The smiling faces inside and the sad faces leaving let me know right then I was in the right place. There are 3 packages to choose from - Basic, Deluxe and Ultimate. It's my baby's 5th, so I went Ultimate, which will get us a private room, a private host, and full access to the entire facility for 10 kids. The setup is included with cups, napkins and plates but they are basic amenities (i.e. white dixie plates). The flyer say's balloons included, but you're only getting 4, SO, you will need to bring your own if you want more, especially if you're party is themed. Devin who gave us the tour, seemed like a really sweet and happy kid, and because of that I requested him as our host for the party. Each host will have their specialty skill, so be sure to ask about that when you book your private host.
