As someone who doesn't have time to keep going back and forth to a salon 3 x in one week, I waited until I had time to go back today and the lady wouldn't fix the nail for free and was wondering why I was upset that the service seemed to be crap!!! I travel the globe and get my nails done and have never had 4 nails crack in one week, clearly it was a bad base coat or top coat. After spending over $200 each time, will not be back and do not recommend it to others as the customer service is subpar.

I got Chi who did a wonderful and thorough job on the Signature Spa Pedicure w/Cucumber Fresh Scent $57. It included 10 minutes feet massage and 5 mins shoulder massage, along with paraffin wax. My feet felt pampered by the time I left. I was given 10% discount in my first visit, even got a free rose cuticle oil as a gift! I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

The technician blamed the issue on me for "scratching my nose" instead of keeping my hand under the light, which was both rude and inaccurate, as the problem occurred on both hands--not just the one I briefly moved. Even after the redo, the polish did not cure properly. Less than 48 hours later, the nails are still malleable and the top layer of polish is already flaking off. Although I could return to request a redo, their website notes that refunds are not offered--only corrections within a limited timeframe. Given the experience, I do not feel comfortable returning or spending additional time on a service that should have been done correctly the first time.

The tall, slim woman who initially came to do my nails had an attitude. The tech doing my pedicure told me to let the male technician do them instead. Then a different woman came over to start, but once she realized I wasn't getting fake nails, she passed me back to the pedicurist--who then said she couldn't do overlays.
