My only big complaint is that the lady who checked us in had her mask under her nose the entire time I checked in. There was also a maintenance guy (I am assuming he worked for the hotel) since he was going up to the roof to turn on heater for the Tv dish who had no mask on at all in the elevator. This is concerning since Holiday Inn states that they want to keep customers safe.

There was nothing in the room listing the channel guide, and when I did get a guide on the tv, it wouldn't let me utilize it, e.g., guide on screen, arrow keys to move around instantly went to a channel. It's warm in the hallways and common areas, but the room A/C works great. The shower works well and the TV does too. It's a little noisy next to the highway with the trucks climbing up the hill and Jake brakes down the hill, but we were in room 219, the furthest from the road, so it was fine. Did not wake us up at night. We just heard them a little during the day. They have a complementary breakfast from 6-9 am and checkout is 11 am, which is lovely. We'd stay here again.
