Carl was extremely rude when I called to explain what was happening and ultimately told me to bring it back up. Well today I got the call (three weeks later) that they took it apart and found nothing wrong no metal shavings or anything. I replied that's odd as I dropped the pan and have pictures of chunks of metal and shavings then he back peddled and said he himself didn't pull it apart and was stuttering trying to cover his lies. Best part was when he said he was doing me a favor and not charging me to take look at a product he built that failed. I took a gamble on a 250.00 marketplace transmission and have ZERO issues. So now I'm out a little over 2600.00 as tomorrow i get to go pick my junk he BUILT up. I wouldn't let them work on a bicycle.
