They give you an extra scrubbing before you enter the car wash which is great when you're not in the mood to de-bug your car yourself (which admittedly is me a lot of the times) . I only get the express wash which is $7 so I can't speak to any of the premium offerings. But the basic one gets the job done.

The reason I love reds so much is because they offer a variety of car washing amenities that most don't have. Like the powerful duster. That's one of my favorites. It's on the polls right beside the windshield. Wiper fluid refill, which is another one of my favorites. And of course, the microfiber rags are always cleaned and washed and ready for your use very helpful. A lot of people also don't know this, but there's a restroom. And it's always clean and kept up just like the car wash. For $8 bucks, you really can't get a better car wash for a better deal. The staff is always friendly and nice to talk to! Another reviewer said they were weak, but that's never been my experience. I have a black dog and light seats, so they show everything, and they clean up very nicely. I also appreciate how much room there is between cars in the vacuum section. At other places in town, the car doors will bang if both are open at the same time. The only complaint I have is sometimes they don't follow their posted hours. There have been many times I'll come in the late afternoon and they've already shut down for the day. Im not sure if it's a technical issue that forces it or a staffing issue, but it's always disappointing to have to go somewhere else.
