Bright, inviting, and cheerful atmosphere. They have a wide variety of beverages available whether you drink or not. On tap they have the ciders, some non alcoholic options like a cream soda as well as cbd drinks! They also have a fridge with more non alcoholic or cbd beverages which was awesome as I was a fan of the variety. Limited food options like bags of chips for sale and free popcorn. Outside food and drink is allowed which was nice. I saw many large groups bring in their own food. Atmosphere is friendly and accepting. Enjoyed the coloring supplies available and friendly strangers we chatted with. I ordered the cbd cranberry blood orange 8oz which was super light in flavor profile but a relaxing and tasty drink. My friend ordered the C.R.E.A.M soda and she said it was good. If I returned definitely I would try some of the ciders like Cinna-Bear as that looked popular. Free parking in front of the building is limited but beside the building and behind the building are more spots available. We enjoyed our experience here and my friend felt accepted and safe wearing her fursuit and also received many compliments. Fun and safe place to go on a Saturday night! Would recommend. read more

Well, if you go to enough breweries or cideries you will find just about any theme under the sun. I can't say I have been to any furry themed establishment until I went to Slightly Furry. If memory serves I believe there was a brewery that was here previously as the layout of the taproom looked very familiar. They have their own ciders on tap as well as guest beer taps but I really wanted to try the cider. It was the primary reason for going here. What I got was their Lrg Up! Ginger Cider. It was really refreshing and good! It was nice and light bodied and had the presence of apple and of course ginger which I always enjoy. Service was friendly and fast and it was nice having the complimentary popcorn while I was enjoying the cider! read more

The outside is so deceiving! Inside is very well lit and spacious and they play twitch livestreams above the bar which is great. Also free popcorn! Their drinks are so so delicious and it's amazing how the bar actually makes a majority of their ciders too! We got five drinks all for less than $34 which is unreal. This is a review covering four parts, all covering the main parts of what I love about Slightly Furry: Drink Quality, Ambiance, Local / Community Building, Parking 1. Drink Quality AMAZING - whether you're someone that doesn't like their ciders too sweet (hello!) or someone that is used to something a bit sweeter, everyone will find something of quality here (pineapple, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla - I genuinely haven't had one I didn't like). For N/A options they have house-made sodas that are OUT of this world (a vanilla soda made with Madagascar vanilla, even!), N/A bottled cocktails, and N/A beer. They also have six, SIX, beers from local breweries that run the gamut from stout to IPA to lagers. What's even cooler is that they've taken things a step further and created blends with the cider and some of the beers (try the Pepper Bear, a pepper lager from local 23rd Ave Brewery with the Cinnabear cider), and separately have created cider cocktails (the most ambitious and probably the best being The Trash Panda, which has somehow incorporated Malort and turned it into something delicious instead of merely a Chicago hazing ritual) 2. Ambiance "You like D&D, Audrey Hepburn, Fangoria, Harry Houdini and croquet. You can't swim, you can't dance and you don't know karate. Face it, you're never gonna make it" If you ever loved this song or if you still sing your heart out when you hear it then this bar is 1000% for you (or literally anyone else looking for a warm hug in the form of a cidery). I am not a furry and it doesn't matter - I don't think I've every instantly felt more comfortable in any other bar. Everyone here has the relaxed vibe of chatting with a friend at their favorite cafe, playing DnD at home, or reading in a favored park bench. They've cultivated a feeling of warmth and homey-ness and it's evident everywhere you look, from the available fidget toys and free popcorn to the multitude of comfy couch spots. Besides the free popcorn they also have quick food available like cup ramen and chips and hotdogs. 3. Local / Community Building Most taprooms host a small amount of other breweries' / cideries' product, but I have never seen the expansive selection that I've seen at SF. They at any time host product from around 6 other breweries and are beginning to host a tap with other cider as well - where else do you see a company introducing a competitor?? They are looking to grow their community and are looking to help other small companies get recognition. If you like to support local I can't think of another place that puts their money where their mouth is in the same way. 4. PARKING They have it! A smaller lot but so valuable in the area! read more

An incredibly versatile space full of friendly patrons and staff, in house beverages and some snacks. I love that you're welcome to bring your own food, take it from me- stop and bring some pizza or tacos to go with your beverages! The beverages themselves are made in house it seems and the ciders / beer on tap have a wide variety including nonalcoholic beverages for those of us who don't drink. There are ciders of all kinds of flavors on tap and in the can available so I'd recommend trying them all! The staff are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their products and super respectful to everyone. Prices for beverages are far more reasonable than many local bars in my opinion and the welcoming atmosphere makes it a top tier choice when coming to Seattle for a drink. Extra bonus decal stickers and other supportive gear is available, we left with plenty to show our support for this local establishment that is providing safe space for our community to relax. I've never been to a cidery that offers so much variety in their ciders and guest taps, and they are all incredible. I was very happy to have the opportunity to have the opportunity to visit this bar during their soft opening and get to meet the amazing owners personally. I had had their cider before at C.C Attles and was an instant fan - little did I know they would be opening up just down the street from me! The bar inside was pretty bare, but it's clear that not only was it a soft opening, but they're starting from the ground up here and it's certainly a WIP situation. That said, everything was fresh, clean, and while not entirely decorated yet, it's clear that they have a vision they are building to. All of their ciders I have tried have been phenomenal - although I will say they are all fairly sweet, and for someone who might like a dry and more wine-like cider, they might walk away disappointed in the selection. My husbands favorite is the ginger cider, which has a very nice spicy kick to it without giving you the gut burn feeling of some ginger beers and drinks. My favorite is the Cinna-Bear cider, which has a strong candy like cinnamon fragrance, like the Cinnamon Imperials used to decorate cakes and cookies, but settles into a much earthier and organic cinnamon flavor in your mouth. I have also tried the pineapple cider, which I found to be very well balanced, without being overly sour or artificial tasting like other pineapple beverages I've had in the past. The crowd here was pretty close knit as it was the soft opening, but the bar had a good friendly vibe and while it was a furry bar, was absolutely a space that I would feel comfortable bringing any of my friends into, and it definitely has an "all are welcome" feeling to it. Personally, I am super excited to see how this bar develops and think it is a much needed addition to our neighborhood that is lacking in inclusive community gathering places like this. Hopefully, this bar is the first of many good additions to come to this neighborhood and I could absolutely see this business becoming a cornerstone for a revitalization of the surrounding community. read more

These guys are GREAT!!!! Queer, furry, fun! Dog friendly (the 4 legged kind) and welcoming to all, not just the "target audience!" The ciders are REALLY good - Witch Tree is my favorite. Imagine a slightly alcoholic capri sun with bubbles. Only GOOD, and real - not chemicals or additives. I hope they get a kitchen, but then they might not let me bring my dog!
