If I could give no stars, I would. I've never been treated so poorly at this store before. Only one person at Customer Service and was taking returns as well as purchases. She told me I had to get in the purchase line. I waited my turn and gave the young lady, my receipt and two items to return. She said she could not give me a refund on one of my items because I took it off of the cardboard. It came on. I had to see if it fit my sink. She also said that it wasn't on my receipt. After I pointed it out to her that it was on my receipt she reluctantly gave me a refund for that item, as well as a blouse I was returning. She would not give me her name. She refused to give me her name. I told her that I have never been treated so rudely at this location. I will not ever be shopping at the store again. read more

This is one of the worst Ross's I've been too! Walking in I could feel how stuffy it was, maybe too many people that the air quality was suffering. We went on a Saturday afternoon, the place was packed. It seems people just don't care, it was such a mess there. Despite the number of people in the store they only had 2 cash registers open, the line ran around to the back of the store. I felt bad for the 2 cashiers who were working as fast as they could. We saw the line and the crowd and decided to drive to another Ross vowing never to return to this one. Parking there was ample although very narrow. Overall, there are other Ross's to patronize that have better ventilation and not so messy. read more

Mario and Annette at this location are the best!!! NOT!!!! we had stopped in yesterday to take my daughter shopping for some clothes and they did the monitoring before we could walk in which I understand then while we are in there, my three-year-old son needed to the use the restroom so my husband took him to the fitting area asked for the restroom and the lady looked at him and said no they're all out so he brought him back to me and I went to the same lady and asked to use a restroom because my three year-old was going to pee on her floor he is a newly fully potty trained child and the fact that they had to call and say there is this child that needs the restroom is that OK and then allowed him so we asked for the manager who is Mario and Mario took 30 minutes just to come up to the front expecting for us to leave and when he finally made it up to the front that young cashier Annette that I asked rolled her eyes when she was calling him, saying there's people that really need to speak to you and rolled her eyes. He comes up to the front after he had security had to call him security even called on the intercom and he still didn't show, when he finally went up to meet us, he rolled his eyes and tried telling me that the bathrooms are out, so I told him I had video of the restrooms not being flooded. The restrooms were perfectly fine and he looked at me like I was crazy I told him don't speak to me. I don't need to hear your voice, the fact that you come here and he proceeded to laugh this is the most horrible store new staff need to be there but the security is amazing like they made sure he came up by constantly letting him know we weren't leaving til he came up no matter how long it takes so stupid I even called corporate so Mario this review is for you I told you I would have a great day Mario and Annette the one start is cause u have to give a start I wouldn't give a star to this junky location and by the way Mario ur hair looks stupid read more

In fact the store on Oracle Road is open until 1130 pm on a Monday. This Ross is just kind of lame. It's got the same selection of other's Ross's but that's all it's got going for it. The parking lot feels kind of sketchy. There were overflowing trash cans everywhere outside. Inside it was super busy. The dressing room seriously smelled like a baby's diaper. I know Ross dressing rooms are never great, but I haven't encountered one that smelled so bad before. And then it just took a long time to check out. Not really worth it. read more

This is probably the worst Ross I have ever been to. I have been to all the ones in town, as well as some in San Diego, Phoenix, Oahu, LA, etc. It is a decent sized store, but it is never well organized....even if you go first thing in the morning. ^__^ Not only is everything in disarray, but they don't seem to have as much merchandise as other locations. Their home goods selection is especially lacking. Customer service is okay, but not as friendly as other locations. And definitely not as friendly as the staff from TJ Maxx and Marshalls! I would drop by this Ross if I happened to be shopping at the Pier 1 Imports next door, but I won't go out of my way. ^__^ read more

Lately, this Ross has not had a great stock, the store itself has been dirty and unorganized and it feels as if those who work there don't care about appearance - for their store or themselves. There are some wonderful associates there who do go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, including the security at the front, but ... there is security at the front due to shoplifters and many associates are usually cranky and have an "I don't want to be here" attitude. read more

God I hate this Ross location!! So damn dirty and kids running around all over the place. This is worse than a swap meet. Then they don't even have that much clothes compared to other Ross' in town. Make the drive to another one and avoid this location. read more

Wow, this is my 2nd bad experience at this ross store right before closing. I come In at the last minute to return a couple of things that my daughter did not wear. It was five minutes before closing and before the security man even said hi he tells me they are closed. I asked him if they closed at 10:30 he said yea I look at my cell and it was not 10:30. I did not plan to shop and I had my receipt so it would have taken two minutes to help me. This Is the worst ross ever. Unacceptable customer service, here's a tip to corporate get your staff some customer service training. I spend at least $100 every payday at this store, over 2k a year. Seriously annoyed! read more
