He informed me that the schedule is booked, but perhaps he could squeeze me in as I like to get it done ASAP. I was a bit hesitate because I was afraid it won't be as clean. But since I didn't have much expectation from previous experiences I went right ahead. I didn't have any questions, but Gopaul was clear to communicate the process and to ensure he has enough room for his equipment. Service The estimate was quick and easy. Gopaul walked around the perimeter of the house and provided me with an estimate within 10mins and we scheduled the cleaning. My parents were home while I was at work. My parents said Gopaul and his crew were very thorough, and even my handy, DYI Dad confirmed that he wouldn't have be able to do as thorough of a job. They even clean off some of the outdoor furnitures and fences. Hahha... prob give them an eye sore. Fab Hood were the first ever to have professional equipments with a total of 3 trucks. Price I've got a number of quotes. Fab Hood was in the middle range, respond the fastest, and most polite. While my previous washes had all been cheaper than Fab Hood, their outcome were way superior and absolutely worth the extras.

The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

Long: Had a roofing leak into my kitchen - they came out the same day to look and after assessing took the time to meet me at the roof to talk me through his thought process of necessary work - pointing to areas of concern. He tried to save me money by calling an outside consult just to make sure we couldn't get by with a smaller repair. Ultimately he was concerned about leaks/rot beneath my EPDM membrane. Work: Removal and reinstallation of my patio deck, stripping all rotten wood, and replacement with new wood/EPDM membrane. Thankfully I could pop my head in upstairs just to watch every once in a while and loved what I saw - if the material wasn't quite aligned it was cut until it fit appropriately. If there was ANY rot they took care of it. They aligned my neighbors roof and mine (townhouse). In one case, a screw wasn't exactly right and there was 1mm of movement so they screwed in a second screw to make sure it was tight. All of these attentions to detail was in areas I would never have noticed if I just saw the final product. They care and in fact left every aspect of my roof better than before (including making sure my patio wasn't loose as it was before which wasn't even part of their job).
