When I called, it was outside of business hours, so I left a message and Chris got back to me the next day! On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in! When I got there, he was able to complete the inspection in such a timely manner and the service was so friendly. Another gentleman was there getting a NYS Inspection, so that's another service that they offer. Should I find myself needing any car serviced, I would definitely come back to BC Automotive!

Got a car alignment here this morning. They schedule about a week out. The alignment took about…read more1.5hours and cost around $70 including tax. Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.

At auto zone you can do it for free. When I mentioned this to him he started to tweak out saying well my machine is 6,000 dollars and theirs is only 50. Well guess what, I did take it to them and they narrowed it down to two things one of being what was actually wrong with the car. Next he charges me 30 for a gas cap. I get it you have to make money but 60 for the scan and 30 for the cap all together is robbery. Whenever I go to my guy he never charges for the scans and will actually work with you. This guy didn't like that I had said I was upset about the price and then he starts going off on me. You would think being a smaller shop you'll try to work with the community for a better experience yet I get charged dealership fees for a small business. I will not be returning and sticking to my guy who won't rip others off. I later called around a bunch of small businesses none of them charge close to 60 for a scan
