HIDDEN GEM* [[HIGHLIGHT]]Pizza shop is inside an arcade which gives off such a nice atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pizza is delicious with a perfect ratio of toppings to a nice crust. Very friendly staff & very quick service. We had so much fun here and at the arcade as well.

Stopped by slices in Gatlinburg. Has a jumbo cheese slice pizza and it was good and big. The slice is as big as my head lol.

This pizza is the bomb! Seriously. It's everything that makes a pizza good-- good cheese, great sauce, seasoned to perfection, perfect amount of greasy, and a garlicky, buttery crust. Yummmm. Not to mention Willie is the nicest guy ever. It's obvious he works hard, and it was so sweet to see him dancing and smiling through the public window, enjoying his job. Give that man a raise!

Hands down the BEST PIZZA u will come across in Gatlinburg!! I come here EVERY time im visiting!! I personally prefer the pepperoni over the cheese .. if they put more cheese on the cheese pizza they would be a good competitor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is located inside an arcade, you would never really expect the quality to be good b/c its located in an Arcade but it definitely has a leg up on any pizza place in Gatlinburg!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I grabbed a slice while my kids were playing in the arcade and was pleasantly surprised on how good this pizza is. Perfect sauce To cheese ratio and the crust was great. Sure it had a little flip but the slice was enormous so it's going to flop. If you're in the area I would definitely try this place!

AWESOME!! NY style pizza in the mountains. If you like games, this is the perfect spot for you....it's attached to an arcade. Service is very quick, just about a minute wait for one slice. It is very loud due to all of the video games. Be warned there are tons of flashing bright lights and loud pops, cracks, and screaming kids. There is a kisok so you can load and re-load money onto it to play the games. They have every sort of game and anything you would want to play, no matter how young or old you may be. They even have some of......THE CLAW machines. Actually, they have a ton of them, and most of them are full of rolls or towers of tickets. The prizes are out of sight....NOTHING like when I was a kid. Great quality headphones, iPads, bluetooth speakers, etc...

Big ah slice of pizza .This thing was so crispy underneath with no flop. Can taste the passion

Not NYC cheap so just get 1, because this thing is MASSIVE. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside eating had a lit atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Best kept secret on the strip! We usually end up here a couple of times during our annual week vacation. Huge slices of New York style pizza for under $10 a slice - also available as a whole pizza. The crust is chewy and delicious, the ingredients super simple (Only available in pepperoni or cheese, but who doesn't like cheese pizza??) If you need to grab a meal without spending a million dollars or don't want to wait 2 hours for food like a lot of places downtown, pop into the arcade and grab a slice! Oh and beer is available! Throw the kids some cash for the arcade and enjoy a brew and a slice!

This location is located in an arcade, so beware it is loud! Back to the food...the slices are mammoth and the pizza is very tasty! The staff is very nice and they served the slice quick!

My fiancé and I were looking for a little snacky-snack to tide us over until supper when we stumbled across this place. The prices are kinda borderline crazy, but not really when you consider that one of their slices of pizza equates to at least 3 slices of a large from Papa John's. I ate almost an entire slice here and was very full. The price per slice ($7) almost makes it worth getting an entire large pizza for $19. The taste and texture and quality is something that I would equate with shopping mall pizza like Sabarro's. The crust is thin, but with little to no crunch. Seating is very sparse. Also, it's in an arcade (major plus! Game time!) I would eat here again.

Big slice of cheese or pepperoni! Bit noisy inside as it shares space with a game arcade, but can take out. Cool guys working the joint and it's worth the 30 second walk down the street.

One slice bigger than your head!

The pizza tastes amazing, is ready to go when you order, is reasonably priced, and the slices are bigger than your head. What's not to love?

Awesome pizza!!! 4 stars because management won't give out a cup of water and makes you purchase a $3.50 bottle of generic water.

Super slow service. Been standing in line for 30 mins with 1 employee running the front end. Spending too much time chatting with everyone.

In spite of the tourist crowds, we were seated almost immediately. One finds a seat, reviews the…read moremenu, then goes to the counter to order. I am not a huge pizza fan, but the pizza was so good that we spent another of our valuable vacation evenings going back to Big Daddy's! We did a "design your own" pizza with red bell peppers, onions, pineapple and ham, and it was mouth-watering! Big Daddy's is very much a family place with lots of "help yourself" items (drinks, napkins, etc.), a bit noisy but it is such a delightful place that the noise is almost a part of its charm.

Service was good, friendly. It's counter serve, so there isn't a ton in the way of "service"…read morethough. Perfectly fine by me, because it's quicker and they can accommodate more people this way. The pizza is very good. Everything was tasty from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. I can't say it's the best pizza I've ever had, but it's up there. I might say that they go a little light on the toppings though. E.g., my wife asked for goat cheese on hers, but it was honestly hard to tell if there was any there. The one odd thing i found is that if you order a Build-Your-Own, you're going to end up paying a lot more, even if the toppings you add are the exact same ones on one of their classics. E.g., A 10" Mamma Mia is $19.00. But if you "build your own" with the same toppings, you'll pay $11 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $1.50, for a total of $27.00.
