The amount of pressure she applied was great; hard enough to work the muscles and specific problem spots but gentle enough to not cause a lot of irritation. It was loud as we could hear the people right next to us as well as somebody typing on some kind of machine. It was uncomfortably cold in there even with the blanket, they put over me. Also, it's the first facial I've ever had where they did not do the décolleté did not use steam or a magnifying glass to look at my skin. Traditional facials have a certain order of the way things work. This felt more like a face massage with some product. The aesthetician was lovely and very nice, but I think the way facials are done here or not for me.
