I want to love this place, but it's FILTHY :( There's caked on sticky goop all over the place & inside the mazes. As if it hasn't been cleaned in a long while! There's caked on dust in all corners! In the maze on the big blue slide, there's so much dust that kids are writing words! Please do better Sky Zone! Have your very young team members tackle the cleaning everyday! This place was PACKED. I dont know if there is a certain capacity but this place seemed like it was over when we came by for a bday party. Some of the floor was sticky, and although I saw people working at the front, or helping with parties, I hope they will have more people overseeing the play areas. I saw some kids being VERY aggressive and even make a kid cry, no one from the establishment was supervising, the parent had to jump in to stop the confrontation. I liked that the place had different trampolines, big kids slides, and zip line, with even some areas for smaller kids, but like I said before, if you are going to have a big kid area, you gotta have some people supervising. If anyone is wondering about the pictures I took, it was after few hours later after most of the people have left. Not sure if there is some promo during the afternoon which led to a ton of people in the place. read more

My child had an amazing time thanks to Rami! He was giving out sunglasses as prizes to kids who solved the riddle of the day, which was already such a fun idea, but what really stood out was how involved he was with everyone. Instead of just supervising, he jumped right into the activities and made sure every child felt included. The highlight was watching Rami lead games like Red Light Green Light, Duck Duck Goose, and Rock,paper scissors and Head, Shoulders, Knees, Foam in the foam pit. His energy was contagious, and the kids absolutely loved it. He was patient, encouraging, and knew exactly how to keep everyone engaged and having fun. It's rare to see someone connect with children so naturally. Rami helped create a positive, exciting environment where every kid felt welcome and excited to participate. My child couldn't stop talking about all the fun they had. We would love to see him at future events! Super fun! I hosted a birthday for my son and Amalie helped make it extra fun and helped bring a smile to the kids faces!

First time at this location and the kids had a blast. One of our friends had a guest pass so we were able to come and play for a while. The zip line was closed, but there's a lot of other play areas for the kids! They went down the big slides, swung on the big swing, even played the video games in the way back. My sons had a great time. We ordered pizza and drinks and the pizza is so good! It was so cheesy and the crust was super light and airy, best pizza at a kids place I think I've ever had. The tables were clean and my son got an ice pack (hit his head on the ground) and they were super nice! He accidentally spilled some ice out of the bag and a worker saw and came right over to sweep/mop it up. Will be back! read more

Great experience and fun except being told that you can only wear SkyZone socks and having to pay $6 for each person when plenty of children are walking around in regular socks is kind of a bummer. We even asked about the policy and were informed it's only SkyZone socks. We told them about all the kids wearing regular socks and they wanted us to point out all the kids we saw, but the attendees are actively walking around and can see it themselves. Just frustrating that they can pick and choose who pays and not actually do anything about the parents who didn't pay. read more

I took my niece and nephew to Sky Zone and we ended up spending a few fun hours bouncing around and burning off some serious energy. The space itself is on the smaller side, so I can only imagine how chaotic it gets on a busy weekend. During our visit it wasn't too crowded, which helped a lot. The kids had a great time and are already asking when we can go back. That said, the staff seemed pretty disengaged. One employee at the top of the slide was on his phone the entire time we were there, which wasn't exactly reassuring. First time to this location, we have a membership at another location, and they do not accept it. Parking was very easy, large lot. Felt safe. Inside, every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. We visited on a Thursday during summer so it was extremely crowded, for being a trampoline park, not a lot of trampoline activities, but there were a lot of things to do. Liked the area for toddlers, never seen that before, clean facility, and fair prices on the food. Clean restrooms. Absolutely loved how much seating was available for parents, and the cubby for shoes. This place would be more enjoyable, if I weren't so grossed out by the filth. The fans overhead are chock full of hair and dust. There was a used bandaid on the floor near the zip line. The dust on the blue slides were inches thick. The tables in the cage were covered in food and just nasty. The staff huddled together and gossiped near the cafe while they could have been wiping down the tables and chairs and throwing the trash away. As a business owner myself, if I had hired these young people I would have been irate seeing them standing around while there was work to be done. read more

I hate to be the person to write this review because my kids enjoy coming but...Be aware when your children are playing here. We have come multiple times and haven't had a problem but today, on a Friday night, it gets packed. The establishment here needs to enforce some type of age limitation/ seperation when playing certain games. My young child was playing dodge ball with other kids and some of this kids were big compared to others. Teenagers playing with 8 year old kids shouldn't be allowed. I understand it's at our risk and we sign waivers but something needs to change. I've gone to multiple play areas similar to sky zone and all the ones I've been to have different courts for different age groups. Long story short another kid threw a ball at my son's face and broke his glasses and he now has a swollen cheek. The balls they use are made of foam and this should have never happened. The worst part of this all is I asked a staff member to calls his manager. The staff member was on the walkie talki and said to walk to the front and she would meet with me. I stood there waiting for this manager and she never showed up. Keep in mind this was an urgent matter. My child now doesn't want to come ever again and now we need to change party plans. I ask that you guys have a pow wow and figure something out so this doesn't happen again. Maybe a time limit or a separate court. This could have been a lot worst. read more

This place is that absolute worst place. Can't even speak to anyone over for the phone and their mail box has full since 2023. Their headquarters are not reachable by phone or email and they do that so the consumers can't make proper complaints for the way they handle busy. Managers give limited info and refer to website which is horrible to reach out to corporate. If you're reading this DO NOT get their membership package. They scam you and won't even listen to you when you say you don't want membership!!!! Check your account and ask for receipt!!! Over priced, packed and EXTREMELY DIRTY. One time was all I needed to see it wasn't worth coming back again. Oh and the area for younger kids has an iron fence that was starting to come apart down by the ankle/foot area. Sorry, but I have to update this review. My daughter has been an elite member for 2 months now and we've come here at least a dozen times since then... this place went from promising to ...... TERRIBLE. The only great week they had was during soft/new opening. Customer service was top notch, everything was brand new, well taken care of and CLEAN... Fast forward to now and omg... it's like the employees; team leads, and managers could care less about the establishment they're representing. Unprofessional, unhelpful, terrible attitudes and zero customer service skills. Checking in takes a long time regardless which line you're in (VIP or regular line) Cleanliness is not taken seriously. No point in having signs posted of no food or drinks on the "floor areas" when no one follows them and staff doesn't say anything (see pictures) Safety doesn't seem to be on their priority list. The staff that are "monitoring" the play areas are too busy checking their phones or talking to one another. Equipments aren't taken care of. You can definitely tell they don't do proper walk through each day prior to opening/closing. (I highly encourage parents to check the mats the kids use to slide down the slides ....) Zero crowd control on weekends. Only decent day/time to go is weekdays in the mornings. Do better. read more

Second time coming, won't be back again. Not a lot of activities for a $37 price point and a huge portion were not working: Ninja course was under inflated and not usable. Only 1 of 2 pedal video games working. Only 1 of 2 video games fully working(shattered screen) Obstacle course under inflated and not usable. No employee manning the zip lines or swings. Joust bridge bars under inflated and unusable. Didn't even have lids for Icees... And trash EVERYWHERE... Only activities fully usable were basketball court, trampoline and slides. Understaffed and poorly managed, which is not the young employees fault(they were doing the best with what they had). Really would be a better business practice to have a sign stating what is not open or working properly for the day because the only reason we came here was for the mini ninja course that was taped off last visit but open,but unusable, today. $79.36 for 2 people and half a park. Altitude in San Dimas wasn't much better but had double the attractions and was half the price.. read more

I have to give a shout out to Jaylan! He is a worker at check in and he was like sunshine! He greeted us with the best smile and even talked us into an elite membership. With summer coming up we might as well come as often and as long as we want M-F. There is a 2 hour limit on the weekends but I bet this place is bonkers on a weekend! This park is smaller than the other skyzones we have visited. But it is clean, there are tons of employees walking around and there are plenty of seat options for parents to observe. Between padded chairs, a bar top that overlooks the play space and dining tables there are plenty of spots. The bar top area has electrical outlets if you are planning to get work done while your kids bounce and jump. There is a nice toddler area which is supervised by an employee as well as a baby area. The amount of stuff for kids to do is great. They have a zip line, swings, obstacle course, slides, basketball court, warped wall, interactive video games and a small trampoline section. I was actually surprised at how small the trampoline section is but like I said this space is smaller than other ones we have been to. There is also a cafe and the prices are pretty reasonable. Plus with an elite membership you save a bit more. I am sure we will get tons of playtime all summer long! read more

It's been downhill since their opening a year or two ago. When they opened there were employees everywhere, enthusiastic, helpful, safe. Now, we are lucky if there are 2-3 bodies roaming the floor. Much of which appear to be lackluster, I-dont-give-a-care what is happening here. They dont enforce safety. There are literally *always* 1-3 attractions closed (today was two). The bathrooms are suuuuper dirty, broken, in disrepair (today was paper in all the urinals, carpet was super messy, toilet paper all over floor) and this was all 10 mins after they opened! Sometimes the food station is not staffed. Open, but not staffed. Often there is only one person working the front and the line goes out the door. It's really a mess. Where is management? Hello? Are they in here? What a disappointment. read more

We went to Sky Zone Rancho Cucamonga right when they opened, and it was such a great experience! The place was super clean, all the attractions were open (and they even had some new ones!), and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. When lunchtime came around, Omarray was awesome -- patient with my boys while we ordered, helped us decide what to get, and then personally went and prepped our food. Everything was fresh and made to order, which was a nice surprise for a trampoline park! We ended up staying for about five hours, and the staff stayed just as helpful and upbeat the entire time. The whole place was clean, well-staffed, and overall very well-run. Definitely one of the best Sky Zones we've been to -- we'll be back for sure. read more

It's absolutely dirty inside. trash everywhere, severe neglect to some of the most obvious things like dirty tables pizza boxes on the floor all the teenage team members group together talking it's absolutely ridiculous. I don't understand how the owners are this oblivious to this. The restrooms are super disgusting. let alone don't even have working lights on the inside or locking doors that work. It's really pathetic to be honest. All management staffing needs to be fired and it needs to have a revamp and re-training it's obvious that these kids don't have anyone delegating them. read more

We thought it was a good deal, but everytime we come, one attraction or another is closed, specifically the younger children area. When we ask the workers, the answers are same "we don't know why". I will start off by saying that my kids love this place. It's a great place for them to get exercise. The downside is that it needs to be cleaned more often. I don't see any employees going around cleaning up any of the messes there's trash all over the floors. The check-in lines are slow and every single time I come here, and I come here often, there is a hassle at the check-in. I have the same kids waivers on my phone number yet every time I'm told that they're not on there or that I don't even have a membership.
