Where do I start from. This place was my first time visiting and it was very cool and fun. Inside of the market is a variety of food vendors of all kind. On the roof top of the market is where the fun takes place. $15 and $15 dollar band will give you free access to all the games and sky view ride. There's a restaurant on the rooftop too and a concession stand in which the pretzel and churros was delicious, alcohol beverages purchases on the rooftop are only to be consumed on the rooftop. The coolest part was you have to catch a ride on the elevator to get to the top. This is an old historic building so just imagine the elevator. Fun cute amusement park on top of Ponce Market. It doesn't open until 5ish. We did the full band for $30 each and got to play mini golf and all the games and rides included. We started with mini golf. It's fun if you go grab some drinks and play winner gets a free drink. TL/DR: Cool for the views, but the wait to get up to the roof is ridiculous. Go for drinks. Everything else is a rip-off. I went on a Wednesday when all of Atlanta is on spring break, so it was packed. My friend and I went because it was free admission for the first 50 people that said some phrase, like it's some speakeasy, which it most definitely is not. The line to get to the elevator was so long. The whole thing was just a logistical nightmare. They stopped letting people up because they were at capacity (or that's what they told us). We got there at 5:05 and didn't get to the roof until after 5:45 and we were at the front of the line! I definitely wouldn't have waited if we were way farther back in line. Had it not been for the free admission, I'm not sure I would've gone. From what I understand, you normally pay for admission, but then you have to pay for the games and golf on top of that if you want to do those activities. I got a Ginger Berry Margarita ($12) and my friend got a cider ($8). Cocktail prices are pretty standard, but $8 for a cider is a bit much. Overall, it was fun. Because we weren't playing the games, it was very easy to socially distance. Note that the mini golf was insane. If you're trying to mini golf, I would go literally anywhere else. We found a table to sit at on the side with not as great of a view of the skyline, but it didn't bother us! It's still a rooftop with a view! We had a great time here during a recent trip to Atlanta. We enjoyed learning about the building from the crew operating the elevator. I can't remember the name of the guy operating the elevator but he was very energetic and made the short ride up entertaining. Once we reached the rooftop area we ordered drinks at the bar which we enjoyed. We also noticed a place to order food but with all the food options offered downstairs at the Market we skipped ordering food. Aside from food and drinks, they had a few carnival style games and activities. The downside in my opinion was having to pay an additional amount to play them. We had already purchased the $15 wrist bands but those were only to go upstairs to Skyline. Once there you had to pay an additional $15 to play any of the games or do the activities which in our opinion was not worth it. We felt the activities were better suited for a younger crowd and the options were limited. It would have been a better experience to have the games included in the wrist band fee or not having a wrist band fee and only being required to pay to play. My favorite part about PCM is the Skyline Park! I don't come here often, but always have a good time when I do. You pay $10 to ride the elevator to the roof, where you get an amazing view of Atlanta. Probably one of the best views in Atlanta, if not the best. You can't take a bad picture at Skyline Park. Yes, it's a bit pricey. You have to pay for entry in addition to games and food. An experience not to miss in Atlanta! My partner and I stopped by Skyline Park on a Thursday evening after having dinner at 9 Mile Station. While you get free access to the park after dining at 9 Mile, you still need to pay $15 for a wristband to play unlimited games. We opted out from the games and shared a freeze (I believe it was either $12 or $15), and it was the passion fruit flavor! Very yummy on a hot evening in Atlanta, and our server at 9 Mile said it's probably the booziest drink on their menu (which still wasn't that boozy, but still worth getting). The vibes are ~immaculate~. I believe the DJ got there around 7 or 8 PM, and it was just a fun time in general (even without playing games). You can pay an additional $15/pp for unlimited rides (slide, putt putt, ski ball, etc) but we didn't partake. I didn't see anywhere if you could purchase a single game. This is not the greatest course as there aren't very many barriers, which means if you overshoot, you will be chasing your ball (and not necessarily on the course). The boardwalk games are typical of what you would normally find at the fair, winning any prizes for the average person may be challenging. Some require a minimum number of people to play. It is cool to see the city from the roof. NOTE: They do NOT allow any food or beverages to be taken upstairs. You can put the food back in your car, or they have a cooler (not sure if there is any ice in it) that they will hold your food in. $15 general admission for everybody and then to play $15 for adults and $7 or something for kids. Don't ask me what the cut off age is, but 3 and under are free. They have skee ball, horse derby, shooting basketball game, and a game throwing wiffle balls that seems next to impossible to win. There is also a 3 story slide where you sit in a sack and slide down, mini golf and Heege Tower (pull yourselves up by rope and drop yourself over and over again). The games are unlimited, which eases the sting of not winning any prizes and the limited number of games to Look play. ;P. They provide free ice water, which is nice because it was hotter than the devil's bootycrack. There are some shaded spots for respite and plenty of chairs to sit. But the mini-golf? Mannnn you better bring a 10 gallon hat to shade you from the sun while you pretend you are Tiger Woods. The mini golf course is pretty bare bones too, so don't come for fancy cutesy mini golf here. Access to alcohol if you want to play and get sauced. The workers are really nice. In fact, my five year old was petrified to go down the slide and was not swayed after seeing me go down my myself and live to tell the tale. I also must mention that I did not pay to play games but they let me go down once to see if it would help my nugget get the courage to go. One of the gentlemen working was so sweet that he went side by side with my child holding his hand. Such a nice guy! OVERPRICED CARNIVAL! First off, it's $10/person to ride the freight elevator to the Roof. This should be free, to be honest. Or if they charge for "entry", it should come with a certain amount of game points. Off rip for two people, that's $20. On the one minute and thirty second ride to the roof on the elevator, there was an attendant who gave a brief history of Ponce City Market, from what it was years ago to what it has become now. Once you're off the freight elevator, you're immediately placed in front of a desk to purchase game cards, miniature golf, merchandise, etc. There are four games (Horse derby, Ponce Shot (basketball), Skee Ball, and Ring Toss) and two rides (Skyline Slide and Heege Tower). All ranging from $1-$5. All of these games and rides are BASIC. Like, extremely basic games you'd find at the fair. If you did everything one time with another person, that's roughly $26-$30 just on basic games and activities. You're already about $50 in the hole and you haven't even eaten or drank anything yet. Not to mention, miniature golf is not included and costs an additional $10/person, if you wanted to partake. The only thing good about Skyline Park is the view. Of course, being up ten stories high will grant you some pretty nice scenery of the city. A couple of the city's skylines can be seen from this spot, downtown and Buckhead for sure. If you like taking pictures for the 'gram or Snapchat, then this is definitely a place to get some decent shots. Overall, if you're interested in coming here, I'd say you could find better activities. After months of anticipation, I finally got a chance to go to Skyline Park. I tried to come here once before during a random weekday and found the Park closed for a private event. Ugh. I wish there was a site I could have checked to figure that out before I made plans at Ponce City Market. We were a little new to the process and found ourselves in a stuffy sauna of a hut asking questions on how to purchase our Skyline Park entry passes. This wasn't always here in the past, so I know they must have put this up relatively recently to help control entry and exit. It's $10 per person for entry. If you choose to pay $30/person, you can take that $20 credit ($10 still goes to your entry) and apply it to your meal at the restaurant upstairs (Nine Mile Station). However, none of us were even a little bit hungry and were not wanting to spend $60 on drinks and desserts on top of the $10 entry per person. After much decision and confusion, we spent $30 for our wristbands and headed up the elevator. The guy manning the elevator was pretty cool and very knowledgeable about Ponce City Market, especially regarding some fun facts and history. Probably the coolest part of the park is the elevator ride. Worth $10? We'll see. Once on top, you can exit to your right for the skating rink or to your left for the restaurants and carnival games and slide. The adult slide is probably the most fun ($1 per ride), and the other carnival games are your typical cash-guzzling trickeries (is that even a word?!). We chose not to order any concessions and spent $15-20 on games. The view is nice and great for pictures. Overall, I can't say I was super impressed with Skyline Park. I feel like if I were to come in the future, I'll stick to coming here only for drinks in the beer garden, especially if I'm wanting to drop at least $30. read more

TL/DR: Skyline Park is fun but overpriced. It's a good place to go at least once for the views. Be aware that there may be a long line for the elevator to the roof. Admission to the Ponce Roof (games not included) is $15 for adults and $7 for kids. My suggestion is to plan a day where you first eat at the restaurant, 9 Mile Station, and then spend time at Skyline Park after. If you have a reservation to 9 Mile Station, you get free admission to the roof for the day, and you also get priority in the line to the elevator. When making a reservation at 9 Mile Station, you have to pre-pay $50, but this goes towards your final bill and you're refunded any extra. The first time I went to Skyline Park was after eating at 9 Mile Station, so we just paid $15 for unlimited game play. I'm really competitive, so I liked how we didn't have to pay per play and could just keep getting back in line for games, which were basic amusement park ones like knocking things down with a ball and shooting basketballs. Mini golf is included in the cost, but it's not the most exciting course. The second time I went was for a National Beer Day event they had emailed about. The email stated that the first 50 people who said the secret phrase from the email starting at 5:00 would get "free swag, admission, and the best beers Creature Comforts has to offer." This whole event seemed to be a big miscalculation because it happened in the middle of spring break when they were already at peak demand. I got to the ticket counter at 5:03 and received my free admission band, while most people in line had either pre-paid or were paying at the counter, meaning they had no clue about the event. I asked how many free bands they had left since my friend was on the way and was told they had about 30 out of 50. My friend came just 2 minutes later, and right then they announced that admissions was being stopped altogether since they had reached maximum capacity. They only gave my friend a free wristband when I questioned how they gave out 30 wristbands in 2 minutes, which makes me think they just stopped the promotion when they realized they had too many people. We proceeded to wait in a consistently growing line for the next hour. Even when we were finally allowed to go up, they told everyone in line that they wouldn't be able to play games, which was fine with my friend and me but I imagine was disappointing to all the people who had pre-paid. In the end, we got some overpriced drinks ($8 cider and $12 margarita) and enjoyed the nice weather and views. I appreciated the free admission, but the free swag was long gone and I don't think there ever was free beer. I'll keep this in mind if Skyline Park tries to promote events in the future. I likely won't return unless it's to provide an out of town visitor with the experience. read more

When paying over $100 for a family of 4 for the rooftop and unlimited games, the games are a rip off with near impossible rules to even attempt to win the most basic prize. Was taken here on a date a few nights back and had a great time! I work inside the market and people are *always* asking me about Skyline, but I'd never taken the time to check it out since I usually just work and leave to escape the craziness of the inside. You pay $10 to ride the elevator to the top and the attendant gives you a very brief 30-second history of the Sears Building. You load a card with money and that's how you pay for your games. Most are in the $1-$3 range. There are maybe 5 walk-up games, and then putt-putt golf, a slide, and a swing-y thing. We managed to win a poop emoji fluff! The concession stand was closed by the time we came up, but from what I've read in other reviews, we weren't missing too much. We got drinks from both the Sideshow and the Beer Garden. They were both really good and strong. The bartender in the beer garden seemed a little annoyed and rushed us to decide, but I suppose it was because we arrived during the last hour and she had already began breaking down for the night... Oh well! I think this is an exciting place to take kids. It's not super big, so it'll be easy to keep up with your munchkins. But as far as adults go, the game part is kind of a one-and-done. We've all experienced this type of attraction many times before, just maybe not from this height. It does evoke a sweet sense of nostalgia though :) When I return it'll be solely for drinks and the views! Oh, and to actually EAT at Nine Mile Station. My family and I had such a great time here the other day! I came on a weekday around sunset. The views are definitely breathtaking! They have mini golf along with several carnival-like games. There's also a a slide and a ride that lets you see the whole view of the skyline. I went with kids 7 and under and they all had a great time. There's limited food options so just be mindful of that. Didn't try the food. Putt putt looked fun but crowded. The slide looked cool but not cool enough to pay for. Restrooms were clean though! It's really cute! Definitely fun for kids with the big slide on the rooftop but adult fun too with 9 Mile Station and Bar Vegan downstairs.

Ehh definitely not worth the price of admission but an experience none the less. An elevator ride up to the rooftop and you're there. The carnival games that we genuinely try to skip at six flags and the fair. A 19 hole miniature golf course, slide, hand powered lift, another concession stand and that's about it.
