It's not like a Serta or Sealy, you can say those and everyone knows what those brand names are.. The Mack mattress is a clone or knock-off, but that doesn't really do it any favors. The problem is "what is a Mack Mattress?" It's a mattress that is US made in the same series line as the name brand, but.. Made better, better materials, better stitching, better internals, better colors, better textures, it's all around a better product. Then also none of the stupid tariffs, since it's made here, so it's more affordable, and a better product, so to say it's a clone or knockoff, really doesn't do it justice.. If anything it's the same colors as other brands, but a much better product. My mattresses replaced a 30 year old sealy and a 10 year old "original mattress factory" mattress, which was hot garbage. That is the mattress, but.. It's not just the mattress.. The Good: Mattresses we purchased were both incredibly well made. They were comfortable, and they have decent financing if needed. The "not great": The warranty, while hopefully not needed, if you do need it, there's a restocking fee that is in some cases is the same cost as the mattress itself. The problem with a mattress is until you sleep on it, you really can't tell if it is the best mattress for you, so you can end up wanting to exchange it, but while they offer an exchange option, it's not as good as many other brand name mattress options. I suggest you bring a set of sheets at minimal the bottom sheet, so you can tell how actual comfortable it is.. Otherwise this is a drawback of Mack Mattress. Verdict: I will buy another and will recommend them to anyone who likes to sleep comfortably, including all family members. All things considered this was a great experience..

After it was put into the bed frame, I discovered that the mattress was much softer than it had felt in the store, so I called and spoke with Steve. He was remarkably polite and patient, spending a good 20-to-30 minutes on the phone until we figured out that I should have bought a set of box springs at the same time I bought the mattress. (My fault, not theirs.) Amazingly, he then offered to deliver the box springs to my house that same evening after he closed up the store, all for a surprisingly low price. As soon as he put the mattress on top of the box springs and I lay down on it, it was just as comfortable as it had felt in the store. He was a real lifesaver and I appreciated it tremendously. My wife and I continued shopping while our daughter slept away! It was so much fun watching all the shoppers stop and stare at her as they walked in the door! (Please don't call Family Services on us. We're good parents that just like to have fun!) Well, you guessed it - we bought a Temperpedic. How could we not? Then we came back a week later and bought another bed for our guest room (this time without our drowsy daugher). The prices were outrageous! Mack Mattress is known for their rock-bottom pricing. The end tables perfect. Dining room table is just okay but, after a year 1 chair leg broke. I live alone and since the pandemic i have had only had 1 party. Now I'm down to 3 chairs. As for the mattress, I would say inspect the item they deliver carefully before they leave. I did not. I flip my mattress regularly but today since I'm doing it during the day I notice water stains all around the sides. I also always use a mattress pad to cover it. These stains are from the mattress standing on its sides in the warehouse or something. Also, there is a dip in the middle. Like the edges are firm but if you sleeo near the middle you are sinking. Lesson learned. I won't shop for a mattress at a discount store again. This is a serious purchase as we all need a good night's rest.

One time it was more than 2 months before I could even get them out to look at the chair. Now servco just sends you a replacement part and expects you to install yourself. Do yourself a favor and buy 4 new recliners at Costco and save yourself $500 and the hassle of dealing with the clowns at lazy boy and servco. When the pick-up day arrived we called the store. We called the customer service line, the sales line, the status line for delivery but to no avail. All we got was a voice mail to leave a message. We did this two days in a row. No response. We finally went down to the store and caught a sales rep who showed us to the backroom where our couch was for pick-up. It wasn't prepped. There were no coverings on it for transport. Just a bare-naked couch--like it rolled off of the display floor. We asked the guy who was helping us if he had anything like a cover and he just shrugged and said "no". So we ended up shoving it onto our truck bed and took it home. Fortunately we got it home without any blemishes. I am wondering if we let their crew deliver the piece if they would have wrapped it in a protective cloth. We plan to stay away from this store. In the event we are shopping for more stuff, we'll visit the Dublin and Easton stores. Hopefully customer service is better there. Just answering the phone when a customer calls would be an improvement.
