Oh the views and good times to be had here. So much to do and see at ponce city market. Why not put a small amusement park on top. Look for the skyline signs. Purchase tickets and enter the designated elevator. Depending on the band you purchase determines your experience. Theirs put put golf and a few carnival games and a ride where you can compete with others. You can get snacks, meals and drinks. Really fun. Honestly I would go back for the view.

Where do I start from. This place was my first time visiting and it was very cool and fun. Inside of the market is a variety of food vendors of all kind. On the roof top of the market is where the fun takes place. $15 and $15 dollar band will give you free access to all the games and sky view ride. There's a restaurant on the rooftop too and a concession stand in which the pretzel and churros was delicious, alcohol beverages purchases on the rooftop are only to be consumed on the rooftop. The coolest part was you have to catch a ride on the elevator to get to the top. This is an old historic building so just imagine the elevator. However you won't be disappointed decision and I can't wait to visit again but after the sun goes down.

Fun cute amusement park on top of Ponce Market. It doesn't open until 5ish. We did the full band for $30 each and got to play mini golf and all the games and rides included. We started with mini golf. It's fun if you go grab some drinks and play winner gets a free drink. We also played the carnival games... super hard as you can win prizes but they make it hard to win a prize. It's mostly small stuff animals. But still fun to play. Great views, good vibes and fun times!

We had a great time here during a recent trip to Atlanta. We enjoyed learning about the building from the crew operating the elevator. I can't remember the name of the guy operating the elevator but he was very energetic and made the short ride up entertaining. Once we reached the rooftop area we ordered drinks at the bar which we enjoyed. We also noticed a place to order food but with all the food options offered downstairs at the Market we skipped ordering food. Aside from food and drinks, they had a few carnival style games and activities. The downside in my opinion was having to pay an additional amount to play them. We had already purchased the $15 wrist bands but those were only to go upstairs to Skyline. Once there you had to pay an additional $15 to play any of the games or do the activities which in our opinion was not worth it. We felt the activities were better suited for a younger crowd and the options were limited. It would have been a better experience to have the games included in the wrist band fee or not having a wrist band fee and only being required to pay to play. Overall, it was a nice experience if you want to have a drink and take in rooftop views after exploring the Ponce Market.

TL/DR: Cool for the views, but the wait to get up to the roof is ridiculous. Go for drinks. Everything else is a rip-off. I went on a Wednesday when all of Atlanta is on spring break, so it was packed. My friend and I went because it was free admission for the first 50 people that said some phrase, like it's some speakeasy, which it most definitely is not. The line to get to the elevator was so long. The whole thing was just a logistical nightmare. They stopped letting people up because they were at capacity (or that's what they told us). We got there at 5:05 and didn't get to the roof until after 5:45 and we were at the front of the line! I definitely wouldn't have waited if we were way farther back in line. Had it not been for the free admission, I'm not sure I would've gone. From what I understand, you normally pay for admission, but then you have to pay for the games and golf on top of that if you want to do those activities. I got a Ginger Berry Margarita ($12) and my friend got a cider ($8). Cocktail prices are pretty standard, but $8 for a cider is a bit much. Overall, it was fun. Because we weren't playing the games, it was very easy to socially distance. Note that the mini golf was insane. If you're trying to mini golf, I would go literally anywhere else. We found a table to sit at on the side with not as great of a view of the skyline, but it didn't bother us! It's still a rooftop with a view! It was really nice to hang out and have a drink with a view. I would never go for the games though.

We booked a private event for Skate the Sky, we had family and friends come to town for the event. Tempest "the manager" contacted us two days before our reserved time to inform us that she is canceling our paid reservation due to them "Overbooking". They would allow access but we could use our reserved space. I guess we are expected watch other families enjoy or reserved experience.

We had a great time at this small yet fun amusement park on top of Ponce Market. My favorite was the mini golf course. The carnival games were challenging but fun too. Bonus: because we came here at night time, we also got to see a the night view.

I'm not saying this place is bad because it's 100% not but for the money, it is not worth it. It cost $15 just go up on the roof which is fine because I was hoping that price included something... it does not. The rides, the drinks and games are all extra. The day I was there the food was closed as well as the slide so that already got rid of 2 things we couldn't do. The cocktails are about $12 per drink. I got the Frozen Lemonade which is STRONG, tasty and packs a punch and yes, the views were great. I just wish it was cheaper or that the $15 included something other than a ride to the roof... even if it was just 1 game.

My favorite part about PCM is the Skyline Park! I don't come here often, but always have a good time when I do. You pay $10 to ride the elevator to the roof, where you get an amazing view of Atlanta. Probably one of the best views in Atlanta, if not the best. You can't take a bad picture at Skyline Park. Yes, it's a bit pricey. You have to pay for entry in addition to games and food. For unli games, I believe it's $15 per person. Not bad. The park also offers a full bar, beer garden and couple of options for food. The games are fun for both children and adults. I've played/tried just about every single one of them. They have different events throughout the year. Worth checking out especially when you have out-of-town guests!

Cute rooftop vibe with bars, food, and activities. After 5 is 21+ so we got there just in time. Admission is $15, to play the games and ride the rides is $15 so $30 each if you want to enter and play. I enjoyed myself, but I wish there were more activities. Make sure to wear your SPF! That sun hitsss.

An experience not to miss in Atlanta! My partner and I stopped by Skyline Park on a Thursday evening after having dinner at 9 Mile Station. While you get free access to the park after dining at 9 Mile, you still need to pay $15 for a wristband to play unlimited games. We opted out from the games and shared a freeze (I believe it was either $12 or $15), and it was the passion fruit flavor! Very yummy on a hot evening in Atlanta, and our server at 9 Mile said it's probably the booziest drink on their menu (which still wasn't that boozy, but still worth getting). The vibes are ~immaculate~. I believe the DJ got there around 7 or 8 PM, and it was just a fun time in general (even without playing games). It's a pretty diverse clientele too, with people dressed casual/fun to people who looked like they came after work to date nights and friend groups and everything in between. Truly showcasing the best of ATL.

We visited on a Monday, early afternoon to avoid the crowds. I'm not convinced the $10/pp elevator ride was worth the price. You can pay an additional $15/pp for unlimited rides (slide, putt putt, ski ball, etc) but we didn't partake. I didn't see anywhere if you could purchase a single game. I guess you could but it wasn't obvious to me. The skyline view was disappointing and the drinks were astronomical. The bar and restaurant at the top were not very kid friendly, they were too upscale for an "amusement park". I would go back now that I know what to expect. P.S. I saw where another review mentioned a story about the history of Ponce Market from the elevator attendant. We didn't get that same treatment.

Overpriced for what it is, but still fun. It's $15 to go up to the roof and another for the boardwalk-type games, slide, and a pull-yourself-up ride. We started off at the mini-golf. This is not the greatest course as there aren't very many barriers, which means if you overshoot, you will be chasing your ball (and not necessarily on the course). The boardwalk games are typical of what you would normally find at the fair, winning any prizes for the average person may be challenging. Some require a minimum number of people to play. It is cool to see the city from the roof. NOTE: They do NOT allow any food or beverages to be taken upstairs. You can put the food back in your car, or they have a cooler (not sure if there is any ice in it) that they will hold your food in. If you are a local, I would say try this place once, if you are a visitor, there are better places to spend your money.

It's really cute! Definitely fun for kids with the big slide on the rooftop but adult fun too with 9 Mile Station and Bar Vegan downstairs.

Do you have to pay for the elevator to get to sky park or are there stairs?

There's a kiosk on the East side of Ponce City Market where you can buy tickets to get access to the elevator. No stair access!

It was a mostly good experience, but our appreciation of the amazing animals was really compromised by several things: 1. The aggressive marketing for Margaritaville (the dolphin show sponsor). Throughout our experience, we were approached by people representing this company - often sort of disguised as aquarium guides. By the time we got to the dolphin show, we had just had too much... then when we walked out of the theater, we really wanted to go over and see the spoonbills, but we were MOBBED by Margaritaville people. We literally ran away from them, almost screaming. After paying over $50 for a ticket, we really did not appreciate this at all. 2. The OUTRAGEOUS prices for on-site food. You order on a kiosk in a cafeteria setting. We were hungry, but we just could not bring ourselves to spend that kind of money on mediocre food and drinks. 3. My criticism of the aquarium after its grand opening still stands: there is just not enough information about the animals in the tanks. In many cases there's just one sign identifying one species, or screens showing slides of some of the species. And there are often docents hanging around who can answer questions. But I always really want to know more about ALL the species in a given tank, and I've never been sure why that information is not more readily available. Aside from things like this, it's a great place to see beautiful animals.
