Jonah came by, on time, by Friday, found the roach (destroy that jerk) and treated all other possible entry points. As a woman, it's really important to me to find sympathetic and respectful services and MMPC has great techs- patient, informative, explained all the chemicals they were using, how long to keep away my pets, how often to call for routine treatment, etc. I hate roaches, but I love knowing that the best treatment for finding a roach is to give MMPC a call! I have a very tight schedule due to my hybrid job and Michael made sure to confirm his visit the day before and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. He was able to identify the opening and and offer long term solutions. He sealed the opening, replaced old traps, check the radiators and vents and closets for any small holes.
