The company made installation errors, only correcting one of many. These errors resulted in high electrical bills because our water pipes froze ...due to the mini splits failure, shutting down in the sub zero temps. All promises were lies from their sales team. It was hard to get them to come in with the warranty to fix problems. The system shut down in the cold multiple times last winter. They wanted to blame all of this on cleaning issues, however the units (we have 5) were all actively leaking coolant. We eventually had to call another company to help us... The other company was surprised by the shotty work done by A&W, and that they would have sold us the mini splits we still have and will need to add heaters to in order to get by again this winter. Please do yourself a favor and find another group... This was stressful, freezing, and a huge money pit trying to figure this whole mess out.

The gas valve on my older boiler had failed such that the pilot would not stay lit. Being somewhat handy, I had replaced the thermocouple, which did not fix it, and was toying with the idea of doing the valve replacement myself---until I called around and found that no one seemed to have them. I called a few places and was told that they'd have to "order the part" or they could "come in a few days or a week." Not the greatest thing when you're expecting the temp to drop 30 degrees. Voegeli was prompt to show up and the tech (who I think was one of the owners) had the needed part on his truck. The repair was pretty quick and I felt the price was very reasonable. And he didn't give me any BS or try to sell me anything that wasn't required to fix the problem, or a new heating system, though my 25+ yo system is probably almost due. I will also mention that there are apparently only a small fraction of the many HVAC contractors out there that work on boilers, but the tech seemed pretty knowledgeable. I would recommend Voegeli and use them again.

He was able to get us up and running and we now have heat! I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and attentive response by Kelly from O K Electric out of Wauseon. The estimate and time of service were reasonable. So this week Leonard and Jake came out to do the installations. Showing up exactly on time and taking extra care bringing their tools and equipment in they began to work. Independently and working together both Leonard and Jake worked diligently, efficiently and professionally. They made sure we were satisfied and gave us some tips on the new ceiling fans operations.
