DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN FOR ANY KIND OF TREATMENT EVEN IF SHE OFFERS TO DO IT FOR FREE! Let me tell you why. I booked a session online for $129. Since it was my first time, I showed up 10 mins before my scheduled appointment as I did not know what to expect. The moment I opened the door, I got attacked by her dog. Dog ran after me even outside and it freaked me out. I'm terrified of dogs and here she had hers right there, without even a leash, ready to attack anyone that even dares to walk in the door. Her excuse was she lost track of time and did not want to leave her dog at home for 12 hours. That's very unprofessional of her but fine, I was thinking maybe she's going to make up for this incident in the session. But no. Each session is supposed to be 40 mins long. She cut mine short to 25-30 mins. When I asked her why it wasn't a full session, she said there wasn't enough time since she had another appointment scheduled and I had to fill out paperwork. There was no paperwork to fill out. It was one single form that requires your basic info, which took 2 mins at the most. Remind you, I showed up early and had I not been attacked by her dog, she would have had more time. Did I mention she has no team? She runs the Woodbridge Office by herself. Not my problem! Keeping all of this aside, I asked her what she would recommend for future sessions. She said she offers a package of 5 or 6 sessions for $1,500. That's $250 a session. How is that a package deal when I just paid $129 for one session, which showed zero results? She said it was cheaper than getting a surgery. Wow! I don't need a surgery because I'm not a huge person. I'm pretty small. I weight 120 pounds but I have few problematic areas. I wasn't looking for a miracle or had any unrealistic expectations but if you can't help me loose a single inch from any of the targeted area of my body or help the appearance of the skin in any way then what the hell am I paying even a dime for? 0.04 here and 0.02 and 0.03 there is her way of manipulating you to believe you have lost a total inch when everything looks and feels the same. She can tighten that measuring tape all she wants but no one is that stupid. Anyways, I asked her if a wrap would help instead and she said no, not really. It's more of a detox. Well, if none of her services help loose inches, or help the appearance of your body or tighten any area then why are you false advertising it? Then she said it wouldn't work, not for my body. Wait, what is that supposed to mean? If wrap doesn't work on small average bodies then is it only meant for huge/fat ones? Wouldn't they need surgery? According to her, if I wasn't happy with my first session, she doesn't feel comfortable doing anything else. At that point she came across really rude and racist towards me. She didn't even want to explain anything after that pretending she doesn't know anything. Oh well, I'm glad I did not sign up for that "package deal". I do not recommend her to anyone. Hell, I'll pay double the price to someone else as long as they don't treat me like she did. It was a total waste of time and money. What a rip off! Anita, save your replies for someone else! It was my first experience getting a Slimming Body Wrap. I must admit it was very unexpected. At first, a staff member measures your legs, waist and arms, ie all the trouble spots to target fat!! Then, they wrap you like a mummy (tight,tight, tight) with cloth strips presoaked in mineral solution. Then, they place you in a warm bed with plastic cover and something looking like a body bag (kinda creepy, I know). The fat cells supposedly melt away while you lay there 40 min. All in all, my overall inch loss was a whopping 12 inches from all areas, however, they do say that you will not experience pound loss. Overall, I think customer service was great, however, I need to research more on the effectiveness of treatment. P.S. I felt like I was smaller in the waist the day of treatment but not quite the next day read more

Slender Spa in Woodbridge has been very helpful to me. I have gone 5+ times (lost count). In losing 102 pounds at one point, I would reward myself with body wraps to help tighten up. I have gone back since in preparation for engagement photos and also plan to go back before my wedding dress fitting and before my wedding. I have only done the resting treatment once, where you lie down for targeted inch loss--the rest, I have done by being wrapped and exercising. So if you go & you go for relaxation, make sure to do the resting wrap. Otherwise, you are working for your inch loss, just as you may doing with regular exercise. I always feel rejuvenated, my skin is soft, and I have lost several inches each time & feel that the inch loss has been maintained by eating well/exercising. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. I enjoy my visits every time I go. If you've never been, give it a shot! :) read more

I started going to Slender Spa the Friday after Thanksgiving and the results I received in just 1.5 months is amazing. I loss a total of 31 inches. I purchased two packages, 5-series Vaser Shape (for my abdominal area) and 3-series Power Body wraps. After only 4-of-5 Vaser Shape procedures half of my total inches loss was in the abdominal area. BUYER BEWARE! I was really looking forward to doing this so that I could lose a few inches before my wedding and honeymoon. Normally, I wouldn't have done something that seemed like a quick fix, but the reviews were so positive which makes me wonder now if they're legit. My first warning should have been that they don't have any before and after shots on their website or onsite. My second warning should have been that they don't have a money back/satisfaction guarantee. The staff were friendly, but that doesn't mean they have a product that works. I spent over $300 on three wraps and although I was told I lost inches, I couldn't see any visible results. I followed their guidelines: drink lots of water, not drinking caffeine, not washing/exercising the rest of the day, etc. The problem is they measure you when you get there, then measure you after the wrap and tell you how many inches you lost. However, you can't really see the tape as they're measuring so you have to go on their word that you lost inches. If I'm going to spend this amount of money, I should see some results. I would try some other method--this does not work!!!! I should have just spent the time and money on the gym. read more

Being a first time customer of a body wrap spa, the staff did not take the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I was presented with a medical questionnaire, and then whisked back to a room to change into a robe. The atmosphere is not "spa"-like- there was a woman washing clothes in the middle of the spa, and a workout area with two ellipticals and a LCD TV mounted to the wall. The florescent lighting did not give the space a relaxing feeling, and there was nowhere to sit or drink water. The process was not well explained, and I was uncomfortable for much of the experience. At the end of the wrap, the staff curtly explained how I had lost 11 inches. In my experience, it did not last for more than 24 hours, even with a careful diet, and my skin broke out in hives. I was disappointed in the customer service and did not feel this was a relaxing experience. read more

I will admit that I was a total skeptic-- could wrapping myself really take off inches and have that last for a time period? My experience was first class all the way. The process was explained to me thoroughly and there was additional explanation about the minerals and the effect they would have on my body. Anita and her staff measured me and wrapped me. I was able to watch TV while I exercised. I lost a ridiculous amount of inches all over my body, but the most from my thighs. I was actually leaving on a cruise the next day for 4 days and had tried on a pair of jean shorts that I couldn't even get up my legs the previous night. Well an hour after I left the spa, I was wearing the shorts and was able to fit into several items that didn't fit previously. Anita and staff made sure I understood the best way to maintain the results. It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. I purchased a mineral detoxification wrap that is guaranteed to drop inches in a single session. (You do have to constantly keep moving during this particular wrap.) I wanted something that would jump start my pre-bathing suit diet. I really didn't have high expectations: this was an experiment. I lost a combined 11 inches from all over my body and felt completely relaxed when I left. Those are the pros, the cons are that although very clean, the lighting is bright and far from relaxing, there is a water fountain, but no bottled water to drink during your "work out." There was a flat scree TV to watch , but soft music might have been nice. It would have been nice if there had been a place to sit and relax for a few minutes before paying $165.00 plus tip. The spa is well decorated and Anita, the owner is very pleasant, but if you are looking for a pampering experience, this isn't it. Would I do it again? I don't know - I need to try on my white summer jeans. If they fit, then maybe I will, but at least I will know what to expect... read more
