She was on speaker call with my husband who his parent heard her very mad and rude to my husband for canceling his sleep study today due to a family crisis. I called her explaining to her about being respectful to patients and not to yell and be mad and rude. She said she was not but after reading all these reviews I don't know. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was. I asked to speak to the owner she said she is. I then asked for owners Mr Jose or Mr HitoshiI she she needs a reason why, I replied it's regarding her unprofessionalism and maybe because she has an accent she doesn't realize how she is coming across to patients. After numerous harassment calls from Mary Wadsworth I called the cops and filed a complaint. HPD said to block her calls which I did and to ignore her. I've worked with this company before. Mary should not be a manager and the owners should read these reviews and assess her. Mary if the job is too hard for you leave and be at peace with yourself, it maybe too stressful.

The place is in the rear near the middle of the building, up a few stairs The tech was a nice guy and of course they recommended HIPAP, which I hope is better than CPAP. Apparently air pressure drops when you exhale, so you're not blowing in the wind. Not the answer, my friend. The rude security guard, at 430am, wouldn't let me wait for my cab where I could be seen due to issues with traffic flow - when there was NO traffic. No report, which is frustrating.

It's also very convenient being able to see her via telehealth from the comfort of my room/office wherever I may be at the time of my appointments and follow-up visits. Dr. Cacho's office and wonderful staff were also able to mail me a home sleep study kit, bypassing the initial in-lab study where I doubt anybody gets good sleep...affecting the sleep lab results which follow. She has a physical location in Ho'opili (Ewa) but is able to see patients anywhere in the Mainland as well. Very helpful for me since I've moved from Hawaii recently. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and her expert knowledge of CPAP machines has been great. I've been able to avoid the old school Darth Vader masks and have been using a compact Resmed device with a comfortable mask. Her visits are always pleasant and it's the one Dr visit I actually look forward to each year!

But I'm glad my primary care doctor referred me here for possible sleep apnea instead of a bigger medical group or one of those online tele-sales clinics. I got the feeling that Dr. Sulieman really enjoys his job working with patients. He took an unhurried time to listen, consult, ask about concerns and my medical history, and patiently explain to me the science of sleeping, physiology, and how it relates to overall wellness and medical condition. It made me feel respected and well cared for. The office is pretty homey, lived in decor despite being in a multi-story medical building with killer views of nearby mountain cliffs. Pulse and blood pressure devices you could buy for yourself instead of a sci fi bank of blinking machines, it reminded me of going to my family doctor when I was a child. Since then I've dealt exclusively with staff and nurses, but they have been fine too. Very sweet and personable. Turns out I do have a mild case, enough to warrant one of those air pressure devices you hook up like a scuba diver all night long, which came by parcel from an affiliated supplier. It helped a lot from day one, and was no trouble getting used to. People describe health experiences as a journey, and this one started out stress-free, comfortable, and well treated. Starting out on the right foot, as they say, it makes the whole experience better. You can call me Scuba Gil now.

I was the first Kaiser patient to get the Inspire device installed, in May 2024. I switched jobs and my company only offers HMSA, so I needed to find a new doctor. Problems began when they kept losing their headache specialist. I got passed to a PA, then a new specialist, then ANOTHER and EVERY time that they switch me they want to do a quick follow up AGAIN to review my medications/condition. So every-time they lose their doctor, I have to come double to make up for it. My condition is stable, in fact, I rely so much less pharmaceuticals than ever. The extra visits weren't burning a hole in my pocket when I had good insurance so I didn't fret too much but it adds up! In 2025, I had seen my new new NEW newest doctor 3 times (Last time was November) Every-time I see someone new they try to pressure me back into the new classes of meds so I did try and they don't agree with me, I have ditched them and am basically taking a different formulation of what I have ALWAYS taken. I was worried about this happening and even asked at my last appointment if it would be alright to just send a message in the portal on "what's working" as far as refills and the doctor seemed fine with that. We even ended the appointment with "well when do you want to come in?" My doctor left the ball in my court. She wasn't worried about seeing me every 3 months. I have lost my old insurance and now seeing a specialist is so expensive. I could understand wanting to see me to talk again about newer medications but I am trying to refill something that has been working since last January. It's basically what I've been taking for years just gentler. I explained all of this on a voicemail and text. They're adamant I come back in again. It feels a little scammy to me. Especially being a long time patient and the frequency which I had been in last year, if they just refilled my meds and showed some empathy, I would revisit come winter at the one year mark. That seems reasonable to me. Now I will find a new doctor. They can see in my notes, my condition is the most stable it's been. I don't understand why they cannot fill a medication refill within a year of last visit.

Had I been told this from the start, I would've immediately looked for a HMSA participating provider. When I first called Dr. Azuma's office, I was asked for my HMSA subscriber number as well as the referring physician. Therefore I thought that everything was fine. When all was said and done, I ended up with a "surprise medical bill" or "balance billing". This is what it's called when an out-of-network provider bills you for the difference between the billed charge and the amount your health plan paid. Needless to say, I paid a LOT more for my oral mouthpiece for sleep apnea than I ever expected. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
