Cinnamon did my photos and it's OBVIOUS she has decades of experience. Her personality was so vibrant but calming. The first questions she asked were about my comfort level, what I was ok with showing and not ok with showing. Asked a lot of questions about what my goal for the shoot would be. It made me feel very safe and comfortable. She had me get in my first outfit and pointed out things I never would have thought of like deodorant on my underarms. She gave clear direction on posing and made the whole process so much fun. I forgot I was there for a photoshoot. It seemed effortless for her. She took time after my shoot to answer any questions I had about the next steps in the process. After the shoot I got the edited photos 3 days later which is a crazy turn around time. The album came with very clear instructions on how to view and select photos or packages for purchase. I was also given multiple reminders to make my selections before the cut off time which my ADHD brain really appreciated. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for this type of shoot and will probably book in the future.

The bar was set pretty high by Stacey as she was phenomenal with my sensory issues for makeup/hair and talked me through the poses to make me feel comfortable. Madison hit this out of the park! Heather was incredibly kind over the phone, and when I arrived, I was in complete shambles. I hadn't been to a clothing store in years and was so worried I wouldn't find anything that fit. Over the past year or so, I've gained a significant amount of weight and felt hopeless. As soon as I walked in, Heather greeted me with a warm smile and I broke down in tears. Embarrassed and sobbing, I was met with nothing but kindness. Heather quickly found me a seat, handed me tissues, and gently reassured me that it was okay to cry. She gave me a moment to gather myself, and when I was ready, she asked what I needed. I explained that I was looking for bras and pants and apologized for my emotions. I told her that with the weight gain, none of my clothes fit anymore and my confidence had taken a serious hit. Heather got to work right away. Though the bra we found was close, it wasn't quite the right fit. Before going on her break, she introduced me to Ariel, who stepped right in and asked thoughtful questions my favorite colors, preferred sleeve lengths, and general style to get a sense of what I liked. When I mentioned I was worried they might not have my size, she immediately did a full sweep of the store, searching high and low to find pieces she thought would work for me, even digging through the clearance racks to help me stay within my budget. By the time Heather returned, it felt like a perfectly choreographed dance. They worked together seamlessly while still attending to other customers bringing me item after item, taking the "no" pieces and swapping them with new options until we found what worked. It was like having a personal styling team that genuinely cared. I ended up with a whole new wardrobe, including the essentials I came in for, and even a few unexpected favorites. But what I didn't expect and what I truly needed most was to be reminded that I'm still beautiful in the skin I'm in. Heather and Ariel helped me see that it's okay to embrace my body as it is right now. I left not just with new clothes, but with renewed confidence and a deeper sense of self-love.
