Upon arriving we were directed to park in front and then ring the door bell no more than 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. The nurse came to the door and verified her identity before allowing entry. Once inside she was checked in, she was taken back to her room. Everything was laid out to get her hooked up to the machines. The technician explained everything in detail as to what was going to happen. From there she was asked to change into her sleep clothes. From their she had the sensors attached to her legs, side, chest and on her head. She then had the cpap gear explained to her and she chose the one she would wear for the test. She also learned how her heart, breathing and sleep pattern would be monitored for the night. She didn't sleep well, but it's hard when you are hooked up to different machines and the room isn't completely dark but Beverly was the best tech she has ever had. Sleep well!

I've called multiple times over weeks/months, left detailed messages (including one for a supervisor over a week ago with no callback), sent written requests, and followed up persistently--yet nothing gets done. The insurance and pharmacy confirmed they're waiting solely on this office to submit paperwork, but the staff either doesn't respond or promises action that never happens. This has caused significant delays in starting treatment for my chronic condition, which is frustrating and unacceptable when dealing with a serious lung issue. The doctor herself may be fine clinically (I can't speak to that part), but the front office and admin team are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem overwhelmed or indifferent to patient needs. I've seen similar complaints in other reviews here about staff issues, so this appears to be a pattern. Tiffany, the billing supervisor, would tell you they only bill and whatever insurance claim they see is whatever they go by. When authorized service had payment discrepancy with the insurance payment, they just want to collect what is due them. They don't even pick up the phone and call the insurance company when I asked serious questions about the disconnect and discrepancy. And it's the tone that they made me feel like I don't know insurance that really aggregates me. I had to deal with the insurance playing the game, and the billing of Health first billing on both ends until I figured it out. The billing dept is no help at all to catch the insurance game/mistakes, a very incompetent team of people under Tiffany, or maybe they don't care as long as they get their money. Patient care is not in their dictionary at all either at the center or at the billing end. I have lousy patient care at the center and customer service at the billing is the worst. They don't know anything and not very professional, and expect you to figure out where the disconnect since it's not their job in the insurance/billing department.
