Also, he stated that, even though I explained about the obvious signs that the product had been previously used, he would still charge me a restocking fee. Between postage and restocking fee, I lost around $35 on this purchase. Shame on you Chuck. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!

My item was only about $9, but the site wouldn't even let me make the purchase unless I doubled that amount to $19.95. That felt incredibly unfair and, honestly, disrespectful to paying customers. Forcing people to buy extra just to make a transaction go through is not good business -- it's a guaranteed way to drive customers away. I was ready and willing to give them my money for a product I needed, but instead, I was left irritated and disappointed. I didn't place the order and won't be returning to this site, even if I can't find the part anywhere else.
