We pulled up to Bedzzz 'N' More, and were a little "iffy" about going inside, as it looked small and a bit cluttered. However, as my Aunt is a small business owner, we decided to give it a try and walked inside. BOY, I'M HAPPY WE DID!!! They had a very surprising selection of mattresses and head/foot boards, and everything was priced very, very well. The staff was very friendly, but didn't stand around trying to pressure us into buying anything; they let us take our time and decide for ourselves what we were interested in, and answered all questions we had. We asked for delivery prior to Good Friday, which was a little less than two weeks away at the time, as we had expected company in from out of town for Easter, and would need the bed in time for that. These people MADE this work for us; they ensured that we would have the mattress, at the very least, though the head/foot board set would come in the Monday or Tuesday after Easter. We were fine with that. However, they were able to get EVERYTHING delivered and set up on Holy Thursday, which was phenomenal! I would HIGHLY and CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND to anyone to at least consider looking into this place if you need a new bed or headboard! This family-owned and run business goes out of there way to make you happy, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. My wife and I have slept soundly on our new mattress, and proud to have done business with Bedzzz 'N' More! They have made a life-long customer with me!

It is still not here on the 23rd. I called several times only to be told they have no control over the shipping carrier. They didn't know who the carrier was. Finally they provided me a phone number for a "hub" and told me they had 30 days to deliver it. When I said you never said anything about 30 days, the salesman said he didn't know that himself until just now. Rather than calling and sorting this out for me, the customer, I had to call myself, wait on hold and sort it out myself. Turns out that they had entered one of their phone numbers (615 area code) rather than my number for the delivery so the company could not reach me to schedule delivery. This has taken up hours of my time for something that should have been simple. Bottom line...unless you plan to pick up your purchase from the store, be prepared to wait an extended period of time to receive it. Also, be aware they apparently have no control over delivery once the purchase has been made.
