I took my 3 youngest granddaughters for an end of the year celebration.... They truly had a blast... they are 11, 12 & 14.... I can honestly tell you there were slides tooo big for them... scary...... we did the 90 minute packet and it was plenty... park on the north side of the mall.... You will see it... Employees are truly friendly and go out if their way to be helpful...

This place is chaos but fun chaos. The kids enjoyed it immensely. They had a blast. There are employees all over the place making sure everyone is safe. There was never a shortage of the mats for sliding. There's TONS of places for parents to sit. There are plenty of charging ports so bring your chargers when you come. They don't allow outside food but there is a typical food service counter with snacks and drinks. There are areas for younger kids as well so for those with toddlers, you can enjoy this place too without worrying about big kids toppling them over. It's a great place to let your kids burn some calories and get their energy out.

Absolutely fun place for kids to burn off some calories! There's a season pass for approximately $130 after tax till Aug 28, 90 min permitted each day. Ginormous slides! Just make sure you have long pants and sleeves on cuz my daughter and her friend got scraped on the elbow.

New place in town at the Ontario mills mall. Located on the north side of mall between Q and Market broiler. Parking can be a bit of a hassle during the weekend rush but valet parking also available if you don't want to search for a spot. Upon visiting we received a warm welcome from staff who were very overwhelmed from the line of guests. It was super crowded but the whole fam had a great time running up all those many stairs to ride the slides. Adults and kids pricing menu pay upon entry. Seating areas and lockers available. Anyone who enters facility will need to sign a waiver then you'll receive wristband. Purchase socks along with general admission or annual pass. Food items available but if you don't wanna wait so long there's plenty of food and drink options nearby. Great location for a change of pace entertainment.

I wanted to share our experience after visiting Slick City with a group of five energetic boys, ages 6 to 11. It was an absolute hit! The place is packed with more slides than you could ever imagine, offering endless excitement for the kids. Even though the venue was buzzing with activity, the wide variety of attractions meant that the lines stayed short, so everyone got to enjoy everything without much waiting. The boys threw themselves into every slide--some were thrillingly fast, others were slow and steady, a few sent them soaring through the air, and there were even slides where they could race each other. Beyond the slides, they also got to play dodgeball and basketball, which were both organized and lively thanks to attentive employees refereeing the games. This added structure kept things fun and fair for everyone involved. For the younger ones, there's a dedicated area with climbing spots and slides tailored for smaller kids, ensuring that everyone has something they can enjoy. And with the heat wave we've been experiencing, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the space comfortable for both the kids and those of us just spectating. Honestly, I highly recommend Slick City over the usual trampoline parks the kids have visited so many times before. If you're looking for a fresh, exciting outing, this place is definitely worth checking out. Take your crew there for a memorable new adventure!

I was happy with the staff; everyone is very friendly, even the manager. The staff was constantly cleaning, taking trash out and the bathroom was very clean with the amount of people that showed up. I was very surprised how presentable took this place was. I did notice that it wasn't as busy as I expected, especially with the grand opening. One thing I noticed is that there was no promotions or discounts available to the public. I would recommend this place for the amount of FUN we had, but for the price amount some of it would be hard for it to be affordable to other people so having a discount or promotion would bring attention to people and attract more customers.

Worst place ever honestly don't recommend for small kiddos can't even go up with them.

Not for small kiddos worst place ever no parents are allowed to go up with their small ones.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Slick City Action Park. I visited with my children to let them enjoy the park and initially purchased tickets without any issues. Shortly after completing the transaction and helping my children get ready for the slides, I received a notification from my bank showing a second charge from Slick City that I did not authorize. I immediately went back to the cashier to ask for help and requested that management review cameras or investigate how the second transaction happened. At first I was told loss prevention was not there, and later I was told there were no cameras. As a parent, hearing that there may not be security cameras in a children's entertainment establishment with multiple exits was extremely concerning. When the manager, Victor, came to speak with me, I felt dismissed instead of helped. Rather than focusing on the unauthorized charge itself, the conversation became centered around defending the cashier. I repeatedly explained that I personally inserted my card for the first transaction and that my issue was the second unauthorized charge that appeared afterward. I asked if there was anything they could do to help, including a refund or proper incident report, and I was denied assistance. The written statement they prepared did not accurately reflect what I reported, so I refused to sign it. What upset me most was that after trying to calmly advocate for myself while also supervising my children, mall security was eventually called and I was asked to leave for allegedly "causing a disturbance." I was emotional and firm because I was distressed about my money and concerned about safety, but I was not threatening anyone or behaving aggressively. No customer should feel dismissed or removed simply for reporting an unauthorized charge and asking questions. I came there to create a fun experience for my children, and instead left feeling embarrassed, unsupported, and frustrated.

over priced food hair in the slushy burnt food no seat covers in the restrooms and it took us 15 minutes just to find a sliding mat.
    Tyrone E.

Hair nets, give discounts on different days, do hourly checks of the restrooms. And the overall customer service should be more friendly for a kid filled environment.

Pricing is way too high. The little kid section should go to at least 8 years old. The staff was kind.

We had a short time frame, a tight budgets (his death was a surprise, which makes for a surprise budget as well), and a whole lot of unknowns -- like how many guests there would be. That's rough event planning. Sheryl and our coordinator Lyndsay were incredibly flexible, kind, and understanding. I will always be grateful to them for this. We paid for the additional assistance of two staffers -- Helping Hands, for $20 per hour. Well-worth it, and they were lovely. Highly recommend. Lyndsay was an absolute SAINT putting up with all our question marks on this day. She was calm, professional, and had everything under control. Since I was crying half the time, I was very thankful for her presence. Our guests were blown away with how beautiful the venue was. Most guests were local and they were as surprised as we were! So here's what you need to know about this venue: --it is gorgeous, shady, clean and just lovely. Perfect for a smallish event of about 100-200, IMO. --it is disabled accessible, although it is a historical property. --you cannot hear the freeway at all once you are inside the venue --pricing is VERY reasonable and you won't have a catering minimum. --it has Padua Hills vibes, but the catering minimum there is $10K and you have to use their caterer -- no thank you. --big money saver: they have tables, chairs, umbrellas, and they set up of all that. You only need to rent linens. --There is a kitchen, but it is not really for cooking. More for staging and refilling. It has a commercial fridge and a freezer, so we kept ice and extra cheese and desserts to refill. The caterers used it, but we didn't cook there. --it has both indoor and outdoor spaces, which makes it great for rain plans. --there is no alcohol, no smoking of any kind, and music needs to be the Disney version. It is owned by a Christian church, so values need to align there. They mean these things. Respect this. For us, this was no problem, since we needed a sober venue for the respect of some of our guests. We simply printed a disclaimer on our invitations. --you probably need extra signage at the entrance because it is easy to miss. You need to allow time for people to get in if you have a lot of guests. --Cheryl was organized -- we had a pre-meeting where she gave us a tour and a folder of all the details (table sizes, rules, helpful vendor contacts, etc) In our case, we welcomed guests on the north side of the building, had an espresso bar on the west patio, then directed guests to the back yard where the gazebo is. We held the "ceremony" part of the event by the gazebo, but we didn't really decorate at all (we didn't want it to feel like a wedding). Then we invited guests into the house and to the north side of the property, where one would normally have a reception for snacks and socializing. There are lots of little rooms and places where groups of guests can socialize within the house. For us, that worked because groups of my son's friends could reminisce together in their own social groups. We had no real need for flowers, because the facility was beautiful by itself. I hope this venue helps!
