They showed up not too long after that. They let me know ahead of time and were fast at set up. We had Felipe has our cleaner and he was the best! We will be booking with him again soon. After the appointment, they left us some gifts to maintain vehicle cleanliness (air freshener and microfiber towels). There was no oily residue left over from the products (which I was afraid of). I don't have enough good things to say about Juan from Duartes. Juan came by to clean by Kia and it's the cleanest I have ever seen my car outside of the day I drove it home from the lot. I have young kids so the inside was my main focus and Juan was meticulous in cleaning every crevice of the car to ensure every inch was spotless. I've been to so many car washes and cleaners where you'll still find dust in your cup holders, your doors, etc. all those little areas that are easy to just breeze by. Again, not a single speck of dust was in sight. On the outside it was a mirror finish with the paint looking completely new and the wheels and rims shining insanely bright.
