Excellent experience here this week! I made an appointment on Tuesday for the next day and arrived a little before my time to find the store PACKED. They still greeted me promptly and got my car in the works. The team members I spoke to during my 40 minute visit were all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The costs were laid out easily so there were no surprises. I was able to grab a spot at the counter and get some work done with the store's free wifi while my car was serviced (including a tire patch I didn't even know I needed but was free because I purchased my tires here) and I was on my way well under the 1 hour quoted wait time.
