I've been going to Grove's for eight years. My brother rides all the way from Chantilly because we like the service department so much. The first time I had my bike serviced there, I watched the gentleman servicing it. He took incredible care to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged, and that is one of the things that sold me on this place. I had work done at Battley and they scratched some chrome and stripped a screw, didn't tell me about it and wanted to charge me to fix it, so I really appreciate a dealership that treats the motorcycle they are working on like their own. After going there for seven years, I bought my first bike there. Everyone is very friendly, no high pressure sales, very knowledgable and helpful. I've never had any problem finding someone to help me there. Someone in another review mentioned the wait time for service in the summer, but I've been riding Harleys for 15 years and Grove's wait time is actually less than other Harley dealers I've used. Also, if you need service immediately, they have a first come, first serve on Saturday mornings. I highly recommend this dealership. read more

I recently went to this dealership to look for at a 2019 Iron 883. I spoke with Zach in sales who was very helpful. He wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive bike in the shop and was very attentive to my needs, also Alicia I. The finance department was a HUGE help. I purchased my first Harley on April 15, 2015 at Groves and my sales man was Ralph. He was outstanding, he wasn't pushy at all and made sure he was just answering my questions and educating me on all the different bikes. He made the buying experience fun and educational. Broke down on I81 south bound MM 316.3 charging system issues. WHD to the rescue...they sent someone to get the bike back to the shop. Once at the shop, not far from closing time, a swarm of techs worked on the bike to get us back on the road in less than 2 hours keeping us on schedule with our tour. I'm a new rider. Unfortunately I put my bike down and broke the lever to shift, so it was stuck in 3 gear. I had to leave my bike in Leesburg, VA. I called first Fairfax Harley and they said it would cost $150 to tow. Winchester said $90, so to save a couple bucks, I had Winchester Harley come pick up the bike. It took over a month to get my bike back. They did a good job with the service and the service desk people seemed really good to go. They told me how much, I didn't even look at the bill since I was too excited to get my bike back. I paid and went home. The next day, I wanted to see what time I picked up the bike, so I happend to look at the receipt and that is when I realized they had charged me $240.00 dollar for towing!!!!! I called them back and they told me sorry sir, no one here would of told you that???? you calling me a liar???? Had I known it was going to be this much in tow I would of had my buddy help me bring the bike in. No big deal, I paid it, but Winchester Harley Davidson lost a customer. Stopped in at Groves Harley Davidson to just browse at the bikes there and found Kellis Grille nestled inside the dealership. Being lunchtime I decided to try them out. I must say, it was the BEST American food I've had in quite awhile! The build your own burger was just up my alley! And I had a bowl of there homemade chili, which was off the hook!! We had my wife's bike brought in for insurance repair. GREAT work on the repair. Worked with us up until the end we asked for our parts that were removed from the bike. They "couldn't find them". I had specifically chosen them because they seemed to be honest. Not so much! I feel I got the shaft on the old parts. I'm not sure I'll have them do any more of my repairs. Sad really, It's so difficult to find people who are honest these days. I've just found what I feel is another dishonest dealer. read more
