Since that initial visit in November , we hadn't had any issues at all. Recently, with the ice and bad weather, my son's bumper came off and the car began having issues and wouldn't move. We had it towed to Jose early Sunday morning, and by Monday morning he had already diagnosed the problem. Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. He never tries to upsell or charge for things that aren't needed -- in fact, there have been times I asked about repairs and he was upfront that they weren't necessary. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Caliber Collision completely ruined my 2024 Dodge Durango. From the factory, it had a flawless…read moreblack glitter flake paint job, and they repainted it the wrong color -- flat black -- with bubbles in the finish. They also tried to pass off a non-OEM headlight until I pointed it out. Even worse, they left my brand-new SUV out in the rain with no driver's side window installed. When I checked the car, there was water in the doors and on the seats. One of their staff brushed it off with, "It's not that much water." That's negligent and unacceptable. To make matters worse, Shay -- the person assigned to help me -- had an attitude every time I pointed out mistakes. The only reason I gave even 1 star is because the GM, Ken, stepped in and handled things professionally, taking accountability and trying to make it right. But the damage was already done. Their lack of care, sloppy work, and disrespectful attitude made this a terrible experience.
