I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

My car was super sandy from past fishing & camping trips, and he got everything out! He even got out old bug and sap stains from the windows. The price was a bit higher comparatively but I've had friends get quoted from other places and once they show up they state they need to pay more. I paid for an interior only service and will definitely book them again in the future and recommend to my friends and family in the area! 10/10 and so worth it!! (I will post better pictures!)

It always comes back looking unbelievably clean. My favorite thing he does is remove all the numerous white patches of mineral sun screen on the door panels and seat upholstery. I didn't realize that it's almost impossible to get off. I tried various DIY solutions nothing worked. Israel gets it all off, on both sides of the car, and even gave me a bottle of the secret sauce he uses. Now I too can get it off, as long as my supply lasts, but it's a LOT of scrubbing. I recently brought my 2nd car to Israel. It's a BMW i4, black, that I bought used. It's a great car but it hasn't received much TLC during its young life. I could tell it had been driven through an automated car wash a few times, and had been left to air dry with water on it, leaving hard water stains. Israel got everything polished up looking brand new again. An outside panel on the driver side, between front and rear windows, is plastic and had scratches on it. Israel buffed them off and then placed a special film on it to protect it, so I won't have that issue again. As always, he is meticulous with the interior cleaning. I'm OCD but he surpasses me lol. All this white glove treatment and the price is quite reasonable. For little more than the cost of 3 automated car washes, you too can get your vehicle looking like new and cleaned within an inch of its life. The feeling of driving such a spotless car is so worth it. If you love your cars and take pride in keeping them well maintained, G1 is the place to bring them.

Now it's a fun orange and looks like a brand new car! Jesus was awesome from start to finish. He guided me in picking out a wrap. He also helped figure out other details, like blacking-out the vents and rear logo, and applying decals, to create a cohesive overall look. This was my first time getting a car wrapped, so I was nervous about the process. But Jesus gave me confidence, and I'm really happy with the outcome. Wrapping is not as flawless or flexible as a full paint job - you can see wrap seams when looking closely at the corners, and you can't always get exactly the color you want. But it was certainly much cheaper and faster than painting, and still looks awesome.

This isn't the location I usually go to, but the only gripe I had here was the setup. When you pull in, it wasn't very clear where to go at first. The layout was different from any of the Quick Quacks I've been to before. The line to start a wash was in the middle, the car wash itself was to the left, and the area to vacuum and dry your car was on the right. One thing I did like was that inside the wash there's only one track your car needs to attach to instead of two, which made it easier and less nerve wrecking to actually get on the track. I also really enjoyed the bubble gum scent they had.

The hoses reached both sides but I had to do the front end first then the back. Actually met and spoke with Daryl and he assisted me in pulling in and ensuring I was clear. Also the bays here are wider than most. Be sure to pull in to a bay with the new washer arm. They give you a little more room up top. It cost me $15 in quarters but my RV came out looking pretty good. Not a mobile RV hand wax (for around $400) but not bad!

I can not recommend this company more, they did such a thorough and amazing job on our two SUVs. We have two young kids who have trashed the inside of our cars and on the seats and they spent hours cleaning the entire outside, inside and engine making the cars look brand new. The first time we used them was to try and sell our 2008 Honda Accord which had very old dirty cloth seats and looked very old and beaten down inside. They came and deep cleaned the entire inside and outside making the car look better than ever brand new allowing us to sell it for way more than we ever would have been able to. I did explain to him yesterday that I would be. A report of the business and this is what it is when I told Walter that he can come watch the Tesla. He save me a price list for regular Tesla Wash was I believe like 180 for a regular detail not an Intel detail, but a regular detail and I believe he was here to come make some more money off of me after making 300 bucks yesterday I would not recommend this place and I will try to drop a video on the grime. They left for my car yesterday. Once again like I said, the Worker was a hard worker, but he hardly knew anything about Detail.

Two detailers arrived on time, worked hard for over two hours, and were very polite and professional. The quality of work was great. A couple of days later, there were still a few water marks left on the seat, which is completely normal. I called them, and they immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment and came back without any issues. In the end, they removed almost all of the stain, and overall I'm very happy with the result. I've only had one other detail besides this one before so don't have a ton of experience getting detailing done. I have a Subaru crosstrek and requested only an interior detail. I was quoted $190 for 2 people and 2 hours of work. It ended up being $190 for about 1 hr of work for 2 people. They were about 30-40 mins late and I didn't get a heads up. I tried to call to see ETA but I was directed to their AI assistant which I didn't love, I would like to talk to an actual human. I did receive an update via text after I called and was concerned at first cause it only mentioned 1 detailer but 2 showed up so that was fine. Overall, Im happy with the detail but I will say I am not sure it's worth it cause it was just interior and 1 hour of work and I think cause one of the detailers said my car was pretty clean. I also saw on my invoice that my car was classified as "Large (Tesla Model Y, RAV4, Outback, Forester, CX-5, Grand Cherokee)" which a Crosstrek is not as large as those cars so I do feel over charged and feel like the price should've been adjusted/customized based on the state of my car, 30+ mins late without notice and I had to call to get notice, took half of the time projected, and mismatch of the size of my car. While I am happy it was speedy cause I had plans after the detail, the seats were wet which I think is normal but I had plans after. I communicated that I had plans after with the person who I contacted while making the appointment, so I would've liked to have known that before hand so my butt wouldn't have been wet or I could've scheduled it for another day. They also said my car was already pretty clean which I think is why it took less time too but after inspecting the day after they did miss like 1 spot that still had some sand and dog hair and a couple spots on the ceiling. I'm not sure if they touched it cause they aren't really faded. I'm sure if I pointed it out while they were still there they would've fixed them tho. They did get out the stains on the front seats and mats in my car that I was concerned about so that was awesome! Going forward I'll just take this as a learning experience and I'll just be more meticulous looking for things while the detailers are there but lowkey that kinda defeats the purpose of a $190 detail but I mean it's natural for ppl to miss things.
