The reserve a spot worked out great. We didn't have to worry about coming super early (we did anyway lol) to try to get a good spot in the center. They had a reserved spot for us front and center. It was perfect!! I love how they are staying open so late. It gives people something to do while being safe at the same time!! We seen Elf and Christmas Vacation. We seen these movies so many times but it was so great to see them on the big screen outside. The staff were super friendly and helpful!! It's only $20 a carload too!! Such a fun night for such a reasonable price!!! We ordered cheeseburgers and onion rings and we were pleasantly pleased how good they were from the concession stand!! We can't wait to go back again.

There are several speakers that are original, I no longer work. The last time I was there the playground needed some attention as well. Trucks should not be middle/front. 2. Twine should be provided to tie down lift gates. They're open everywhere and you can't see squat. Not to mention coolers, kids, and whatever else on the roof. People are arguing and getting ready to fight because these basic considerations are not advised or enforced. 3. Close the gates after movie start. Nothing is worse than being blinded by latecomers weaving around looking for spots. I love a drive in. But if I can't see from a truck something is wrong with the setup.

You can also use your vehicle's radio, but beware of draining your battery. You can watch the movie from inside your vehicle comma or bring a blanket to watch from outside. Some people get creative and watch from the beds of their trucks, a van seat on the grass, etc. Before the movies begin, kids usually play together in the big grassy area in front of the screen -- where it's too close to park and see the movies. The whole place is kept very clean, and the snack bar is filled with all the "tterrific but horrible" movie theater offerings you would expect, including nachos, burgers, ice cream, and (of course) candy, pop, and popcorn! But, these prices are much more realistic and reasonable than at the walk in theaters. The staff is wonderfully friendly, and there have always been two working pinball machines when we visit! The audio and visual quality of the movies is always terrific. You'll also get to see some nostalgic advertising - like the countdown in between the movies, which I'm guessing is actually from the era it depicts. (If not, it does a great job at making it seem that way to a modern audience.)

My daughter and I spent the weekend at the only drive-in theater in the area, doing one of our…read morefavorite summer traditions, a creepy double feature night. This time we saw The Mummy (2026) and They Will Kill You. With two screens, they usually offer a family-friendly lineup on one and thriller, horror, or action films on the other, so there's something for everyone. At $12 per adult for two movies, it's a great value. The concession stand has a solid variety, including made-to-order family-size pizza, bratwurst, mozzarella sticks, candy, and more. Audio is played through a designated radio station, so you can listen from your car. We usually bring a portable radio, but you can also rent one from the concession stand if needed. The Aut-O-Rama is clean, well-maintained, and even the restrooms are kept up nicely. It's tucked between the Ohio Turnpike and the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on Lorain Road in North Ridgeville, which adds a bit of character to the experience. I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a true North Ridgeville classic and one we'll keep coming back to.
