He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. I reached out to a few vendors, and Coughlin was by far the most helpful and informative. The whole process went smoothly, Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with; he provided the most information on what type of windows to get for our situation. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. They also had very reasonable prices and detailed quotes. My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!

They were extremely helpful on the phone, very realistic about my expectations and hopes; and they were quick to get the job turned around. What's awesome is that the screens face out and you can just walk up to them, so I didn't even have to be home for them to do their work. And that was extremely convenient. My original screens were rusting and tore up. And you could see all the way through my apartment. If you were walking by the bathroom, you could see all of the bathroom, and you could see all the way down into the whole bedroom. Don't like that. I had "solar screens" installed. It was kind of something I wanted to try out to see if it would work... These are heavier mesh screens so you do lose a little bit of airflow, but that's OK for me. And they are a little bit darker than your normal screens. But once you're inside looking out through them, everything looks fine in my short view. The big benefit is the privacy that I'm getting because my living room window is right next to the first set of stairs and the main walkway to everybody's apartments. And privacy film on the windows is great, but if your windows are open, you can see right through most bug screens. Something that I noticed, is this only works basically during the day. Like when the sun's up in the sky. And it's bright outside. Once it gets darker or around sunset, and it's brighter inside the apartment that it is outside, you can see right through everything like nothing was different. So this definitely does not give you nighttime privacy. This is daytime privacy only. And I wouldn't change right behind these windows, this is mostly for like people just walking by and I'm sitting on the couch, and I don't want to make eye contact with them. I don't know, being single and living in a place that has a lot of foot traffic, I like having my privacy without losing my view or blocking the air. And these screens are doing exactly what I need them to. I have been referring people to Mobile Speed Screens for +5 years, but I haven't had a chance to experience their service for my own home. Very happy. Will use again. Will continue to refer them.

Our salesperson, Patty, has always been quick with a quote and accurate. Unfortunately our last experience will be our last with them. First, after charging $300 delivery to bring the windows from Temecula to SD the Milgard drivers refused to deliver the windows to the place we had set aside to receive them near the point of installation. The windows are large and quite heavy. After realizing they were beyond our ability to move and install them we asked US Window if they could help us with the install. They refused citing a four month backlog in their service schedule and that the owner wouldn't approve it. We had to scramble to find an installer that would complete the job. The good news is we found Go Glass Pro who moved the windows to the point of installation and completed it in less than 3 hours with excellent attention to detail but no thanks to US Window and Door.
