We drove 8 hours and held off eating for this place. We had it several times and swear it is one of the best in the area... When we got here around 9 pm on a busy Sunday night we waited in line for about 30 minutes... There was 6 people in front of me... First time here and the pizza is amazing. I had a meat lovers slice (as pictured). They are HUGE and delicious! They have the option to buy a whole pizza or just by the slice. I would definitely swing by and grab a slice again. Slice Pizza Bakery is located in the arcade under the Gatlinburg Space Needle. It is very loud, congested, and has little to no seating. We were a party of 12 (that's hard to sit at a normal restaurant) but we found some seats after having to wait for spots to open up and we took half of their seats. Hopefully they can expand the Slice area in the future to have actual seating. read more

Large pizza conveniently located by all of the distilleries. You really couldn't ask for a better thing after drinking on the Parkway. Rule of thumb, don't expect exceptional pizza, but do expect it to be a good late night snack or day snack for that matter when you have been enjoying Gatlinburg's liquid lane. A good alternative than say, going to a sit down place. The pizza slices are literally the size of a child's head and run you around $5/slice. Whole pizzas are also encouraged if you have a few people with you. Spare yourself the waters though. They are $2.50 a piece alone. Just get the pizza and proceed on drinkin'. Yes, I am a bad influence, but I acknowledge that. Lastly, if you can't find it, just know it is located underneath the Space Needle next to the arcade. Me and my family have been visiting Gatlinburg the past week and tonight we had pizza at your restaurant, for the 2nd time this week. With the business that we seen your store have you would think that you could afford to hire some help especially with the prices that you charge. Then on top of that the ones that were there seemed spaced out or who knows but i can say that when i was there 4 months ago the service was better and we enjoyed our dinner. The young lady that was there went out of her way to make sure me and my family enjoyed ourselves and even help us when we needed information about entertainment for our kids. I dont know where the employees went that were there before but u should definitely try to find more people like that. I doubt i will bring my family back. read more

Let's start with the horrible customer service, we waited (no problem) BUT when we asked for simple things like napkins or chili pepper or a cup of water they were so annoyed. One charged me $3 for a cup of water and the other guy (when we went back the second time) said they don't do cups of water - you MUST buy a bottle of water for $3. Eye roll. Around 8:30 on July my friend who also left a review was visiting Slice like we do every trip. however this trip was different. Upon entering the place an older man was running the cash register. I was talking to my friend who was updating her work on her phone. He stated, "I wasn't gonna say anything till you all smiled." I laughed it off as if he was joking. He then starts asking about our day. We said good he stated, "I am here ain't I." in my opinion he seemed very miserable. I started to order and he would just keep talking over me. He was rude to my friend about being on her phone. After a good 5 minutes I finally got my slice ordered. He was not friendly, lost not only one customer but another as well. What a delicious find we made while on a recent trip to Gatlinburg! While playing games late one night at Arcadia, I noticed an area that looked like a snack bar. Upon further investigation I found out it was a totally separate business. Since I was hungry and I love a good pizza, I placed my order. For $9 you can get a slice of pizza (cheese, pepperoni or meat lovers), a garlic knot and a drink. That may sound pricey but it's about the cheapest meal you can get on the strip. The pizza slice is huge and the best I've had in Gatlinburg (I used to think it was Mellow Mushroom, but no more). If you get the meat lovers pizza you can see big pieces of bacon that you can tell were fried up fresh, not from out of a package. The garlic knot is loaded with fresh garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese. They are so good we usually take an order of them home. Everyone who works there is nice and accommodating. When talking to the manager one day I commented on how I loved their pizza was and he said everything is prepared fresh and not from frozen. They cut their meats and veggies, shred their cheese and make their dough every morning. If you're near the Space Needle, check them out. You will not be disappointed. read more

Plenty of choices for pizza in Gatlinburg if you want a whole pie at a sit-down, waiter-service place. Fewer if you just want a slice. This place offered an uncomplicated slice. Well, it's not good. The pizza is VERY greasy and so soggy that you can't pick it up without the front of the slice falling over. The crust is overcooked and not very tasty, and the "pepperoni slice" had, I kid you not, one-and-a-half slices of pepperoni on it. I'll post a picture, because I know you think I'm exaggerating.
