What started as an exciting impact window and door…read moreproject turned into a stressful experience filled with installation concerns, unfinished repairs, and poor communication. We dealt with improperly waterproofed window openings, recessed window installs, damaged exterior trim, and unfinished drywall/stucco work. One window was ordered the wrong size and instead of replacing it properly, a 2x4 was added beneath the window and the original sill was reinstalled on top. We had two separate GCs inspect portions of the work who both expressed concerns with the installation quality and waterproofing details. Despite bringing these concerns forward multiple times, the company refused to correct what we believed were installation-related issues.
