I have lived in this community for over 3 years now and I have to disagree with some of the…read morenegative comments. Is the trash bad some days? Sure, however, it is always cleaned up almost instantly! Too often I see people who just sit their trash right outside the dumpster area instead of taking a few extra steps to use the dumpster as designed. I live right across from it and I see this almost every day, and every day I watch as the maintenance and even the management team have to go outside to pick up someone else's trash because of complete laziness. The office staff and maintenance have always been a pleasure to work with! I have seen them interact with people when I go into the office or while they are walking around people looking to move here and they always greet everyone with a smile and a wave. Any maintenance issues I have had has always been responded to in a prompt manner. Please dont let the negative comments deter you from moving here! This is a wonderful and friendly community. My children enjoy it here, me and my husband enjoy it here, my neighbors enjoy it here. It is a very convenient location and a quiet and clean community, what more could you ask for!!! A pool... I could ask for a pool... that would be the icing on a very nice cake.

We worked with McCloud windows to replace 16 windows and our back door (changed from French doors…read moreto a sliding glass door). We had a great experience start to finish. We had original windows from the 90s in our house and we were having a hard time keeping the house insulated, our heating and cooling bills were insane and we basically had heaters or fans running 24/7. Since getting the windows and door replaced, our house has been much easier to heat and we haven't had to keep the heater running. We also didn't realize how much outside noise was getting into the house- but our house is way more quiet now, and multiple people have commented on it. They're really easy to open and close, they have locks we can use to keep the windows open partially and not have to worry about people getting in or our toddler getting out. They also have drainage set up where there isn't a bunch of gunk in the windows all the time. Scheduling was really easy. I'm a nurse so I work untraditional hours sometimes and the whole team worked really well to fit us in. Aidan, our sales associate, helped by fitting in appointments on weekends and texting back and forth to help answer questions as we debated quotes. He was really helpful in figuring out which options we really needed, versus things we could skip, and helped us find some nice discount options. Al, who came to measure the windows, was efficient and even brought treats for our dogs when he came by. He gave us clear instruction for how to clear everything out around the outside of the house for easy installation. We had Brad Sr. and Brad Jr. for our installation team and they were wonderful. They were careful about keeping our gate and doors closed as they worked, because we have animals who would take off otherwise. They were super sweet to our dogs, and talked to our toddler every time she went to see them. They communicated clearly around weather and rescheduling (it was way too cold one day so we had to reschedule, but barely). They were flexible and answered all our questions. One of the dogs messed up some of the caulk, and they fixed it before they left for us. For all the windows and the door, it took maybe a day and a half for installation, and they worked bit by bit to make sure the house didn't get too cold as they worked. They also worked with us to decide where they worked, since we had to work around our toddler's nap. We got quotes from two nationwide companies, as well as from McCloud and chose to go wit McCloud both because they were cheaper for the same product and because they were local and more personable. Would definitely recommend them!

My sales person came out quickly and provided a quote. He even quoted for windows as well. They were within my budget and I gratefully added those as well. The team was fantastic along the way. Each crew I worked with was a pleasure. Windows went in first, then siding, and then a gutter crew to finish up. I love my new exterior to my house. It is so beautiful and a huge change from the old dingy siding.
