I get the wings every time and I cannot believe that they are drive-through wings. They are so good and so juicy. The garlic parmesan is bomb, they are not stingy with the sauce. The fries are tasty and even the toast they give is fluffy and buttery. Service staff has always been kind and generous with portions. read more

We have gone here twice now with two very different experiences. The first time we dined-in and order a grilled Buffalo chicken wrap, some tenders, a kids Mac n cheese, and a crispy Chechen sandwich with fries. Everything was tasty and fresh. The food was very good, so we tried it again. The second time was via the drive through. We ordered the same items. The drive through was pretty fast - maybe too fast. When we got home we realized the crispy chicken sandwich was missing and the wrap was creamy ranch - not Buffalo. I called the manager and she was amazing. Very apologetic and understanding. She took my name and number and promised a free meal for each wrong item on our next visit. We will try this place again, but I recommend checking your food before you leave the drive through. A free meal is nice, but it does not fix the missing dinner item at home that night. read more

Slim Chickens in Avon likes to short their employees' paychecks. My wife didn't get any pay for the first week that she worked there, -they didn't keep track of her hours properly, and refuse to pay her. When cashing her first check at Walmart, there were Two Slim Chickens employees caching checks, saying they were about to quit over a similar issues, -I was there, so I witnessed this. My wife was short money on her last check as well. This could explain some people complaining about the food being off in flavor sometimes, "the chicken that tastes like fish complaint". Disgruntled employees won't do their best to make sure your food is done right. read more

We ordered online when were close. It said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We sat waiting for our order for almost 30 minutes when I called them. They said our order had been ready but there was no one to bring it to us. Meanwhile cars were going on and out the drive through. I can understand them being short staffed. Three strikes and I am done. This place is terrible. I did not write a review the other two times as I figured it's a new place, they need some time to get the hang of it but the honeymoon period is over. They are just that bad. I placed an online order as I heard the wait can be terrible. I ordered at 8pm. It said my order should be ready for pick up at 8:15. I got there at 8:17. There were no customers in the restaurant and one car in the drive through. I talked to the lady at the drive through and said I had an online order and she said it's ready. I then waited 20 minutes for the one customer to get their food and when I got to the window she said it's still being made. I was confused but waited and 30 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and 45 minutes from when they received my order she handed me my food. All the sides and sauces were upside down. I check my order in the parking lot because of all the bad yelp reviews this place got that I read while waiting and they filled all 4 sauce cups only 20% of the way and gave me only half the toast my family pack was supposed to get. I had to go in to get those. They had 6-7 workers at least working so it was not lack of workers and there were no other customers so I don't get it. They all just stood in the back checking their phones and talking. When I walked into this beautiful building, I was greeted by truly great people. They mentioned different sauces to try and recommend their favorite options. I was dining in with family and went to sit and wait. We ended up waiting 20 minutes!!!! for our food. When we finally received it, it tasted great. Except my stomach started to not feel good and non of my family members stomachs felt good either. There were only two bathrooms, and they all let me go first. I ended up going number two but the TOILET PAPER RAN OUT. I didn't know what to do! I blame the "slim chickens" brand. I guess there chicken makes you slim with the 10 pounds I lost in their toilet. Wait for a month before going and they should have a better description of food. Breading is similar to KFC on tenders can be greasy too. This play had major organization issues. I stood inside and waited over hour for online order. Their cooks were arguing with runners. All their lines are going trough one prep line. They were using microwaves to warm food but states it fresh. Maybe will try again when less busy. read more

I had slim chickens for the first time and was not very pleased. The restaurant took awhile to get my food done and when I received my food I wasn't a fan of anything I bought. (I got five chicken strips and fries with slim sauce) the Texas toast was very soggy and wasn't good. The chicken I had was mediocre at best but was the only thing I could actually indulge. Very misleading menu and an add on that's probably illegal. They have a chicken and waffle meal that was$8.49. The menu says chicken and waffle with a medium drink. $8.49. I asked can I get it without a drink and what is the cost. She said it's the same price without the medium drink as it is if you get the drink. Ok. I said no problem, I'll get a drink then. She then told me my take out bill is $9.29. I said whoa. I thought it was $8.49. She said it was but we charge you .75 cents because you got a drink. I said no. Something isn't correct. It says includes a drink now I'm paying .75 cents for what I don't know. Tax on a drink may be .16 cents but not .75. I know it's not much but it's the principal. Scam scam scam. Shame on them and they never replied to my email that I sent over two weeks ago. Will never go back. Feel like calling the BBB. read more

They swapped my sister and I chicken sandwich which and the spicy chicken sandwich my sister got which was originally mine so it wasn't spicy and I'm surprised Wendy's made a better improvement than that plus their fried pickles are too salty and they don't even crunch, the only thing I like from there is their fries in their cups if the same thing would happen to you there it's best not to go because it would've been a waste of time read more

Ok, I get that they just opened, so I might come back and give them a second chance. I feel that the food has the potential to be good, but I made the mistake of ordering on the app for pickup. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me I was supposed to park in the "designated parking spots." The flimsy signs had blown over so the spots were not clearly marked. I parked and waited another 10 minutes, then I finally called the store. They informed me that I was supposed to call them to let them know I was there, something that could have been mentioned in the app when I ordered, or even when they told me to park there. All in all I waited about 40 minutes, so by the time I received my food, the fried mushrooms and chicken were lukewarm and rubbery, and the ice in my drink was melted. Overall, not too impressed, but if they do better the next time, I will definitely leave a better review. read more
