Located right inside the arcade with a window on the sidewalk to lure people in, they have pepperoni or plain cheese slices. The price is fair, I think almost $8 for pepperoni. You order at the counter inside of the arcade and if the pizza is ready you'll get a slice right away otherwise it'll take a few minutes to get a fresh slice. I didn't finish my slice, which had a garlic butter sauce painted across the crust. In hindsight, I should have shared this pizza for lunch. My boyfriend and I are visiting gatlinburg. We've passed by this place a few times and we always made a mental note to try it because the pizza looks delicious. We finally were able to stop by today and we ordered 2 slices of pizza. As the cashier brings us our slices of pizza (keep in mind it's huge so the pizza hangs off the plate) the whole tip of the pizza rubs on the counter where people put money at & touch all day long. As I'm telling her she does the exact same thing to the other slice except this time she rubs it on the tip jar. I explained to her that it touched these things and I wanted new slices. She takes it to this guy working in the back & he's making crazy faces and and looking at me, he walks over to us and asked us what happened and I told him and he says no!!! He said "we're not going to do that" I was honestly kind of flabbergasted because what do you mean no?! Your employee literally just rubbed our pizzas on an unsanitary counter and the tip jar... he said "I can throw these away but we're not giving you a different slice" so I asked for a refund. He murmured something while he walked away and slammed the pizza into the trash can and proceeds to angrily cuz a new pizza to give us a new slice. Customer service was NOT it. Had this pizza today GREAT PIZZA!!!! But the employees are the real GEMS.... After having a slice a piece for me and my wife went walking up and down the strip in Gatlinburg came back to a dead battery in my rental car with my family of 6. Asked a couple of people if they could assist but no luck. Walked inside SLICE and the 2 gentleman and kind lady called over another gentleman to help me out. He didn't sigh or ask any questions told him where I was parked walked about 15 minutes to get his car jumped mine without issue. Offered to give cash to him but he wouldn't take it ... I took a late stroll from the resort to this place to grab us a pizza, I ended up ordering 4 slices and they were nice enough to cut them so they could fit in a regular pizza box, the slices were $7 a slice which was not bad at all for the huge slices. The pizza also had a really great sauce, very flavorful and cheesy. The place was packed so there was a wait, not a terrible wait, but all in all a wait! The restaurant needed a little attention, but what can you expect on a late Saturday night. Best quick pizza-by-the-slice I've found in G'burg thusfar (and let's be thankful several places are doing this... it's much needed ALL OVER TENNESSEE). However, it was almost not worth the wait. There was a line all the way back to the arcade inside and it seemed like everyone was taking 10 minutes to place an order. I don't get what was so complicated. They literally only have 3 or 4 quick-serve slice options: cheese, pepperoni, supreme, or meat lovers. Once I finally got up to the counter and placed my order, paid, and stepped to the side (in about 45 seconds), the pizza was good, fresh, the sauce was tasty, and the crust was just the right consistency of flaky, crispy, and soft/foldable (think NY-style). SEVERAL people walking down the strip asked me where I got it as I was walking along eating and when I pointed, they made a bee-line straight there. The price however, leaves a little to be desired at $7 a slice. HOWEVER, the slices are MASSIVE, so take that into account. Overall, worth it if you don't see a line. I'll go back, but not if there's more than 3 people standing there waiting. Too slow for quick serve. read more

So we stopped in to try out this amazing looking pizza. They cook 30" pizzas that you can buy by the slice. I have to admit, I was skeptical about it at first. We really enjoyed though. We had a cheese slice and it was great. The crust, sauce and cheese were all great! It comes in a combo (slice, knot and drink) with a garlic knot and it was also very good. The only complaint, and it seems a bit common after reading the reviews, is the guy running the show. He is a bit rude and not very personable at all. Having a good slice of pizza will only get a business so far, at some point these reviews about the rudeness will affect the business. Had a taste for some pizza and this place was the closest to our hotel. Tried calling but couldn't get through. Went inside to order and the guy says 35 minutes so I ordered and went back to the hotel. Came back 35 minutes later and the pizza still wasn't ready . I saw a bunch of people order there pizza and get it right away. So I went up to the counter to ask for my pizza and the guy goes to the back and grabs it. Not sure why my pizza was sitting back there unless it's been ready and they called my number and I wasn't there. Either way the customer service wasn't all that great either. The pizza was just ok not the best New York style I have had.
