Stars were docked for things not looking super clean/ wiped down. I'm a bit picky with cleanliness especially in the salon setting, so I normally do all the beauty/hair & nails stuff myself and ended up getting licensed for it too. I think if I remember correctly, pedicure spa tubs where you put your feet in should have liners? I don't see any. Though no one was using it. Equipments should really get a better spray and wipe down, saw prints and stuff stuck all over on their UV/LED lights that I was using with my gel polish. If I'm in a rush and budget, I'd probably go back- if I don't just do it myself at home.

The other one was my middle finger nail and that one popped off completely so she had to redo the whole nail with the design and as you can see the design on the picture looks very poor quality compared to the other one. When I got there, I told them I needed to fix two nails and they sat me with another nail tech which told me it would be a little different and that if she did my nails, she would have to charge me. I asked her why if it was based off on their poor quality since it had only been a day and a half and of course she got upset and said that if I didn't want to pay that the original nail tech had to do my nails, which I had no issue with, but she should have said something from the beginning before she sat me down in the chair and told me she could fix them. so I waited for the original nail tech who did my nails on Friday and she told me she would redo those two nails. At the end i didn't have to pay anything and I did thank her, but she didn't respond. I'm assuming she was upset at the fact that I didn't pay for the redo of those two nails. Mind you I had already paid $104 for my pedicure and my nails on Friday plus tip (something that totally OPTIONAL) So I'm not sure why they wanted to get upset.

I came in for a soak off, I had an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. The lady began cutting my…read morenails with force. I wish I would've stopped her when I saw the nail clippers but I thought they were for the 3D nail design I had. She cut my nails super short, with the acrylic still on my nails. And then I had my hands dipped in acetone, instead of individually soaked to minimum harm to the skin. She wanted me to keep my fingers in the acetone longer but I told her no, since my skin was hurting. I am still just in disbelief that was my first experience here.
