No one on corporate level cares to return calls even on top 2 nd tie level. 20 yrs sleeping on this deluxe bed. We've replaced EVERYTHING: canisters after doing the testing w letting air out n in; redoing 2x n waiting then; bought new canisters; pd service person to install new n waited weeks. Canisters defected n had to wait n call many times for replacement. Paid a service person to replace. Canisters not holding! Bought Repose topper for $$$. No help.... bought new pump n had to wait 6 weeks. Had to Get it installed n hoped n paid service person again. Three months n pump has failed. Sleeping w cardboard boxes under my sheet. 2nd tier supervisors don't return my calls for a replacement pump still under warranty!! I've called 3 days in a row plus u have to retell drama to whomever answers on the switch board! DON''T BUY From ANY SLEEP NUMBER STORE. Sales folks r friendly n then tell u to call corp people. HORRENDOUS N DISAPPOINTING ON MANY LEVELS. Disc herniations now reactivated from no support. I use to love my bed n it was my place to rest n heal.... save urself heartache n energy expenditure. Ask for Stephanie. Most educated associate on the planet. She understands the product that she was hired to sell. He is very thorough and explaining all the different features of all the mattresses in the showroom. It was so refreshing to speak with somebody that is polite intelligent happy smiling engaged with the conversation and seems to be happy to work for Sleep Number the brand. We tried everywhere Sleep Number is where everyone should be shopping their prices are not that high they are very comparable to the other mattress suppliers in the area. Sleep number is without a doubt the worst company I've ever had dealings with. I will never return to this store or company. The store manager convinced us to buy a bed at 0.0% financing and said to pay the minimum due on our bill to save our money. In other words, use the company's money instead of our own. After paying the total amount due on time each month, the total amount of interest charged was $1500. Now the company will not negotiate. The manager explained this incorrectly and the company will not even communicate with me. This is the most unethical company I've ever had dealings with. Take your money elsewhere. ****After going back and forth with the finance company, the wrong was essentially corrected. With that being said we do like our bed but be careful if you are going to finance it. We were in the market for a new bed and worked with Stephany; she was fantastic to deal with and was very supportive and non-pushy, all things I like is a sales representative. We ended up with the P5 and also grabbed some of their pillows while we were there after falling in love with a couple of them. The only complaint I have so to speak is that one of our pillows is yet to arrive (we ordered back in mid-December); I should note that the one that did arrive came promptly in great condition. When I called the 800-number to inquire about why the pillow had not arrived, they seemed unsure and didn't offer much guidance other than "it will ship soon." This is where this Sleep Number store did a great job - I called, they immediately looked into the problem, and saw in the system that it was back-ordered and gave me the soon-to-be shipping date. Hoping that it arrives as planned next week! As for delivery, was smooth sailing. We even had to reschedule once because our furniture arrived later than anticipated and we had to bump it back a couple of days. The delivery date was easily set, the employees were great at setting up the bed/walking us through the features, and they were really pleasant to speak with as well. I bought this bed in May 2022. From the day they set up the bed the technicians could not get my bed to connect to the Wi-Fi. They left my house without fully setting up the bed because they could not figure it out. They gave me a phone number to call and it took another week for them to figure out how to connect to my bed. Even after it was connected I continue to have connectivity issues where the bed would work only intermittently with the online function. It is now six months later and I am continuing to have these issues. My bed has been off-line for two days. The online support team couldn't get it connected so they are sending out a team for the third time to try and get the bed to reconnect to my Wi-Fi. Do not waste your money on this bed! It does not work as advertised! The store will send you to online online. Will send you back to the store and no one will resolve your issue you'll be stuck with an over priced bed that does not work correctly read more

Been nothing but a very positive experience from dealing with Julia and Stephanie in the store to the installation of our new 360 i l e bed. Love the bed, what a game changer. Only negative was we had to wait about six weeks for delivery, but even then, we were told that before we purchased so that's ok. read more

I've gone through your troubleshooting procedure several times. Your support staff have told me that there is nothing they can do for me. The problem is the bed itself, not my use of it. I complained about this within two years of buying the bed and you sent me a featherbed pad. I've even installed a foam support, which made the bed uncomfortably hot in addition to the inadequate support. Both sides leak slowly. Even if they didn't, the back support is inadequate, with insufficient support for my hips. You've enriched my chiropractor. I can't get a decent night's sleep. read more

Warning to Tucson Sleep Number customers: Don't take your eyes of the installation technicians. We just got our bed delivered, they had to send a second crew to replace a broken part. Right after they left, we discovered my wedding ring was missing. No way it was anything but theft. Sleep Number is not willing to address it with the crew. Very disappointing. My Sleep Number bed is inarguably a very comfortable bed. However, after wrestling the sheets onto a split mattress you will definitely NEED a comfortable mattress. Think twice about this option if you are not fit and able bodied. I am fairly fit, but putting on those sheets is a work out. Also, if you are accustomed to GOOD sheets, do not buy their 250 count cheapies at the inflated Sleep Number price. They are like tissue paper. Sleep Number tries to back you into their corner by altering standard king/queen sizes enough so that you really have to search hard to find a duvet cover, for example, that will fit their duvet. And, what's up with a store that has to order almost everything? I do not understand why sheets and pillows are not in stock. What's more, in this day and age of overnight delivery, why does it take so long to deliver? Furthermore, why not deliver my sheets and mattress pad before my bed arrives rather than after? Granted, the store loaned me sheets until mine arrived so that I would not have to go to a hotel after my bed was installed and before my linens came in. Sleep Number is a toss up. The bed is great to sleep on. All the other crap makes me re-think my investment. read more
