Went in on a Friday and had to return on a Sunday so they could fix two nails. The thumb was…read moreliterally about to pop off and when I got there, she wanted to just redo a little refill and I showed her it was about to pop off and it did pop off, which is the one on the image. The other one was my middle finger nail and that one popped off completely so she had to redo the whole nail with the design and as you can see the design on the picture looks very poor quality compared to the other one. When I got there, I told them I needed to fix two nails and they sat me with another nail tech which told me it would be a little different and that if she did my nails, she would have to charge me. I asked her why if it was based off on their poor quality since it had only been a day and a half and of course she got upset and said that if I didn't want to pay that the original nail tech had to do my nails, which I had no issue with, but she should have said something from the beginning before she sat me down in the chair and told me she could fix them. so I waited for the original nail tech who did my nails on Friday and she told me she would redo those two nails. At the end i didn't have to pay anything and I did thank her, but she didn't respond. I'm assuming she was upset at the fact that I didn't pay for the redo of those two nails. Mind you I had already paid $104 for my pedicure and my nails on Friday plus tip (something that totally OPTIONAL) So I'm not sure why they wanted to get upset.

Every time since then the quality has just deteriorated. There is no point in bringing up any issues with the staff, they just dismiss you and say oh we can fix it but you can't un-cut me. Today my wife & I got a pedicure, I was cut repeatedly, with my toe still red and now swelling. My wife' toes were filed down to the point of bleeding. Photos to come. There's a cut halfway under my wifes nails where they tried which we just noticed when we got home. Overall the quality, cost and the service just isn't there to be paying $150.00 each time. Here's to hoping I don't have an infection from the cut. We went on 08/25 at around 10:15AM. 2 pedicures with gel. Premium Cost, Cheap Quality. Updated picture to show swelling and redness. We had to go to the doctor to get our feet assessed and have a possible infection and were prescribed medication. We've now spent the same amount getting treated as we have with getting our toes done. I've reported them to the state. They are removing our review on google even though we actually were serviced and customers of this location. I've provided photos of the injuries on day of as well as day after. Receipt reflecting the purchase of services.
