I am so disappointed that something so basic couldn't be accomplished. My refill alone was 35? For a set like this? I pre tipped $10 in hopes she would do a decent job. 45 Dollars wasted.

All sensory issues aside, the pedicure and massage were just okay. There was no real cuticle trim and a weird pressure loofah experience. The color i chose was horrible, by the time she realized i really did hate it, i told her i did, j just wanted out of the chair. My parrafin went on after my polish. The whole experience was weird and I opted to forgo the manicure. They weren't busy and when I told them why when I paid, I was told we'll you didnt tell me. What absolute crap customer service. Do not go in the afternoon around 5:30 PM they will be busy and will rush their work. I had to wait about an hour to get service and which was fine by me everyone has to wait their turn but the fact that when it got to me they rushed everything. When applying nail polish you can see the errors and the nail lady that attended me was really rough with her work and when I would tell the nail lady to fix it she would get a attitude but would try to hide it through her face mask. She rushed me and didn't even let the nail polish dry up as soon as she finished one coat of polish she proceeded to apply nail polish on the same nails over and over again. On the last clear coat she rushed and left it ugly. She also rushed me to move to the pedicure isle as well so she could start on the next client. And I also applied butterflies to my ring nails and I got home and as soon as I got home they started pealing off and I've never had this problem before with any other nail techs..DO NOT RECOMMEND! Especially for the price. I advice you to go early in the morning that way you can avoid all of this. I learned my lesson after today And will not go here or anywhere else in the afternoon.
