OMG Y'ALL! The employees at this locations are rocking it! The restaurant was clean and tidy and we arrived right after traditional lunch hour! BARBARA took our order and she was one of the most pleasant people I've ever had to occasion to be served by. She was friendly, polite and cheerful. Took our order and made sure it was correct as they brought it out to us. The other employees were busy keeping the dining room clean, cooking great meals and bringing orders out to tables. The food was hot and fresh and just what we wanted. And as a bonus, the bathrooms were clean too. I enjoyed my meal of course but with employees like BARBARA at the resister greeting customers and taking orders the time it set before your good even gets to the table read more

Such a cool and retro looking environment! The service is really good and they have a lot of food options to choose from. The chicken and other foods are cooked to order. When we received our food, it was piping hot. All of their sauces are house made. I tried the slim sauce and the bbq and they were both delicious. The chicken is amazingly breaded and cooked! The chef, Tony, was kind enough to come out and introduce himself as well as give us all free brownies!! Might I add, the brownies were delicious as well. The environment seemed almost hostile. Staff wasn't too friendly. The chicken sandwich bun was soggy, and the pickles where right out nasty. The wings were hard. The tenders tasted like wet pepper and fries could have been better . Overall nothing fancy, would rather to Raising Canes. read more

The drive thru line was only about 5 or 6 cars long when we pulled up, but somehow it still took us an hour to even order. Then another 20 minutes to get our food. The workers were polite and the food was fine but definitely doesn't make up for having to wait for so long. We aren't from Tupelo but will not be stopping at this location again. read more

Absolutely the BEST chicken strips (fast food wise) in Tupelo! That had some of the normal issues in the beginning with slow service, but staff is awesome and super friendly and the FOOD is awesome! This is our new go-to spot for strips! Definitely give it a try! read more

Can not honestly give a review in the chicken. We ordered our lunch to go. Spent $30 , and an hour later we had not gotten our food, so we asked for a refund. Staff did not act concerned. Manager apologized and gave excuse. Will not be going back. read more

so me and my friend ate here for the first time yesterday and boy when I tell u we had a great time the place was very clean and looked very nice and they had good music playing which was a plus and the waitress was amazing now as for the food it was great I had fried mushrooms chefs kiss that was the star for me and a three piece chicken strip dinner with a strawberry lemonade which was sooo good and my friend had chicken and waffles which he said he liked but didn't love because his chicken was under season but that's why I gave it a four so I do recommend read more

Do not recommend! First, they told us they were out of fries. Your in the parking lot of Sams and Wal-mart your never out of fries. Second, they quit taking our order and moved on to the car in the other drive thru. Finally, got to the window after waiting 30 minutes to tell them they quit taking our order. They took the rest of our order finally then told us they were out of ranch. again your in the parking lot of Sams and Wal-mart your never out fries or sauces! I would give it 3 stars but bad experience because the front host lady with tattoos had an attitude the whole time and basically threw the food on my table and was rude to everyone that was eating at different tables. The pickles were cold but the chicken was amazing though. read more

Tupelo MS restaurant seems to be new. We ordered takeout. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Fries were good. Service was also very good during Saturday lunch rush. Everyone was friendly. Only downside was too much salt on the chicken. I wish restaurants would learn that patrons can add as much or little salt as they need for taste. Of course I'll be back, though. read more

Stopped in to give the new joint a whirl. We went through the drive thru during a downpour. Line was moving slow but then they opened up the second lane. Whoever was the first one in that lane was apparently having an issue so a young lady came out in the rain to help. Bless her, it was raining cats, dogs & purple dinosaurs. We ordered the Hungry Meal, side of Okra and Mushrooms and 8 additional sauces because we thought they were going to be the size of McDonalds sauces. Just FYI, that is not the case. We thought she said it would be $41 and some change. When we got to the window there was a super nice young lady who read our order back to us and confirmed the price which was actually $21 and change. Apparently Happy Hour is 2-4 so we got $5 off. Whoop! Whoop! Food was hot and fresh, sauces were delicious. The ranch taste like homemade, its so yummy. Okra was crisp but not to done. Mushrooms were the same. Avoid this place. Agonizingly slow! I cannot emphasize enough how slow this place is. 90 minutes to get my food? Embarrassing. Had to ask for sauces twice. Food is not warm or crispy. Fried pickles are chewy. Chicken is flavorful but a little dry. Texas toast was just bread. On the bright side the milkshake is good, and I appreciate the ultra fat straws! So food is great (usually), the place has a super cute old kitchen look and is overall one of the cleanest places I've eaten at in a long time. The people who run the drive through mess up my order every time. It's not even a hard order just the normal 6 piece meal, all I ask for is Barbeque sauce instead of ranch for the dipping sauce, because I think ranch is gross on top of normal barbecue and they don't put enough on the chicken usually. Normally it's fine when eating in store and they always get it right, but for some reason going through the drive through makes them not understand my order like I want Barbeque on the chicken and for my dipping sauce I want barbecue. Last time they gave me ranch for the dipping sauce and this time they gave us ranch again we caught it and Instead of just taking the ranch back and giving us barbecue they take the whole thing back, give it back to us and when we open it there is one cup of barbecue sauce and no sauce on the chicken.
