They do not even deserve one star…read more In October 2020 I hired a mold inspector and gave the mold report to Garthchester and they waited until July 2023 to remediate the mold and asbestos. Photos show work after mold remediation, plumbing issue still not resolved to this date, and they have still not released the asbestos report. Now, we have to go to court to get them to move on the next phase of plumbing and restoration of unit. Do you want to hire this management company?

After submitting our application on July 2nd (which took hours of careful preparation), we heard nothing from Dawn Martin for nearly a month. When we followed up, she falsely claimed she had responded earlier--a claim that no one on our email chain ever received. This delay caused unnecessary stress for us and the sellers. Throughout, we remained respectful and cooperative, despite her mistakes. When the co-op board began questioning our finances, we provided everything asked of us, all of which checked out. Later, we disclosed that both my husband and I have legitimate psychiatric service animals, supported by official documentation from our doctors. Shortly afterward, we were abruptly rejected without even being granted an interview--under the vague excuse of "financial reasons." It was clear to us and to every professional involved that this was not about finances at all. It was about discriminating against us because of our service animals, which is a violation of the ADA. To cover themselves, they hid behind a false financial pretext. In the end, Stillman took $3,000 from us, strung us along for over three months, wasted our time while we're preparing to welcome a baby, and deprived the seller of a fair and willing buyer. This process was corrupt, dishonest, and discriminatory. I strongly urge anyone considering working with Stillman to think twice.

Nardo didn't seem competent to work with us on such a big project and our Board didn't have the expertise either. Lost common charges checks routinely. When question about balances due, I know several owners that said Nardo insisted they hadn't received payments and had to retract their allegation when the tenant provide proof of all payments. Sounds pretty shady! Who needs that stress and work in their life!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are unresponsive, make you regret living where they manage the property, and you will always question whether they stole money from the HOA or not.
