However, with Omar's Demolition and Construction, everything about this fencing/gate job...really exceeded my expectations! I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon. Long story short: slow draining bathtub and gurgling toilet clued us in that our sewer lines needed something. Dan returned my Yelp request for contractors and provided helpful guidance and no pressure offer to check it out. He was very clear and precise up front about the cost of inspection and then costs for possible repairs, which depended upon what he and the scope discovered. He installed two clean outs, relined the 50+ year old cement sewer line, applied for permit and inspection, and was on site during inspection and promptly filled in the hole. His crew was polite, efficient, and tidy! Dan was helpful and extremely communicative and punctual. We have recommended ATC to others and will call him again if ever needed - which we shouldn't but it is comforting to know we know a trustworthy and honest plumbing contractor!

Dan showed up the same day to take a look and walked us through what needed to be done. Everyone else I called said it'd be at least a week before they could get someone out. Not fun when you have the water off! The crew was on time, had the right equipment, and got everything dug up and replaced way faster than we expected. What stood out most was how clean they left everything -- no mess, no damage to the yard, and they even compacted everything smooth again before they left. Couldn't even tell there was an issue. Price was fair and communication was great from start to finish. Definitely the kind of company you keep in your phone for the next project. We went with them because they had lots of experience removing in-ground pools, which isn't super common in the PNW. We assumed we would need a permit to excavate the pool that would require some time to get. We called our county and city and they confirmed no permit was needed. Maverick was able to schedule the job only two days later!! This was a huge relief to us because our pool pump stopped working and it was quickly becoming a swamp. The job only took 1.5 days and they showed up promptly each morning and got right to work. Our toddler had so much fun watching all the "big trucks" in our backyard. We were really happy with the final result.

A DEMOLISHING COMPANY WITH A HEART!…read more I can't say enough good things about Affordable Environmental, the owner Tony Chase, and his work crew. I've been trying off and on to leave a review and finally figured it out. In Spring 2023, Tony was hired to demolish a condemned 1930's farm house on my property that needed to come down. Everything was done on time, responsibly, and by the book, with asbestos abatement included. All for a very competitive price. And then the big twist happened, which really confirmed Tony's stellar reputation: After being told by the asbestos workers that there may be an old log cabin underneath the farm house, Tony took his time and "skinned" the side off, rather than just demolishing everything. He was able to do so because he is very skilled with a track hoe; it was like watching an artist at work! And sure enough, underneath was a solid log cabin structure that our local historical society estimates to be an old logging cabin from circa 1870's. Intact cabins like this are very hard to find and a historic preservationist is currently conducting research to confirm the age and ownership. But Affordable Environmental, aka Tony Chase, didn't stop there. Tony felt very strongly about keeping this historic find safe during the winter so it wouldn't deteriorate. He volunteered the materials and staff time to construct a roof structure, wrap the building in plastic, and install one of his own large dehumidifiers to keep it dry inside. And it's working! Research on this historic logging cabin can continue and perhaps grants can be found to preserve the structure for the long term. Thank you Tony Chase and the AE crew!
