My bike (picture was taken in San Diego)

Winter Storage is great. Took them almost 3 months for a rear tire and service. No update, I didn't hear anything from them , had to finally call. When I asked what took so long, they said it was a shipping thing. Which I do get, but keeping the customer updated should be a priority. Especially when it is sitting in winter storage. These things happen, but I'll take my bike elsewhere for any performance based upgrades

This was my local dealership for 10 years. But after several bad experiences following the change of ownership in 2023, several of us long-term customers moved to other dealerships. Earlier this year I decided to stop in and see if things had improved. I met with Alex and Hunter in Service and after a long chat, felt very comfortable that Skyline had a strong focus on customer care and quality service. Not long after, I called to schedule a 5K service and got right in. Rich, a highly skilled technician, completed the work and provided a detailed briefing on what was done. Really good experience! A week later I was back after road debris destroyed my oil cooler. Rich & Alex immediately jumped on the job and soon I was briefed on the extent of damage and what was needed for the repair. I was completely confident that my bike was in the best place for the work that needed to be done. Rich & Alex both provided me with regular updates and when the bike was ready, I was given a very detailed explanation on all that had been completed. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in 35 years. I am a happy returning customer and highly recommend Skyline Harley Davidson for any service needs!

This place was good when it was Grove's, now that it is Skyline Harley-Davidson it has gone to . The GM and the owners are used car salesmen, they have no idea on what they are saying. They say that anything other than HD parts voids your warranty which is completely false. The sales people don't know the difference between a horn and an oil filter. The automatically install security dots without customers approval and charge $600.00 for it. The GM and social media manager obviously don't check the photos prior to posting on FACEBOOK as clearly shown by the drivers t-shirt. Man I can go on and on here about this, but hey they did everyone a sold In the HD community by purchasing this dealership. The amount of work that has been generated by the lack of knowledge in this place has almost paid my mortgage off.

Quality, thorough service work. Mechanics have always done an excellent job with my 2009 Sportster and finished on time. If you're willing to pay dealer prices, this is the best Harley shop in the DC area!

Grove's is the fourth Harley-Davidson dealership I've visited since deciding on buying a Harley. It's a very large, spacious dealership - with lots and lots of bikes to look at. And a large clothing and accessories section. I was looking for boots again. Trying to buy Harley-Davidson brand boots seems to be very difficult. None of them seem to carry much of a selection - and if you need a wide size? Forget about it - you are in the minority and will not find what you want. I've been looking for a month now for the Stealth boots in 11.5 wide - even though Harley-Davidson sells them (as per their web site) - so far none of the four dealerships carries them. Furthermore, H-D dealerships are willing to order this size for you - under the following conditions: you pre-pay for the boots. When they arrive they call you to come in to try them on. If they don't fit or you don't want them for any reason - they then charge you a restocking fee. Wow - what great customer service. NOT. Here's a revelation Harley-Davidson dealerships: simply add the boots to your stock - someone will buy them! The boot debacle seems to permeate every single H-D dealership I've visited. Other than that, the dealership is clean, well organized, has a lot of clothing, helmets, and other biker gear. I ended up buying a chain wallet and the lady who assisted me was very helpful.

Went over to take a test drive. No fuss, just good service, answered all the questions. If you want a Harley, the place to try and buy.

I had a issue with my bike for months that I was struggling to get fixed so I brought it to Grove's.

But the one shop I kept hearing recommended over and over again is "the duc pond." As a fan of a well-placed pun myself, I had to check these guys out. They're absolutely not down the street from me, but what the hell did I buy the bike for anyways?! To ride it - so off I set for my 11AM appt (which had me waking up at the buttcrack of dawn... my bad, me) for Winchester. I'm greeted by a giant dog bellowing barks in exchange for head pats. Absolutely had to make that trade, and then the Ducati tech walks out and like a wizard, fixes everything on the bike, gives it a once over bill of health, makes recommendations, and teaches me a few things. It was wonderful. Was it cheap? No - but I'm a huge proponent of "you get what you pay for" and what I wanted was a Ducati technician and what I got was the confidence that my motorcycle had been taken care of. Will definitely be back!! I like these guys!

I wish I would have been told this before the owner (Donnie) took my Ducati in for warranty service in October 2020 and let the bike sit for close to two months.
