The post office forwarded my drone to their new place, guaranteed that it was delivered to them with a photo of my package. Aerial media pros looked all over for it, couldn't find it then claimed that they never got it even though there is a photo of it in their P.O. Box ( which they denied having but is registered to them). They were rude and gave me the run around. They refused to help at all or take responsibility for my loss Now I am out a drone!! They are terrible. Don't shop there.

In fact, it still is. The difference is, the price is a lot higher. Had you been honest about the mistake you guys made on your end, I'd have removed the review. Unfortunately, you were not honest and made up something that was clearly a lie. It's better to just be honest. The product was not sold out and is still in stock. So yeah, nice try. I did get my refund back though. No thanks to you guys.

As a new "pilot" I got a bit cocky by overriding the auto-fly back from low battery which forced (unknowingly) a forced landing of which I crashed into palm trees and then boom 30 foot drop onto the concrete! The 4k camera, two motors, a motor arm, and half of a landing gear were destroyed. Well, the miracle workers at Sky Drone Link proved me wrong! I picked it up today, tested it, and it's like new. The team repaired everything (none of the parts I gathered from the sandy wreckage could be used, but that's okay). And you won't find anyone nicer. He is the kind of person you enjoy talking with, and he takes the time to explain everything. Yuneec's customer service is now, non-existent. We went to three of their advertised service addresses in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, and they all had been vacated. I feel lucky to have found Sky Drone Link and their wonderful staff for repairing my Yuneec Typhoon H. Come to them first if you've had a crash. They'll get you up and away again.
